Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Food exceptional and service above and beyond. Having staff remember your name especially being VIP. Loved the food options for breakfast buffet and during the day. Facilities are superb. Room service is pricey and the beds are solid. Otherwise all was lovely. Big shout out to Kevin wait staff in the restaurant. He was hilarious 😂 and accommodating. There were 2 other lady staff members but forgot their names. Also gave exceptional service, breakfast staff. Thank you again. Pool was so warm and lovely. The beach is a hop and skip away but don't swim is polluted, unfortunately. Sitting on the level 2 bar watching sunsets was divine sipping mango juices.

Let me start off by saying the hotel grounds are stunning. The location is also perfect. The restaurants are phenomenal. With that being said the front desk staff left a lot to be desired customer service wise. It was like pulling teeth to get them to comply with any request. We had about 7 rooms in our group and a few had bugs in them. I think the doors just don’t seal well.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms in the main building are a little tired and could use an update but they were spotlessly clean and had sufficient amenities. Positives - as always, the staff in Bali make any venue a success. Every person we met went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is large and set in beautifully manicured gardens. The location is fantastic. We were here in a large group to celebrate a friend’s milestone birthday - the hotel staff helped to prepare a party at the beachside restaurant which was amazing. Breakfast buffet also a big hit. Negatives - the rooms are a little tired and the prices for additional water in our room and coffee at breakfast were on the high side.

Can definitely recommend the Japanese tepenyaki.
Always a great night out.
Overlooking sunset on the beach.
Great entertainment and fun.
Sensational food. Make sure you are hungry.
Great for laughs with friends, ideally 4 or 5 people per grill.
So can do 10 at 2 grills.

Stayed at Legian Beach Hotel for 11 nights. The hotel grounds are green and well kept, lobby area is modern. Our villa was located just behind the reception and we were surprised how quite it was bearing in mind that beach was only a few min walk away (save for fireworks on the beach - could hear these form everywhere).
Pool of a very decent size - great for swimming.
Staff from room attendants to waiters & security very friendly and attentive. They definitely get 5 out of 5.
Breakfast buffet had very good selection of Indonesian and European foods incl. pancakes, eggs & bacon, baked beans. Can`t fault it.
Tepanyaki restaurant - great show, but in my opinion a bit overpriced at 899k menu per person for a middle choice + drinks on top.
Overall, restaurant prices significantly higher than what one would pay just outside the hotel on the strip. Room service also overpriced and not worth it - burger tasted like the one from the pack with pizza definitely being cooked from frozen. Would not recommend dining here as better choices at better prices available just around the corner.
Room (garden villa) however did let the hotel down. Had ants and dated decor. Would benefit from upgrading.
