I was admittedly a little worried after reading some of the negative reviews about this hotel, but honestly you shouldn’t believe any negative reviews you read regarding this place!
Had a wonderful weeks holiday in Greece at the Kipriotis Village Resort recently with my brother. We got given a really spacious maisonette instead of a twin room which was amazing! You also got fresh bath towels everyday and your room cleaned.
The food was really good. There was a hot cooked breakfast buffet every day with fresh fruit, fruit juices and cereal choices.
The lunch time buffet at the pool bar was amazing! Great hot and cold selection including pasta, fresh fish, chicken, chips, Greek choices, salads, a decent selection of drinks from the machines, and plenty of ice cream for dessert! Dinner time choices and food were just as good!
The pools are great!
All the staff on reception were really friendly and did their best to help if you encountered an issue. A fantastic holiday one to remember!

I recently stayed at [Kipriotis Village Resort] and had a mixed experience. While the entertainment was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and accommodating for most of my stay, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the hospitality seemed to decline in the final days, which affected my overall impression. Despite these issues, the entertainment and initial friendliness of the staff were positive aspects of my visit.

Had a wonderful time at the Kipriotis Village. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and vast. There is always something to do at the village. The food was really nice with great healthy options. The premises were clean and well kept. Spent my birthday holiday here and had a pleasant time. Looking forward to go back!

Our stay at Kipriotis Village Resort had its ups and downs. The resort itself offers a wide range of activities, perfect for families and those looking for an active vacation. There are four large pools, two with slides, and an energetic entertainment team that keeps the atmosphere lively throughout the day and night. Additionally, the beach is just a short walk from the complex, offering sunbeds, a beach bar, and water activities like paragliding and jet skiing.
The complex is quite large, but we were fortunate to have a room close to the reception and dining area, making it easier to get around. They provide a map on arrival, which is useful for navigating all the amenities. Across the road, there are a few small shops, a restaurant/bar, vehicle rentals, and an excellent excursions company with convenient pick-up right at the hotel.
In terms of dining, the buffet options were plentiful for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a fantastic Greek buffet restaurant available by booking. The snack bar kept us covered between meals, serving gyros, chips, hotdogs, and hamburgers throughout the day. However, some venues like the noodle and pasta bars were closed due to visiting in the off-peak season. Drink-wise, self-serve soda, coffee, beer, and wine were readily available, although water stations were sparse. The alcoholic drinks were on the weak side, and some soda machines needed servicing - some of the service staff weren't very enthusiastic or happy, and didn't seem like they wanted to be there.
The biggest downside was the state of the rooms, which are in desperate need of renovation. Our initial room was already occupied, and the second had cleanliness issues, including cockroaches and items left behind. Thankfully, the third room was in better shape, but all rooms felt dated and lacked proper maintenance. On top of that, we were told we'd be charged €10 a day for air-conditioning that was faulty and didn’t cool effectively. My parents also noted that within 4 days of their stay the bed linnens weren't changed or made, and the towels weren't replaced - despite attempts to resolve at reception it was an evident display to their lack of concern as they had no jurisdiction over the cleaners activities, or so we were informed.
Despite the room issues, the variety of activities, great location, and friendly entertainment staff made it a mostly enjoyable stay. However, the resort could benefit from upgrading its accommodations and improving some of its services.

Me and my husband absolutely loved this place! It's not perfect but it has everything you want and need. I honestly don't understand the 1stars this hotel has got. It's a very good price for what you get. Food is fabulous lots of options. If you want 5 star you'll need to pay more for it. We will definitely be back
