Spent a week here and had a great time. Rooms are clean, nice selection of food, service was amazing. Staff is so friendly. Jerry in the 8th floor lounge always has a smile and keeps your drinks full. Mose in the lounge in the evenings works very quickly ensuring everyone has what they want. Rafael at the adult bar is very easy to talk with and keeps the drinks coming. Maria the 8th floor concierge greets you each morning with a smile and pleasant conversation. We will definitely be back!

First and last time at this hotel and Mexico. The hotel staff from reception to any form of management position are extremely rude and could do with lots of customer service training. Vegetarian/ Vegan food is non existent, unless you consider cold pizza and cheap pasta sauce out of the supermarket suitable for every lunch and dinner, the food that is there is not labelled. The chefs aren’t bothered to even talk to you, let alone try and make a simple dish. They clearly favour the Mexican guests, not suitable for anyone with dietary requirements. You get what you get, don’t expect any level of hospitality.

Maggie did N excellent job on my massage and facial! Ronnie in the game room kept things orderly and fun for the whole family. Great service from Gustavo in The Fisherman and Jesus at the buffet. They made our trip very enjoyable

Karla, Gonzalo y Cristian what an amazing team the energy and the vibe is amazing. Wonderful personality and happy people who enjoy there jobs and go above and behind to brighten our day. I had a tough morning with my 3 year old and they changed my mood. Me and my family had an amazing time with the activities and the dances. We definitely created memories with this team A+ in my book. My son did not have sneakers to do the zip line and the staff Adrian took off his sneakers and offered his sneakers so my son could Rock Climb and zip line. A great family resort you just need to pay attention on how to sign up for restaurant reservations it does go fast. It also depends on what room you have it can be a difference in comfort levels. Lots of activities I suggest you screen shot the activities and then you know what activities are what day and time and where to go. My only complaint were too many kids were not supervised in the pool and some kids had fowl language and parents where no where to be found and some kids had behavior problems shame on the parents. Crown paradise overall a great place a little bit of everything for all ages. Thanks from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Hotel looks great, with the pictures that have been put on the Web site, But the beach is only 10 foot wide, the sea is taking it back. The room was cleaned daily with clean bedding and towels, the bar in the room was also topped up daily. Food at the buffet restaurant is cold, breakfast is good there but the evening a no go. The food is hot at the French, Italian, fish and Mexican, oh and the steak restaurant, would highly recommend the French restaurant staff are great and helpful, but men you need to wear long trousers at this restaurant. The hotel as an hole is clean and tidy I can not fault that. The drink are named drinks not local products except for the beer, lots of different cocktails. Here for 2 weeks arrived home 14th Oct 24.
