A Memorable Return After 7 Years
I had the pleasure of returning to this hotel after seven years, and I’m happy to say that the experience was just as wonderful as I remembered. The consistency in the quality of service and the overall atmosphere is truly commendable.
From the warm welcome at check-in to the cleanliness of the rooms, everything met my expectations. The staff was as courteous and attentive as ever, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider some minor repairs in a few of the rooms. While the overall experience was still great, a little touch-up in certain areas would enhance the guest experience even further.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would gladly return again. This hotel continues to be a great choice for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We had an amazing stay at Sol Beach House Bali Benoa. The room was really spacious and clean. The food was great and there was a lot of variety in the food because there are 2 a la carte restaurants and a buffet. Overall a great hotel. What really elevated the whole experience was the staff. The staff at the hotel was just incredibly kind and accommodating. They made our stay at Sol incredible! We hope to come back some day

We traveled to Bali for our honeymoon and Sol's service for our special occasion was next level. Not only were the staff incredibly friendly, helpful, and prompt, we received a congratulatory cake within minutes of checking in to our room. How sweet! The hotel itself is well kept, a great location for walking/transport, and has a beautiful ocean front space. We would definitely recommend Sol - they were exceptional!

Very disappointed!!!!
1. Staff Service:
The service at this hotel was the most disappointing part of our stay. The front desk staff were unkind and unhelpful, and it was nearly impossible to get the attention of waitstaff, even when the restaurant was nearly empty. They often disappeared into the kitchen and seemed uninterested in checking on customers.
2. Food Quality:
The food was extremely disappointing, to the point where local street food was far superior to what the hotel offered. The food was not fresh, especially the seafood, which had a strong odor. It felt like 90% of the meals were prepared with frozen ingredients. The meat was tough, smelled bad, and was nearly impossible to chew.
3. Cleanliness:
The hotel appears old and poorly maintained. Our room smelled like sewage from the drainage pipes, and the restaurant’s cleanliness left much to be desired. Overall, the hygiene standards were far below what should be expected from a hotel with such claims.
4. Drinks:
The drinks, including juices and detox options, were diluted to the point of being nearly tasteless. The fruit used was not fresh, lacking both flavor and taste.
5. Overall Experience:
It’s hard to understand how this hotel has received five-star ratings. As an all-inclusive hotel, if they cannot provide good service and quality, it might be better to reconsider offering this type of package. The entire experience felt like the hotel was cutting corners, possibly due to financial difficulties, resulting in poor service and low-quality offerings.

Our first time in Bali and it has been fantastic.
We stayed in a double room at SOL for a week of R and R. It was spacious and all we needed.
We paid a little extra to get the all inclusive package which I recommend this allows you to dine and drink at the hotel breakfast, lunch and dinner, it also allows some activities at no extra cost.
All staff were accommodating and inclusive. All with smiles and happy to help.
There are a bunch of great amenities and things to do. I highly recommend staying here.
