This resort is small and relaxation was the key. The room was clean but there was an old odor when you walked in. Smaller resort, limited food options, not close to anything and further away from the airport. The resort staff was nice. Highlight was sports bar.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya, and the exceptional service provided by the staff truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel warmly welcomed and attended to. Two people in particular really stood out: Ivan, our server, and Nelson, our bartender.
Ivan was incredibly attentive and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked. He made each meal an enjoyable experience, remembering our preferences and going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His kindness and dedication to making guests feel valued made a huge impression on us.
Nelson, the bartender, added a fun and personal touch to our afternoons. His cocktails were not only delicious but crafted with skill and care. He was always ready with a recommendation and took the time to make sure we were having a great experience. His friendly personality and enthusiasm made every visit to the bar a highlight of our stay.
Thanks to Ivan, Nelson, and the rest of the wonderful staff at Hyatt Zilara, we felt completely pampered and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway with outstanding service.

This resort is absolutely incredible!! The best we’ve ever stayed at hands down! The rooms are impeccably clean and smell so fresh. The food is phenomenal. The personnel go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing stay. The beach is clean and beautiful. We are planning to be back :)

We stayed a total of 6 days and everything was great . Food is very tasty and delicious very fresh, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Coffee shop has delicious ice cream and light sandwiches.
The pool is very big and very beautiful, only down side is you need to get there early as people “reserve” pool loungers by placing towels on them. Which can be very inconvenient as those people don’t show up until later in the day and all the spots get taken up but no one is using it.
We really enjoyed the Asian restaurant the most. Miguel our waiter went above and beyond with his attention and outstanding service.
Overall our stay was awesome. 👏

I wish I could say this place was as good as advertised, but it wasn't. The rooms were nice, but our swim out pool was cold every day- doesn't help that it is in shade and not warmed up at all (like the main pool). The food was just ok-nothing special at all. We are at all the restaurants and there is nothing that we would want again. The pool area was nice and the vibe there was good. Our experience w the service there wasn't the best either. They didn't clean our room for two days and the orders seemed to take a long time. Views are nice and beach was fun, but really the events here were small and cheesy (no biggie for us though). Met a lot of fun people and the employees were very nice and entertaining, but unfortunately I don't see us coming back here.
