Terrible service and security very disappointing stay I stayed at Marbella Club Hotel for 4 days in room 266. During our stay, someone stole €400 from my bag inside the room, and my friend also had $600 and £100 stolen. We immediately reported it, but the staff did absolutely nothing. No apology, no investigation, no support just silence. The service overall was terrible. Room service took over 2 hours to deliver food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and poorly prepared. For a hotel with this reputation, I expected much better. But instead, we felt unsafe, disrespected, and completely ignored. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of security and basic service is unacceptable.

There’s a serenity to this place that’s hard to describe. Whether you’re having breakfast under the bougainvillea, relaxing by the pool, or walking to the beach club — you feel completely at ease. This wasn’t a stay. This was a reset. We left feeling lighter, inspired, and already planning our return. Marbella Club doesn’t compete with other hotels — it transcends them.

This feels like a dreamresort and the best we ever visited. Everything is so well-mainted, clean and fresh smell. It was such a great pleasure to make a visit there. So many facilities like a wellness spa, kidsclub and you can walk straightaway into the beach and clear sea. Even the pool and bar is amazing. Beautiful location and awesome service from the staff, they so friendly and helpful. As a guest you truly feel welcome. This hotel even offers a few shops from famous brands.
