Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is a fantastic hotel with great service, clean rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff is professional, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable.
One of the highlights of this hotel is the Mexican restaurant on the first floor, which serves delicious food with a great ambiance. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
However, one major issue:
On the first floor, there are many small kids playing very loudly, making the area extremely noisy. Unfortunately, this disrupts the coffee shop experience, as it becomes difficult to relax or enjoy a peaceful meal. The noise level is too high, and it would be much better if the hotel could manage this situation for guests who prefer a quiet environment.
Overall: Highly recommended, but if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax on the first floor, be prepared for some noise!

Very pleasant stay, for me and my husband ! It was our second time staying in this hotel! Our flight landed at 7 in the morning and when we reached the hotel at about 9.30 and requested early check in, they promptly provided the room and breakfast in the lounge, which was included in our room.
Staff and service was superb!
Room was absolutely clean, roomy and bed was very comfortable!
Lounge access was totally worth it, with large variety of continental and Mediterranean cuisine, fresh juices, freshly made pastas etc.
Evening supper included many veg and non veg food options plus wide range of beers, wines and hard drinks as well!
One time we used the free hotel shuttle to visit Dubai Mall too!
Would stay here again in a heart beat.

This was our 2nd stay here and, as always, it didn’t disappoint. Check-in was super smooth; Mohammed at the front desk was really friendly and even had an extra bed set up for us in our room.
The lobby has a great vibe, and our room (plus the bathroom) was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was decent, although a bit more continental variety would be nice. The food and drinks in the Executive Lounge were also pretty good.
Considering the spacious rooms, great service, and amenities, the price is very reasonable and budget-friendly.
Overall, the staff were amazing, and the valet service was on point. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.

It was wonder full stay with Hyatt regency creek heights. Location of hotel is very good. Also the staff of the hotel is very supportive. Also on last day they allowed us for late check in as our flight was in night.

Amazing hotel. Made our Dubai stay much more delightful. We were there for a week. The staff's behaviour was really appreciated. They helped us out with our transport system. The hotel has an attached mall which helped us to get our necessities right when we needed them. It also has an ice rink, which was a fun addition to our stay. However, I'd highly recommend this hotel since it offers high quality 5 star hotel experience within a reasonable price.
