Best possible hotel service: extremely friendly staff who is extremely well trained!!!
Got a free room upgrade to a wonderful luxury king room, 3 great pools (ideal for swimmers with 100 m swimming lane, but also very good area for kids), wonderful gardens, several restaurants (quality of food mixed, but we also did not try all of them), great lobby bar, entertainment program …
Beach is good, but can be difficult for walking barefoot. Did not try out swimming in the sea.
Anyway, had a wonderful stay here!
I will definitely stay here again and will recommend the hotel to all my friends.

So many people recommended this hotel to us, and they were absolutely right! It was the perfect spot for a family vacation, and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel is very family-friendly and thoughtfully equipped for young kids, with essentials like high chairs, kids’ cutlery, plates, a sterilizer, cot, and bedding.
The hotel isn’t the most modern, but it’s far from run down – everything is pristine and well-maintained. The staff was experienced and incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home.
We loved having a 7-Eleven right outside for quick snack runs, and each of the hotel’s restaurants offered a unique experience with delicious food. Breakfast had something for everyone, with a wide range of options.
The bed was super comfortable, and the quality of the sheets and pillows was top-notch.
The hotel location was ideal – close to the airport yet secluded enough to feel like a real getaway, with easy beach access.
We honestly couldn’t find a single negative thing about this place!

Amazing stay! We have stayed at many luxury resorts and this one truly tops making our honeymoon memorable.
We first want to thank Mercedes, who ensured that our check in was seamless. She then coordinated a few honeymoon surprises making us feel so special and welcome.
Then at breakfast, Ado stopped by and I mentioned if they had a specific type of milk. They did not but then next day they remembered, and had gone to buy the milk! I really have never had such thoughtful and kind service.
Housekeeping also was very sweet and attentive to the room.
Beyond that the resort is very beautiful, well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the lobby bar and room service. Will return for sure !! Thank you!

Pretty high price here, we went there for Christmas Family holiday and have really enjoyed our stay. It feels so nice as the location as well as the service they are providing are literally outstanding. I felt blessed having been able to spend that time of the year under the coconut trees, alongside a truly scenic panorama. Phuket is and will always be one of the most premium location in Thailand. Away from buzzing Bangkok and nearby so much amazing spots. Family friendly, this is a land of joy for kids of all ages. Make sure you indulge yourself with a sea view room as it worth the expense!
