I paid ~€180 per night for a one-week single-room stay at this 4-star beachfront hotel in Kos while attending the Bachataking dance event. The location is good, right on the beachfront, and the convention center is large and well air-conditioned, which is a clear plus. Unfortunately, the room condition did not match the price at all. It was old, dirty, and smelled bad, with spiders and earwigs, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. There were no visible signs of renovation or proper maintenance. Despite spending the entire day in dance workshops, I was asked to pay a beach fee after 5 PM, even in September, for only a brief use of the beach. At reception, a staff member spoke rudely and in an unprofessional manner and claimed that I had not written any note in my booking, which is factually incorrect — the note is clearly visible in the booking system I used. Positive staff members: Gizem (Guest Relations) and Manu (Night Reception), who were polite and helpful. At this price point, I expected basic cleanliness and professional service, which were not met. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On one hand, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit, which was a real highlight. The location is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to a beautiful beach. The hotel facilities and pools were truly excellent and very well maintained. We also really appreciated the beautiful, well-kept gardens around the property. However, the rooms themselves were a significant drawback. They were not as clean as they should have been upon arrival, and several items needed minor repairs (a broken light fixture, a leaky faucet). This definitely impacted the overall comfort of our stay. The food was decent ("okay"), with a good variety, meaning there was always something for everyone to find and enjoy. Overall, this hotel has amazing staff, location, and facilities, but the management really needs to address the cleanliness and maintenance issues in the guest rooms.

A hotel village in a great location. First of all, it is close to the sea and you don't have to go up or down a mountain. Apart from the hotel lobby and the dining room, which is in a higher complex. Spacious rooms but a little bit from the previous generation. Please note that the connections in the room are Greek. Suitable for charging a cell phone but did not charge a laptop. It may be only in this room for those who booked all-inclusive. 3 full meals. Plenty of food, but it should be noted that not everything was to our taste - a little about the food - everyone can find themselves. There are soft drink machines, carbonated drinks, coffee machines and wine machines. Food of all kinds, mainly American style, but also pasta, pizza, vegetables, cheeses and salads. Greek salad. There is something to improve. Cakes are not always tasty but look good. Fried ones like chips and potatoes, etc. were always good. Eggs in all kinds of cooking methods in the morning were good. The pastries and breads are also good. The saka is okay but needs improvement. Maybe I missed it, but there was no moussaka or Greek gyros or a whole fish. It's not terrible. We paid for drinks and treats from the hotel at the bars outside and inside. There is free all day. No one will stay hungry or thirsty. There are several pools, some with slides. There are plenty of hotel activities, even though it is not the season. Children's playgrounds, spa, indoor pool, Olympic pool, children's pool, children's playgrounds, grocery store, and more. In my opinion, because we traveled, we did not get to see everything the hotel has to offer. Although there are cleaning days, they took care of our room every day. Most rooms have balconies with a table and chairs and clotheslines. The TV is a bit small. During our stay, we rented a car directly from the hotel representative and returned it to the hotel. The rental company's service was very convenient. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for the service. The entertainment staff was also great.

I am going to start this review by saying we came back this year because we enjoyed our holiday last year here. But this year was a big let down housekeeping was almost none existing. The bathroom, bedroom and balcony were not cleaned and bed sheets were not changed the whole holiday. As for all day snacks and ice cream being available this all non existing. A few sandwiches being put in a fridge beside the pool bar was not enough they were gone as soon as they were put in and not replaced quick enough. I managed to get one sandwich the whole holiday. Ice cream for the kids was only when the restaurant was open. The poor in the house front bore the brunt of guests complaints while management stayed behind closed doors. One poor receptionist was in tears. This is no way to run a hotel even it's the end of the season my family will not be back again. I know that a lot of the other guests feel the same way. .We had a great 4 nights vacation The reception crew were helpfull, upgraded our room on request for our family with two teenagers to a bigger room with twin beds. A nice vierty of food available most of the day. Night entertainment was great , a fire and light show and a dancing a Greek night. Pools and slides are great! My 6 years old went on on again and a gain , the slilds crew are polite and realy nice and peitiant to the kids running around them. Good job guys! The only thing that needs improvement is the toilet clean and board that was broken. Use bleach and clean it with love ☺️ Besides that ,we had a great experience ! Thank you very much
