Amazing hotel. Made our Dubai stay much more delightful. We were there for a week. The staff's behaviour was really appreciated. They helped us out with our transport system. The hotel has an attached mall which helped us to get our necessities right when we needed them. It also has an ice rink, which was a fun addition to our stay. However, I'd highly recommend this hotel since it offers high quality 5 star hotel experience within a reasonable price.

An amazing stay at this hotel, I cannot fault anything. The staff have been so helpful, always go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are cleaned everyday, beds are comfortable. Food is good! Love the pool area and their delicious cocktails, Navil is very friendly and really helpful. 10/10 experience.

The residence side is, without a doubt, my favorite long-term stay hotel apartment in Dubai. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and the service is truly exceptional. The 24/7 gym is fully equipped.
The only drawback is the location, but if you have a car or don’t mind taking a cab, it’s conveniently close to downtown and several other popular spots.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The view from my room was simply breathtaking - I could see the city/landscape stretching out as far as the eye could see.
What's more, considering it was peak season, I was pleasantly surprised by how economical the rates were. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money.
The staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.
If you're looking for a great place to stay with a stunning view without breaking the bank, I would highly recommend Hyatt regency dubai creek."

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Residences was exceptional. We were initially booked for a two-bedroom apartment but were delighted with an upgrade to a spacious and immaculate three-bedroom unit. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
The staff was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special thank you for the delicious complimentary birthday cake!
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and local cuisine, catering to all tastes.
The hotel's convenient location, combined with the option of self or valet parking, made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for a luxurious and comfortable experience in Dubai.
