We enjoyed our stay here at Margarita!!! The service from Noel and Jorge was amazing. We appreciate their attentive service , smiles , and making us laugh when we come to breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is our second visit and loved the service we received . Definitely coming back next year.
The day we arrived they got to know us and knew what drinks we liked to have with our meal.
Recommend upper management to recognize their staff as we do! The service we received is what brings us back.

We have traveled to Riviera Maya at least a dozen times and this resort has to be my favorite! The staff is so friendly (especially Higinio, the best waiter, and Michael, our friendly, outgoing bartender). The food has been excellent and the grounds are clean and beautiful. Our room faces the ocean and we are loving morning coffee on the balcony. The view is gorgeous. The pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs and towels and entertainment. Also quiet spots for when you need a break! My husband likes that there are many beer choices as they have a brewery onsite. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of dining at Frankie's Loves Lola in the Margaritaville Resort, and I must say, the highlight of our evening was the incredible service provided by Gabriel. From the moment we were seated, Gabriel made us feel welcomed and attended to every detail with a warm smile and genuine hospitality.
Gabriel went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the menu, provided excellent recommendations, and was always there when we needed him without being intrusive. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly made our night special.
If you're dining at Frankie's Loves Lola, I highly recommend asking for Gabriel. He is, without a doubt, the best server we've had in a long time. Thank you, Gabriel, for making our evening so memorable!

I recently stayed at Margaritaville Rivera Maya. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. While the hotel is about 40 minutes from downtown. If you want to be closer to the action, I suggest you stay in the hotel zone. The spa service was excellent.
Although it doesn’t have beach access, the property has nice pools. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from Noel. He was incredibly attentive, and ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The resort ambassador Jesus was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. 5 stars to him for his help and service to us! He was truly a great ambassador.
The room was also clean and very nice besides the shower drain being clogged and flooding the whole room.
Other than that the service wasn’t the greatest at the beach house and taco house. A few workers didn’t seem happy to serve us but others were pleasant.
We Ordered room service one night and took an hour for a pizza. The Italian restaurant wasn’t good but the food from the other restaurants were pretty good. Overall it was a good experience but I wish there was more to do at night. Mostly a place for relaxing and chilling by the pool so if you’re looking to party this isn’t the place.
