Overall a very good place to stay. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom excellent. Breakfast is good, but not excellent, still no complaints. The modesty blind between bathroom and bedroom was faulty....but I made it work and also the room safe didn't work which was a little concerning. Walking distance to the Dubai Mall...just be aware of the outside temp. Grocery store for cheaper drinks/snacks about 150m to the right of the hotel entry.

We really love this hotel. Location and breakfast are perfect. Really nice staff: Anwar and his team members at the breakfast and the reception are really supportive and kind. We were here already last year for full vacation and this year only for breakfast and a day at the pool. The only thing we did not like was the bathroom (it seemed old compared to the Rest of the hotel). Everything Else: Highly recommended!

The staff at Pullman Downtown were amazing. Nothing was a problem, all staff made you feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent & we dined at Couqley which we loved. Don’t stop doing what you do as it is great. If 1 suggestion I can make is the pool bar is quite expensive to drink at. Thanks
