Design, service, restaurants and location are perfect. Check-In smooth and quick, front desk always friendly and helpful, restaurant staff amazing! Only spoiler for us was lack of working charging sockets and no additional socket in the bathroom for our hairstyling devices (only razors).

The rooms are not too clean (under the beds you will see) and may have an odor problem depending on your room. We were shown the suite which still had the previous clients toothbrush so.. Think as you may. The breakfast is topnotch I recommend it. The location is convenient. The valet does a great job navigating and coordinating the tight turn in spot.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my mother to celebrate her birthday, but the experience was disappointing. Difficult access – The hotel entrance is complicated, and there’s always traffic. Not a real 5-star – Feels more like a 4-star hotel, or even closer to 3-star. Breakfast was disappointing – Scattered food stations, too many people, and a small selection for a 5-star hotel. Small rooms & noisy – The rooms are tiny, and the street noise is so bad I had to sleep with earplugs. Bad bathroom ventilation – Humidity and odors stayed for a long time after showering. Unpleasant smell in hallways – It smelled like paint or a strong artificial fragrance. Failed birthday surprise request – I had requested in advance to make my mother’s birthday special, and the staff confirmed they would provide a small treat and balloons. I declined the balloons for environmental reasons, but upon arrival, we were checked into an unprepared room, and the staff only tried to bring the balloons hours later (not on her birthday). I refused balloons again, and no further attempts were made to acknowledge the occasion. ✨The only highlight was an excellent Balinese massage✨

Hotel is nice and clean in great location. Gym and sauna/steam room great. Breakfast was amazing with so many delicious and tasty options! Paras specifically looked out for us and provided with us with fresh and tasty doughnuts that were so good and tasty!

From the warm welcome at check-in to their proactive approach in addressing our needs, their professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out. Their attention to detail and eagerness to ensure a seamless stay made a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay. The variety of options catered to all tastes, from international favorites to local delicacies. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the live cooking stations added a delightful touch. The staff at the breakfast area were attentive, ensuring every guest felt looked after and had a fantastic start to their day. Overall, Pullman Downtown Dubai offers a perfect blend of excellent service, luxurious amenities, and a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
