What is great, are the drinks and the fact they have a drinks menu for kids. Bring your own mugs!
Lower your expectations. Even though the personnel is super friendly and proactive, the facilities are a bit outdated and need a lot of maintenance.
You can hear your room neighbors very EASY! So, bring your good night tricks with you, you might need them.
Food is much better than I expected. Arrive early to the buffet to get the best plates.
Service and personnel are always attentive.

Our experience at Crown Paradise Club Cancun was far from relaxing. The noise levels were unbearable, with loud disturbances continuing until 2 AM and resuming as early as 6 AM. It was nearly impossible to get a good night's rest.
On the first day, we got no housekeeping and we were running out of everything. They consistently run out of pool towels so two days we had no towels despite making 3-4 visits and asking for towels.
The food was mediocre at best, lacking the quality one would expect from a resort. All the restaurants have a long wait, including the buffet. Rules regarding reservations change consistently. And to get a reservation you have to book at exactly 8:00am , otherwise everything gets booked.
On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Instead of creating a hospitable atmosphere, they frequently threatened guests with extra charges, which felt excessive and unnecessary—for instance, charging $25 for each lost towel. Our towels disappeared twice and we were told that we have to take the towels to towel station before entering the pool and then go and get new ones when we get out of the pool. This sounds very inefficient and illogical.
The entertainment shows were also disappointing, with disrespectful audience members talking loudly throughout. It was frustrating and detracted from the experience.
The beach was small (but beautiful) and finding seating was a struggle, both on the beach and by the pool. The lack of space and availability made it difficult to enjoy these areas.
The infinity pool was beautiful. There was another pool in a shaded area. The pools are on the colder side - the sea was warmer.
Overall, this resort did not meet expectations. I would not recommend it and we will not return.

My experience at Crown Paradise Cancun exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive and pleasant, always ensuring we were well taken care of. The views from our room were stunning and added to the relaxing atmosphere.
While the food at the main restaurant was just okay, dining at the specialty restaurants with reservations was a completely different story—the meals there were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend making those reservations to elevate your dining experience.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely consider returning!

My family of 6 stayed at Crown Paradise Club for 10 days. We booked 3 rooms, a standard room with bunk beds, a crown club room, and a honeymoon suite. All rooms were clean and stocked well. The standard room had a good view of the sea and a small balcony. The club room had a good view of the sea and a large bathroom and large jacuzzi inside, with a small balcony. The honeymoon suite had a gorgeous oceanfront view of the sea with a very large balcony and jacuzzi, a living area, a second smaller balcony overlooking the resort, and large bathroom. The rooms are serviced daily and if you leave a tip in your fridge you'll get extra drinks.
We were pleased with the food selection in the La Palapa and didn't find much we didn't like. All of the staff was great! We were taken care of by Christian for every breakfast and lunch at the buffet, and we can't speak highly enough of him. He remembered our drink orders from day one and always went above and beyond for us. The guys at the pool were very attentive, we loved Victor! The staff worked so hard every day and they are what sets this place apart from the rest.
If you're looking for a 5 star resort, keep looking. This place does need some updating and a few areas need fixing for safety reasons. It's also not a good choice for those who have mobility issues, as there is a lot of stairs and the ramps are very steep.
If you're looking for a place with good food, friendly staff that takes care of you, multiple options to keep the kids busy, and a beautiful ocean (though the water was quite rough most days) book the Crown Paradise Club. We will be back.

Went to this beautiful resort as a surprise family trip for my birthday. It's a wonderful all included resort. They have a beach with life guards and many cabanas. I had a great time. I really enjoyed the different restaurants, especially Wayne's boots. I didn't go to the french one because it apparently has a dress code, and I didn't pack for that. If you want to go bring a dress pants and shirt and no flip flops. The breakfast and lunch buffets were plentiful and had something for everyone. You could ask the bar to make whatever drink you want. The super buffet was fine as well, but I found the foods at the restaurants were more satisfying. You just have to make reservations early. My kids had a great time as well. The little water play area for the kids could use a more active life guard system. I found she just sat on her perch and scolded kids for misbehaving after the fact, which I found useless. Because kids will go down a slide 4 at a time, and there is no one in the water to control it better. We limited our kids' time there as there was a lot of pushing and line skipping. Kids were clogging slides and bumping into each other, especially in the kids only area where the life guard does not allow parents to go. I have younger kids and didn't need any injuries on vacation. The swimming pools were great and we spent most of our time in the 2 larger pools although there are more, including an adults only one. There is a bar right there, and we had plenty of drinks right by the pool and had a great time in the water daily. All in all, my family and I had a great time. I would happily go back again without much hesitation. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job getting rid of the sand in the rooms after beach trips. If you can get a good deal I feel this resort would be a good experience, especially if you have little kids.
