I had such a great time at this hotel. The views of the lagoon, beach, and ocean were absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place to relax. The staff really made the experience special. The receptionists were super polite, reliable, and always greeted me with a smile. The bellboys were quick and efficient with handling my luggage and sorting out transportation, which made everything so easy. My room was spotless every day, and the housekeeping team was always on point. The Club staff were fantastic too, making sure I had everything I needed and serving up some great food and drinks. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even better. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Amazing resort with friendly and accommodating staff. The men at the front concierge who organised taxis and shuttles were so friendly and went above and beyond to assist guest always, even when the Russians are extremely rude to them. The sports and rec staff were also excellent. The pool is always maintained and the resort always looks spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious daily with many options available. One thing I would suggest is the front desk telling people that there is an app for you to go through the activities available at the resort. We will definitely return and already planning it.

Beautiful room on the beach. Great service. Maybe a bit challenging to understand how it works in the resort with the app. Good food. In the restaurant I would have appreciated more Thai food selection than other dishes. The timetable of the bus shuttle was not very clear on the app. Very kind staff.

We just remember this name for the best resort in Laguna Phuket. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly all resort areas. Light, airy and very spacious.very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The room and SAii spa are stunning . They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The facilities are well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Phuket . Will be back to this place soon.

The hotel itself is beautiful, fantastic selection of food, bars, beach is great. Unfortunately the noise levels are so bad, this is our 3rd (and most expensive) hotel from a 2 week visit to Phuket and the least relaxing. We’ve been placed in an interconnecting room with another young family who through no fault of their own are having a very hard time with a little one. Due to the lack of sound proofing our kids are being woken constantly. I would suggest requesting a better room when booking if you’re a light sleeper.
