We visited in July 2023 for a week and had an incredible time. The place was very kid-friendly with lots of activities for the children. The staff were attentive and took great care of us. The rooms were clean and well-ventilated. There is a shuttle bus that regularly takes you up the hill and drops you off on the main road. The beach is close to the drop-off point and offers some water activities. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

A very nice looking complex of rooms located at the top of the hill with some stunning views. There are 4 swimming pools at the site where one of them is with 3 water slides. Sadly the water in the pools were a bit too cold, but we still have a lot of fun, with the temperature outside ( in the mid of October) was 26°C.
Food that was served everyday was very tasty.
Room service did their best to keep our rooms tidy and supplied us with fresh clean towels for each day.
If you would like to go to the beach ⛱️ there's a free of charge van that will take you down the hill. The van is driving up and down every few minutes so don't worry if you miss it 😉 (he'll be back).
There are some nice evening entertainment for kids and adults like Mini Disco for kids, Karaoke 🎤, Quiz games etc.

A slightly dated but comfortable hotel with a lovely view from the rooms.
Food was actually really nice and wide options and fresh. Better than a lot of 5 stars I have been to even.
Rooms were clean, pillows were the only negative but mattress good. Don't care about old furniture as like old school look, but main thing is that was well kept.
Entertainment was good, for October.
Staff in general nicest I have experienced for some time.
The driver with long hair who goes up and down with the bus works tirelessly and is a respectful gentleman.
Celebi & Juliana were especially and extremely lovely and caring and always super helpful.
Plus, I thought it was better and the food better than the sister hotel that was supposed to be a 5 star lol.
Overall a lovely experience.

This is my opinion and honest review. First holiday away with a new baby and we thought that going all inclusive would have been the solution to start easy… well, if that’s what you are thinking I’d recommend you to choose a different hotel.
Tried to contact the hotel several times asking if they would provide us with a travel cot, no reply, so we brought our own.. which was lucky as the one provided had one « door » opened, a couple of months older baby could have swarmed out of it and banged their head on the floor dropping. Then, the bathtub plug was missing and when I asked reception I got told it wasn’t available, meaning that I had to inflate a baby pool every night to wash my daughter.
All-inclusive package at the Kipriotis aqualand means you are expected to pay 49€ environmental fee ( not mentioned anywhere) and 20€ if you want to use the safe… so 70€ first day gone. You are also given 1L of water for 2 adults and a baby on arrival.. and this is it for the stay… you want water you buy it from the mini market or drink it at the station, you cannot refill your bottle. In their “defence” it wasn’t expensive, but cannot you provide water to your guests is beyond me.
Also, we read the rooms were very dated, and that’s an understatement… but even the air con in our room wasn’t working, it took 3 different staff members to fix it! My husband sent up and down twice to try to fix it before an engineer was called in.
This is not even mentioning the poor customer service and manners of the staff! The only pleasant staff member was Yannis ( only reason why I gave a whole extra star… he was a STAR himself). The reception guys and the lady were absolutely terrible, just to give an example: we went for dinner at their 5 star hotel (a “treat” included in our stay), my husband dropped the hotel key from his pocket, so we went to reception to get a key to get in and explained the situation. We were told that there was a 20€ charge if we didn’t find the key, we asked them if they could call the other hotel to ask. They did NOT! We went back our self on the last day and the key was left right on the reception table of the restaurant, everyone could have helped themself to it and get into our room! No one was there so we took it and went back to our day!
Also, you have to pay to use the beach associated with the hotel!
I will definitely not come back and not recommend this hotel.

Overall, this was a decent hotel for an all-inclusive holiday, but it definitely is showing its age and could benefit from a refresh of the rooms and the equipment.
Also, it is laid out over a hillside, so getting about usually involves walking a short distance up a steep hill and/or using stairs. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, definitely ask about what accommodations can be made.
