I had a great time at the Crown Paradise Club. I’ve been to other all inclusives and expected the food to be mediocre based on past experience but it was some of the best meals I’ve ever had. The restaurants are all amazing and have great service. The beach was amazing. Warmest water I’ve ever been in. I would recommend upgrading to VIP if you can so you have access to the private lounge. This is where we had breakfast every morning. All staff were amazing and fun. The only negative thing I would comment was the room cleanings came at sporadic times so we felt we had to be out of the room from 9:30 to 5 incase the cleaners came.

I am going to try to be as transparent as I can. Checking in the hotel was simple and easy, they gave us our wristbands, towel cards and we went to our room after. Room looked nice in the pictures but when we walked in, we quickly realized pictures don't tell you the entire store. The room is very outdated, the smell of mold is overwhelming, there was 2 big cockroaches , one infront of the room door and the second was in the washroom downstairs (we stayed at family suite). Not much staff spoke English which made it harder to communicate, had to call in few times for more blankets with no luck that I had to physically go down to front desk to ask them to bring us some. Amenities in the hotel are also very dated. Gym is death trap (bench bar came apart from the right side while I was benching), pool tables in the entertainment room were ripped, the foose table was 30 years old and broken. Rock climbing and zipline never opened once for the 3 days I was there (when the schedule clearly stated the hours it will be open). The food is mediocre at best and what they don't tell you is you need to make reservation to the restaurants at hotel right at 8am the day you would like to go because it you don't, the reservation book up and you will end up at the buffet food which is 5/10. Laundry service was amazing and the hotel location is great. I booked the hotel for 6 days but I ended up leaving 3 days later and went to a different hotel because it's simply not acceptable when you are spending that kind of money. This hotel should never be offered through Costco and definitely will never be going back. In my book, this is a 2 start hotel.

Always a great time at this resort. Staff is super friendly and always very accommodating. We love this place because our kids have an amazing time every year. Service, food and amenities are all as expected and better! Special shout out to Estrella who keeps the fitness/gym area in tip top shape. She is always ready to help with any concerns and needs!

This hotel is very old, but the rooms are clean. However, on the first day, they claimed that water had been placed in the fridge, which was not true. If you lose something, don’t expect any help—they are not capable of assisting you, and the customer service is really lacking. On the positive side, there are some extraordinary staff members like Roberto and the Kids Club team, the food is excellent, and the location is amazing. Still, the hotel urgently needs to review its policies and improve customer service quality. I would only recommend this place for families with small children who plan to use the daycare. Otherwise, you must always watch your belongings carefully—if you lose something (and I’m talking about a phone, not a minor item), you will never get it back.

I'd like to leave a review of my time at this hotel. My family and I spent a wonderful eight days and nights here. Check-in took about 10 minutes. We arrived a little early and the room wasn't ready yet, so we went to have lunch at the buffet. By the time we returned to reception, everything was ready. Our room was in the central tower on the 4th floor with a stunning view. It was clean, had a well-functioning air conditioner, and was cleaned every day. The food was simple but not bad. They tried to change the menu daily. We didn't have enough salmon for breakfast sandwiches, which was usually available at other hotels. We also really missed a cafe open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. so we could sit down with friends over a cup of coffee. Restaurants were easy to reserve in the morning after 8 a.m. using your phone. Hot dogs, burgers, and other snacks were available by the pool from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sushi with salmon, tuna, crab, and vegetarian options were also available nearby from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Drinks were served by the pool very well, the pools were nice and clean, and sun loungers were available all day. The sea was stunningly clean, no seaweed, the water was warm, and my daughter really loved the baby turtles that had just hatched. The shows were beautiful almost every evening, and there were lots of different attractions for children. A special thank you to all the hotel staff; they are very kind and friendly people, always happy to help. Jorge from the buffet is a wonderful person, always trying to make sure everything was fine for us. Overall everything was great and my family and I had a great time and would happily come back to this hotel again.
