.We had a great 4 nights vacation The reception crew were helpfull, upgraded our room on request for our family with two teenagers to a bigger room with twin beds. A nice vierty of food available most of the day. Night entertainment was great , a fire and light show and a dancing a Greek night. Pools and slides are great! My 6 years old went on on again and a gain , the slilds crew are polite and realy nice and peitiant to the kids running around them. Good job guys! The only thing that needs improvement is the toilet clean and board that was broken. Use bleach and clean it with love ☺️ Besides that ,we had a great experience ! Thank you very much

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, even though the hotel's standards did not quite align with a four-star rating. Upon our late-night arrival, my family and I were met by a receptionist whose demeanor was somewhat less than welcoming, but thankfully, things improved from there. We were transported to our room by car. The room itself showed its age, and the bathroom was even older. We did encounter ants in the bathroom. The room lacked proper cups for coffee or tea, offering only disposable ones. Fresh towels were provided only once during our seven-day stay, and we had to request them. The bed linens were not changed, and the rooms were not cleaned beyond the removal of trash. The pool area was not too bad, though there was a considerable amount of litter, which appeared to be the result of guests not cleaning up after themselves. Securing a sunbed by the pool proved to be quite challenging. However, the food was delightful, with a wide variety of options.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Where do I begin to even start! We had awful miscommunication the day before we flew out and was told we had been moved hotels as they did have room for us to stay and this hotel. We had booked this hotel in January 2025 and had confirmed our stay, which personally I would not have confirmed if we were going to be moved anyways! Then we get greeted at the other hotel with hole in the wall, dirty bathroom and generally feeling out of place. We hadn’t eaten for 24hrs at this point because of the miss communication! It’s been nothing but stress and tears. Then we arrive out this hotel 11am (Kipriotis hotel & suites) and get told our room will be ready for 2:00 which then turns into 1hr and 30 minutes later, they stay check inn is 3pm and our room wasn’t ready. We then request to speak to a manger and they said “the manger isn’t about at the moment until 6pm” which I thought was an absolute joke. From the start, communication was poor and unhelpful. Staff were often dismissive, sometimes outright rude, and showed little interest in resolving issues or providing the level of service you’d expect from a 5-star property. The overall atmosphere and service fell far below the standard advertised. This is certainly not a 5-star hotel – more like a struggling 3-star at best. For the price paid, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for quality service, respect, or a true luxury experience.

Don't go here, prices are absurd for their services. Food (buffet) is awful! Also, don't go if you're vegan as more often than not, no one will be able to tell you what's in the food! The rooms are kept in a bad condition, not properly cleaned and the receptionists lack both in friendliness and in helpfulness. Also don't ask them to book a taxi for you as they will order something with absurdly high prices. Only good thing about this resort is the very well kept plant life and the beach.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I strongly warn everyone to avoid it. Here is the reality: 1. There is no proper cleaning in the rooms. Towels were never changed. 2. The service is terrible – the staff are rude and unprofessional. 3. The room was old, dirty, smelly, and full of ants – even on the beds. 4. The food was industrial, low quality, not fresh, and served in a disgusting way. We could hardly find anything to eat. 5. Pool towels were impossible to get during the day – you had to beg at reception at 10 a.m. to maybe receive one. 6. They put only 2 towels in the room although we were 3 people, and never replaced them during our 5-night stay. 7. Check-in was only offered close to 5 p.m., even though we arrived at 12 noon. 8. They charged for beach chairs and did not operate the beach bar, despite what was promised. 9. All the furniture – in the rooms and around the hotel – is dirty, broken, and neglected. 10. the air condition doesnt work at all This place is a nightmare. Save yourself the disappointment, the anger, and the wasted money. Do not come here – it will leave you with nothing but regret."**
