I stayed at this hotel for a week with my three children, and we absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly attentive – upon our first request, we were moved to a more comfortable room without any hassle. The hotel manager was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and truly made our stay unforgettable by surprising us with thoughtful little gifts. A bottle of wine waiting in our room was such a lovely and classy surprise. I truly enjoyed spending my evenings on the balcony, sipping wine under the stars, surrounded by palm trees – it was simply magical. The animation team was fantastic! We especially loved the dancing and evening shows – they were fun, heartfelt, and brought so much joy to both kids and adults. The food was delicious and varied, and I was really impressed by how quickly the staff cleaned up and brought out fresh dishes, despite the large number of guests. The whole team did an amazing job! We left feeling very happy and grateful, and my children are already dreaming of coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Where to begin! This is not a 4* it's a 3*. When we arrived, nothing is easy to find ( we arrived at midnight) Not much is signposted, and what is , is looking old! If you're a couple I would recommend somewhere else! It's more geared towards family's. The place is looking dated and over used! (If you came in 2018 bet it was good from the signs still in reception) Food is very basic the quality isn't that good and the choice isn't the best. Great if u like chips, chicken, pork or fish. Very much the same everyday. When you go for dinner is everyone for themselves not really much of a system in place! The rooms were very basic ( we had a 2 bedroom) they were spacious, but we had the bottom floor and ants were an issue! We had the room sprayed twice and still had problems. ( Personally think the island is one giant ant nest lol) Housekeeping wasn't the best, didn't once change the sheets, just made the bed look nice! Plus did a very poor job of sweeping up. Still left bits untouched. The pools were good for kids but the issue lies with sunbeds( no way near enough for the amount of people) unless you get one from 7am, leave a towel. U have no chance (only by luck ) you would get one. They have a kids club, but it took us a while to find out what was going on! And where it was. It seems ok but our kids didn't use it much. Night entertainment was good for the kids, but it was outdoors and not clear where it was! My overall experience of the place is ok/good but I wouldn't come back. If you have booked this place don't be worried, it's what you make of it. If you have paid more than 2.5 k (family 4) ,I think you will be disappointed.

We got a very old room, there were no hangers in the wardrobe, the bathroom was horrible, the water flooded the entire bathroom after every bath. You have to ask for clean towels because they change them every three days, but Saturday and Sunday do not count, so 5 days passed and we still had a dirty room. Nice pools. Service at the reception without comment. I will never come back here and I do not recommend this hotel.

I've just stayed here for three days with my three kids and I have to admit I was really surprised considering some recent reviews. This is a budget all inclusive family resort. The complex is fairly big and it's takes a while to remember your way around. The pools are great with plenty of space around them. Life guards on duty who pay attention but are also chilled out and appear to be good with kids. We only ate in the main restaurant, which was fairly busy at peak times with plenty of space. There's plenty of food choices during each sitting. The food quality is really good. Lunch is the best sitting as you're outside by one of the pools. There's also a snack bar. Restaurant and bar staff work hard considering the quantity of people they deal with and how demanding some guest can be. The hotel, rooms and grounds definitely require an update. We had a family room which was very large but the safe didn't work and a few minor issues. Rooms cleaned and beds made daily. I gauge these places by my kids reactions and they really enjoyed their time here. The entrainment team also put on one of the funniest shows we've ever seen. We would happily return.

A mixed review of an amazing location, hindered by the hotel's cleanliness and its understaffed resort. The facilities are fantastic. Can't take away how impressive the access to several pools, and close proximity to the beach were, and the variety of food that was served throughout the day. The downside was in the evenings, nothing but the entertainment square and 2 bars were open, but the waiting times were ridiculous. Half an hour most nights to actually get a drink. A clear lack of staff was apparent. The worst thing though, were the hotel rooms. If you weren't infested with ants and/or mosquitoes, the drains absolutely reeked everyday, and the cleaners were practically ghosts. Unfortunate in such a beautifully aesthetic place.
