A slightly dated but comfortable hotel with a lovely view from the rooms.
Food was actually really nice and wide options and fresh. Better than a lot of 5 stars I have been to even.
Rooms were clean, pillows were the only negative but mattress good. Don't care about old furniture as like old school look, but main thing isn't was well kept.
Entertainment was good, for October.
Staff in general nicest I have experienced for some time.
The driver with long hair who goes up and down with the bus works tirelessly and is a respectful gentleman.
Celebi & Juliana were especially and extremely lovely and caring and always super helpful.
Plus, I though it was better and the food better than the sister hotel that was supposed to be a 5 star lol.
Overall a lovely experience.
Best,

Overall, this was a decent hotel for an all-inclusive holiday, but it definitely is showing its age and could benefit from a refresh of the rooms and the equipment.
Also, it is laid out over a hillside, so getting about usually involves walking a short distance up a steep hill and/or using stairs. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, definitely ask about what accommodations can be made.

We have stayed in Kipriotis Aqualand in 10.2024
Lets start with positives:
* When we arrived the hotel was full of kids. For us it was ideal as we have toddler anyway but if you prefer adult company I personally would not come here
* Free gym
* Great toddler splash area - very cold in October - not heated
* Great toddler disco - starts at 20.30
* Bus which will take you to the beach - 2 min away. You can do water sport at the beach. Beach itself is very rocky
* clean baby chairs
* There is always somebody who will be cleaning the food counter
* You will be able to book buffet in the Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites - you need to book it as soon as you will arrive as the spaces going quick. In my opinion food was literally the same (maybe few meals were different).
*Taxi for the airport is 45 euros - need to be booked with advance from reception desk. Apparently during the season its hard to get a taxi in KOS
Disadvantages:
* Lots of drunk people/families on evening - arguing and shouting
* Very sugary drinks - personal opinion
* Ridiculously loud music on evening - we stayed in the room 1713. On our second night we wanted to go to bed early but the music prevent us from going sleep. Normally I do like like background noise when going sleep but this one was way above my expectations. The music stopped at 22.30
* Charges for bottled water - 2euro. In the bar they giving you tap water. At the reception they told us that in the whole island every hotel gives tap water not bottled one.
* Air cone only works during season time
* None of the pools are heated - toddler pool was cooler than adult pool
* £5 euro for sauna. Need to be booked with advance
* You can only get towels from the bar which is open at 10am
* Poor snack bar - personal opinion
* No doctor on the side - need to drive 4 miles (I think )
* Miserable staff - especially two old men's (one worked near the child pool) another in the main bar. There is no life in them.
* Falling off tiles around pool area
* Old fashion key room - getting stuck. You need to turn it many times left and right before the door will unlock
* £10 returnable fee for a towel (per person)
* not all drinks are available for ALL INCLUSIVE from the menu. After certain time (i think midnight) you have to pay for drinks - will post a video that

This is my own experience and opinion. As with other reviews, the rooms are very dated, they serve their purpose and that's all. The room safes cost extra which you can purchase at reception though be aware, they are locked with a key so be prepared to carry around a key. The room door locks are also a key, not a card. You get one bottle of water when you arrive and there are bans on filling them up at the self service stations, you can buy water from the on site shop. There is a tourist tax, which was not advertised on our travel documents, we found out 2 days before we departed, the hotel will take it when you check in. The food is plentiful and it's a buffet so it is what it is. Tea and coffee stations were closed after breakfast, so lunch and evening meal was alcohol or juice and pop. There is a minibus which will take you to the bottom of the hill and back again which was helpful and yes, the van has seen better days. The kids loved the pools and flumes with a night pool party once a week. The staff were a mixed bunch of happy, neutral and miserable but not rude. In our case, our room (905) was only cleaned twice in the week we were there, even after tipping the cleaners. All in all it was an ok holiday, we will not be going back, the place just needs updating.

Arrived back from Aqualand last week.
We had the best time here!
Rooms a little dated but a minor detail. The rooms are cleaned/beds maid daily and fresh towels every day.
There is a wide variety of food options for all. The pools are great and the kids loved them!
The staff are super and work really hard. I want to name two in particular... Betty(manager) and Husein(Bar man) They made our holiday all that more special and we loved how they went above and beyond for all our group of friends.
Thank you for a great holiday!
Would love to come back soon x
Sharon
