Our time at the resort was great. we spent New Year's Eve out of big party with great music. the restaurants have great food period the stuff is incredible.
Jose Alfredo Alvarez. Taught us a beginner's Tennis lesson in which I learned a significant and recommend going to his class.
There are ample pools and bars to go to period. We would return again.

We liked our stay (8 nights), but only because we were four families and had a good company. I don't think we will come back. The activities for children are really sparse. The beach is clean, but there are many rocks. And because we had a few days with waves maybe the water was quite muddy and it smelled (but there were not too many seaweeds). Lounge chairs are reserved from very early morning (towels everywhere).

This hotel should not have more than 3star rating. Starting with the room we were given.. strong smell of mould, stains on furniture, yellow stains all over the bath. Asked reception to get new room and have been told that they must first inspect and try fix the issue. Hour later they've sent a cleaner and a handy man in - cleaner was not able to get rid of the stains and left, handy man sprayed lots of nice smelling chemicals on to the walls and into the vents(great fix to mould problem). We insisted on a new room and were shown 2 more rooms after waiting for 3hours. 4hours and 3 rooms later we could finally unpack our bags😅 I mean it's not staff fault but hotel needs an upgrade.
Resort it self is lovely with plenty of wildlife roaming around. Lots of pools around.
The beach is nice, they do their best to keep sand clean but water stinks of rotten eggs due to all the sea weed😅
Food and service in restaurants and buffet is quite good. Rooms thou are a major let down.
I'm happy that we did not book a long stay in this hotel, just a few days to finish off our holiday.
I would definitely not recommended it unfortunately.
No idea how TUI have this on their list as 5star hotel.. they definitely need to revisit.

Lorenzo at the snack Riviera was my waiter for breakfast everyday and was incredibly hard working, polite, and always knew my drinks and would have them at my table ready to go each morning. He was very professional, yet fun and it was obvious he really enjoyed meeting and talking to people. Hands down one of the best staff members I've met (although all were great) and he went above and beyond for everyone in his section to ensure everyone was happy.

Don’t be fooled by the photos and don’t ruin your holiday. This place is the definition of lack of service + the food at the buffet is not good at all. The restaurants are a joke. If the wristband they give you falls off because of the poor quality of the pin, you are responsible to pay for a new one. If at 3pm they tell you they’ll put an additional bed in the room for your child it may not happen after 6 follow ups until 10pm. Beach is crowded. There was one lightbulb for the entire room, which was not working. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly and the toilet almost overflow. The door car reader stopped working, and every deficiency takes hours and several calls to be fixed. All in all it was the opposite of a peaceful vacation as every thing that’s beyond your control can be a source of stress. The management admits that the resort is old and with some statistics & tricks, they have gotten the rating that they have.
