Wonderful stay!! Great food and ambience. Rooms were clean and well equipped. We were very well looked after. Must mention the wonderful 'Tom & Jerry' (Maria) in the breakfast lounge. Their warmth made the morning extra special. Loved seeing Luigi Estrada( Michael Jackson impersonator) and his troop perform. It was a surprise for us, really amazing.

Amazing!! The staff was incredible even with the language difference! This all inclusive meant all inclusive! Food, drink, mini golf, pools all included. The breakfast buffets were great, lots of options, wait staff was on top of anything. We only at dinner at the buffet but it was great! Any staff we encountered was so polite, and happy. Never seen happier people at work then here. Everything was incredible!! Will definitely be staying here again!! If I could do 10 ☆s I would.

First time taking the kids down south and this place was perfect. Lots to do for the young kids and the staff could not have been more friendly.
Rooms are average, however they were always clean and well maintained.
Food was average, however there were always multiple options available.
The pools were immaculate, clean, and available
The bartenders were always happy to serve the kids drinks and never stopped laughing and or smiling.
Negatives:
The door man and the Mexican restaurant was always rude, never smiled, and treated us poorly both times we were there. The serving staff, however, made up for that with perfect service.
Same went for the door girl at la piazza. Could not have been more rude on multiple occasions.
Lastly, they advertise teen clubs and activities. False....none available and my 14 year old struggled to find kids his age. This was a main reason we chose the location and finding out there was no teen club was a hinderance.
Overall, strong place, great vibe, friendly staff, and solid location.

Never again would I stay at this resort or recommend anyone to. Today is my 1st day here and it has been horrific so far. Got into my room and the bed was broken, my bell man was nice enough to call front desk and rectify the issue by getting us a different room. If you need something you have to call about 20x for someone to pick up. When someone picks up they cannot help you. I'm here with my 6 month old & 2 year old , I asked for a kettle to help warm their milks but it has been impossible to get it. I called room service & they directed me to house keeping. House keeping then answered, said beep really loud & then hung up. I tried called back and they would not answer. I tried calling room service again to see if they can help me to get the kettle but once again they were not helpful. Please train your staff to be professional and try to help guests. This incident occurred 3/6 around 10pm. Front desk never answers the phone either. I can reassure you that you should not come to this resort with your family. The baby crib also came broken . If I didn't notice this before putting my baby she would've fell down and hurt herself. This is unacceptable, negligent and should be intolerable

I would say this resort is all around great for the price, the food is much better than resorts far more expensive and higher rated. The rooms are all facing the ocean with a very short walk to the pools along with the buffet. The restaurants are all very well designed with good food from all over, much better than I’ve had in the past at other resorts. The staff are helpful and the rooms are always clean. There’s a games room with video game consoles and ping pong for kids, a disco club for the people who wanna dance and listen to music (mind you it does not get very busy in there) and there’s a corner store right across the street, which is a safe walking distance even at night. Theres also a water slide and a mini golf course! A few negatives would be the lack of towels, we found that every time we asked for a towel we were met with “sorry we have none at this spot you will need to walk to the other side of the resort” which isn’t fun when your wet and holding bags and clothes. Another disappointing bit of news will be that they do not carry guacamole on the resort. It is just not something they do and I’m really not sure why, never figured that one out. The last negative for this resort would be booking dinners. It is very very hard to get reservations as they do not have enough seats and time slots for everyone in one night. So you will need to get up at 7:58 every morning just to check in online and book your dinner reservations promptly at 8:00am. Overall I would still give this resort a 4/5 and I would most definitely come back to this gorgeous place.
