Thank you once again for your wonderful hospitality and for providing such a relaxing stay at SAii Laguna Phuket.
I was truly impressed by your new club rooms—they’re outstanding! Spacious, beautifully designed, and the attention to detail with the in-room amenities is top-notch. Definitely a 10 out of 10. The public areas are also impeccably maintained, and I think the new “colonial” style adds a distinctive charm. A special mention to your front desk team, especially Helena, who took exceptional care of me. The ladies at the Club Lounge were a delight, and everything ran smoothly at breakfast as well.
To sum it up, you’ve gained a new fan! I’ll gladly recommend your hotel in the upcoming season.

The service is excellent. The reception staff is very friendly. The room is new and beautiful. The lagoon view is very good. First of all, I wanted to stay in a room with a sea view, but unfortunately, that side was not open. But the view we got was very surprising. It was peaceful and made me love it. I took a picture of the view for my family to see and yes, everyone was very jealous of me. Hopefully next time I will bring my family to stay at SAii. Although the sea view room is not open, you can go to the sea. The hotel is right on the sea. And the sunset view is very beautiful. The hotel has an app that is ready to help talk to the staff at all times if you need help. I feel warm like home.

I was very impressed with the warm welcome. The front desk staff were friendly, informative and helpful. My husband and I chose to celebrate our anniversary in Phuket and it was the right decision to stay here. The housekeeper made the bed with flowers for us, so lovely. Sipping cold beer, watching the sunset, so happy. Worth it!
We will definitely come back next year.

I recently stayed at the Sail Laguna hotel. The room was on the ground floor with a balcony with a spectacular view of the Laguna. The room came with complementary 4 bottles of water, 3 capsules of coffee, and 4 capsules of different types of tea.
Housekeeping was amazing; they clean the room regularly.
Breakfast: There’s an egg station, my favorite, and a pastries corner.
My best people in the hotel are the valet guys; they were always smiling and helped us every time to carry our shopping bags to the room.
location is not a walking distance to the restaurants in Bang Tao; if it’s raining, you can’t walk to the places in the beach areas around; you have to take a taxi, which will cost you a minimum of 200 Baht to the nearest area, like boat avenues or even to the Laguna entrance. They have a shuttle bus working in a certain limited time, four times in the whole day for one direction, which is mostly not convenient for us. There’s a boat going around the Laguna area every half hour, but again, sometimes when it’s raining or the water tide is high, it's not working.
The hotel is organized, quiet, and safe; there’s security at each entrance, which makes you feel more safe at night.

Although the location is a bit far from the city center, I find it quite charming. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to nearby shopping areas for the convenience of its guests. The Laguna area boasts a delightful selection of coffee shops and supermarkets.
