Great resort the pools and drinks are great lots of entertainment. The staff here are great at making you feel relaxed. the grounds are well kept and beautiful.if you have anything that you need, the concierge will try his best to make that happen. Our room is very spacious and very clean. Housekeeping does a superb job at making your room up lots of different food options we really like the buffet in the morning and for lunch, the staff in that area are quick to ask if you need anything and keep everything clean and the buffet is constantly stocked with fresh food and fruit we have really enjoyed our stay here

The behind the scenes staff, including room service and ground facilities personnel, bar tenders, etc go above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience. While the hotel may hold a five-star rating, the overall service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall ambiance fall short of what I had anticipated, reflecting a more experience to a high end three-star establishment. Considering the rates I was charged, I had genuinely expected a higher level of service and amenities. I sincerely hope the management takes proactive steps to address these inconsistencies, as the potential for improvement is there…but it remains unfulfilled at the moment with our specific stay.

Had an an amazing Vacation. Sunset side was under construction but didn’t bother us one bit. Service was as great and staff were friendly. Having a swim up room was absolutely the best. Francisco de a sis at the snack bar buffet was our favourite server. He was kind and extra attentive every-time we were there.

This place does not look like the photos. BE WARNED half of it is shut down to construction. Also, when we booked we were promised a double jacuzzi room (one inside and one outside) when we got there they told us that was not what we were getting. When we arrived a greeter pulled out a map and literally cut the resort in half telling us this was the only area we had access to due to construction. Everything is run down you can tell the moment you arrive. We didn’t even check in and they are denying a refund which my credit card CAPITAL ONE who I booked through is to blame as well since I booked a suit that was not being offered at the hotel. When we sorted through things we went to the buffet and it was not clean and very disappointing. We just got our suit cases and went to another resort the valentine imperial which is 100% worth it. Very very nice all inclusive with wonderful food. I 10/10 recommend the VALENTIN IMPERIAL. THE GRAND RIVIERA PRINCESS IS RUN DOWN, UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AND THE PHOTOS DO NOT MATCH THE RESORT.

Francisco de Asis was a fabulous breakfast waiter for us in the pool restaurant. Took time to speak to us and ask about our son and his football team! He knew all about the premier league teams and players which surprised our son. Service was great around the resort. Facilities and food were good although I wouldn’t say they were quite 5* as advertised.
