Great resort.
Grounds are beautiful with lots of trees. Variety of pools was super nice depending on what kind of vibe you feel like.
Resort is a few minutes from the beach, but the shuttles come very often so it was still super easy to access.
Enjoyed the food.
All the staff were especially great and super nice. Bar staff, buffet, front desk, grounds, everyone. Carlos was very helpful when we used the gym and always said hi when we passed him on the resort, great guy.

It was an amazing experience. We stayed for five days and everything was incredible. The reception, the rooms, the food, the main pool and the water park for the children.
We were surprised by the size and facilities of the gym, especially the professional service of the instructor Carlos. Who was always with a smile and assisting us. We will definitely return next year.

I really enjoyed our stay. The whole hotel was clean. Good variety on the buffet (though air- con would had been appreciated). Drinks service good. Pool areas lovely. No scrapping for sunbeds. Easy 10 min walk to the beach, or use the buggy buses that are regular. Room was large and had good air-conditioning. Only just over an hour from airport and really close to Talum. Wi-fi was excellent, and worked across all four Bahia hotels seemlessly.
Tips for if you are going to book:
-Download the app and get your a-la-cartes booked before you go.
-Pack beach shoes (hot floor/sand, sea is a bit rocky and if you're visiting a cenote you'll as appreciate them)
-In Mexico, use higher factor sun lotion than you usually would and if you burn sometimes anyway, take a long sleeved swimming top.
-If going for two weeks upgrade at least the second week to the wristbands that let you use the facilities in all 4 hotels (if you don't have kids, I highly recommend breakfast, pool and lunch at the adults-only hotel and afternoons at the beach with the bands gives you a much wider choice of where to relax and you don't have to go back to the hotel to get a snack), it's only about £12 a day.
-Book the Origan show and the Mexican Fiesta evening. Glad we did them both.

This is an amazing place where we are not the first time but we want to go back there again and again every year. The Gulf of Mexico in this place is charming. The ocean floor is pleasant for feet. The water is warm. The waves do not hit your face due to the breakwaters. There is a lot of food and everything is very tasty!!! I especially want to note the kids club group working with children - top notch. The evening shows are amazing as always!

The service was excellent, provided by a lovely waiter named Jonathan. Food was good but felt it lacked a bit of atmosphere within the restaurant. The Mediterranean Sampler was delicious, lovely and light. The Shrimp Bisque soup was delicious. Followed by the Provence Salmon which also was very good. My husband had the Lamb rack, though tasty it was ‘charred’ in appearance. We then had the Mediterranean Coffee for desert which was a chocolate mousse served in a tea cup and saucer.
Lovely meal overall.
