We absolutely loved our stay at SAii Laguna Phuket! Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire resort was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful — they upgraded us to a beachfront room when they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from every morning. The beach was clean and relaxing, and the pool area was great for unwinding. One of the highlights was their resort app — it’s super convenient! You can use it for room service, ordering food, and even checking out activities in and around the hotel. I was really impressed when they messaged me through the app to let me know I had left my car window open — within just a few minutes! The resort also offers fun activities like kayaking in the lagoon, which we absolutely loved. Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. Highly recommended!

This resort has stolen my heart! Our beach access terrace room was the epitome of relaxation, with the waves gently rocking us to sleep. The room's size was generous, and I adored the hotel's eco-friendly vibe. They've made a conscious effort to reduce waste, using glass bottles instead of plastic and transforming old bath towels into hand towels. The pools were divine, and the resort's location was perfect - just a short stroll from quaint local bars, a stunning beach, and plenty of massage hubs offering affordable and rejuvenating treatments (300 THB for a Thai massage or 400 THB for an oil massage - be sure to bring cash!). We're already counting down the days until our next visit! 💯

Stayed here for my anniversary for 4D3N and i was so impressed and it is easily one of the most amazing stay i had. all the staff that i came across were so friendly and they greet you with genuine smiles that made me felt so warm and welcomed. I booked the ocean view and the view was AMAZING! The app was super helpful and honestly very smart - you can submit amenities top-up / housekeeping / lookup on kids activities / location of sports activities. The balcony from the room was such a nice touch, my husband and i brought night market food back and just chill there. I was quite impressed by how they provided outdoor slippers on top of the standard disposable inroom slipper + SAii very own beach bag! Resort is located at bangtao which is quieter than patong - lesser night markets and restaurants but also lesser crowd. Overall the area is quieter (no complaints that was the whole point i chose this area) Trust me when i say i will be back! Its an amazing resort not just for couples but families with kids too.

I recently stayed at Saii Laguna, and the experience was truly wonderful. One of the highlights was the Spaghetti Carbonara at Terra & Mar—creamy, flavorful, and cooked with precision. It’s easily one of the best I’ve had. The setting is absolutely stunning: the sea view is breathtaking, and the large pool offers such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. It makes the time spent on the property feel very special. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to Nan & Orn, two of the waitresses at Terra & Mar, who went the extra mile. Even just one minute before the kitchen was closing, they kindly managed to serve me a Carbonara. That attentiveness and kindness left a very positive impression. Overall, Saii Laguna — and especially Terra & Mar — exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Helena, Um, Ju, Greeniiz and Rum. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained with every comfort provided. The facilities, from the pool to the restaurants, were top notch and exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality that made me feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.
