Staff were accommodating and friendly. Good value stay room, however needed better maintenance. Safe didn't work, kept saying err code. Shower hose leaking where connected to wall, and probably has for a while as its rusty as well. Shower gel pump bottle didn't work. Minor things bit maintenance is important as it means you care.

We had a wonderful time at the Pullman downtown. Service has been impeccable, polite and attentive. And the breakfast spread is fantastic! Our server Clovis has been amazing and even got specials for our son. Highly recommend staying here especially with family.

Pullman Hotel is simply one of the best places I’ve stayed at — hands down! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-coordinated. The staff were excellent: polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The international buffet was a real highlight — a great variety of delicious dishes, beautifully presented and constantly replenished. You can really tell they take pride in their culinary offerings. We were here for a prom event, and the arrangement was impressive. The management worked efficiently behind the scenes to make sure everything ran perfectly. From decor to service, everything was well thought out and elegantly executed. Highly recommend Pullman for both stays and events. Truly a five-star experience!

My wife and I had a fantastic time at the Pullman Downtown. From start to finish the service has been amazing. Very efficient yet friendly staff who cater for all your needs to maximise your enjoyment throughout the stay. I will definitely be coming back. We also had the last breakfast stay and had an amazing experience with Himani she was very helpful asking us if there was anything we needed very fast and efficient, Thank you to all the staff all staff were great including San Tun, who stood out

I never write reviews, but this hotel deserves one. It is the best and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed in too many of hotels. The staff is really friendly and specially ijaz clean a room wonderful . I definitely recommend staying here if you can.
