The service was definitely top notch! Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Concierge was always helpful. They do have 24 hour room service, but order late at your own risk. The food quality after 10 pm was worse than McDonalds. The restaurants had good food, but all of them were closed for dinner except for 2 of them. I would not recommend upgrading to Premier/Preferred status as it only allows you to a clubhouse with snacks, an extra pool, and access to Dreams resort (2 resorts over). We renewed our vows while we were there and I would highly recommend taking advantage of the photography package! Our photographer was amazing, as was our wedding coordinator! He made sure everything ran smoothly. Our ceremony was exactly as I pictured it. As part of the vow renewal we took advantage of their romantic dinner which was delicious and absolutely beautiful! The rose petals in the room when we checked in were also a very nice touch Be warned they will try to get you to sit through a timeshare when you arrive. Overall, we had a net positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone wanting a low stress wedding, but would probably not personally book again. But my husband and I are not really resort people to begin with. If you are a resort person, I think you would love it there.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Luz with activities was a gem, so sweet, Gabriel at the Oceana restaurant was fabulous, Rigoberto, a bartender at the Rendezvous Bar was a master with the drinks. Location was great. Food was wonderful. Rooms were a little dated, ours had a smell, but we figured it was from the sink and we covered the drain, smell went away. Light switches were a challenge, some worked and some didn't. Entertainment was good, saw the Mayan fire dance which was amazing. This was a girl's trip to celebrate our 60th Birthday, overall it was a great trip, everyone enjoyed it.

We had an amazing 7 days at this resort, a special shout out to some staff we had the pleasure of being with first of all our absolutely amazing bartender Jonathan, he greeted us with a smile everytime and even had my drinks ready before I sat down at our swim out absolutely amazing service from him a natural for customer service. Our hostess Jenny at Oceana was outstanding and so pleasant everytime we went as well as Kenia from the breakfast buffet both amazing ladies both so kind with a special service each time we arrived can’t say enough about these two ladies they brought a smile to my face just by being there. The staff went above and beyond making us feel welcome and remembering my name in such a short time. We are truly grateful for how well the staff treated us as well as the spa services and much more. Thank you for an amazing visit for our first time we hope to be back!

Well Hilton did it in and the food is awful! Several meals have been inedible and the condition of the resort is sad. Have been coming for years but this will be the last time. When we were here last April I noticed that the premium food selections had disappeared and from there it plummeted. The resort is in disrepair in every area. We had to switch rooms twice just to get to passable. Sad.....it was a great brand once. Game over!

This a sub par hotel by Hyatt standards. It's should absolutely not belong to the chain. When you arrive you get to sit through an hour long gatekeeper situation just to check into the room. The food is awful, it's on a part of the island where no other restaurants are around. The service is the same… The overall experience of the hotel was so far beneath what we expected that they let us out of the hotel a night early and agreed to kick back Funds for the last night. It's 15 days later and still haven't received it… They said it would be 7 to 10. There are so many better places to stay in Cozumel. Do your homework… Avoid this one.
