I absolutely adored this Hacienda style resort. It felt luxurious and intimate. Marcial at the front desk was wonderful. Jorge and Salome were our favorite servers and Laura our favorite hostess. The Capri restaurant was our favorite the food was great and it didn’t get boring to repeat it. The pool area was great there was always seating and the beach was clean the water was beautiful and calm and the wait staff was wonderful to keep the drinks coming. Only downside was our experience with the vacation club personnel. They told us whatever they had to to convince us and then on the day of the Lunch they didn’t honor what they had offered. We declined to go after a lot of back and forth with them. It was very frustrating for the time they made us waste. So be aware of them. I will be back to this hotel.

(Small, but Mighty) Small, intimate and amazing customer service. The only reason this place didn't get five stars is because unfortunately this place is a bit outdated. But it made up for it for it's small size. Small, but mighty. The resort was able to be intimate because it has such a smaller size than other Cancun / Riveria Maya resorts. Less rooms means less people and less crowds. I never waited for a dinner reservation or a lunch spot to eat. I'm saying this, because I visited in October (due to the season), there were only about two or three options for dinner every night. Although true, the food was really good. You have the international buffet, the Asian restaurant or the Italian restaurant for dinner. While I was there (was not a problem at all), but did seem as if they were making upgrades to the resort, which is exciting. Overall, the resort offered nightly entertainment, the location was not far from Riceria Maya excursions like Xacret (like 30 minutes or so), food was good and the staff were extra attentive. Thank you to Hyatt Zilara!!!

I think this is the best hotel in which I've ever stayed. The hotel was beautiful, had a great pool, was on the beach, and had everything I needed. Our room had a swim up pool (amazing!) and everything was clean. The food was good and the drinks were even better. The bartenders Alexander and Alejandra made us feel like family and helped with any drinks we wanted to try. I felt like a millionaire because of how well they treated everyone in my group. I would absolutely stay here again and I'd recommend it to everyone.

This resort is a perfect resort if you are looking for ultimate relaxation, fantastic food and great entertainment. The resort staff was great from the check in all the way to the checkout process. The resort shows it has 4 resturants but the Asian resturant had 3 resturants within ( al a carte, sushi bar, tepanayki). Lola beach resturant had a great variety of taco and Mexican cushine, while the resort also had a great Italian resturant and buffet as well. The resort is very small and wasn't too busy when we stayed and it was great because there was always a spot in the pool and beach area without having to wake up so early to reserve a chair. Also, because the resort is smaller it was great to only have to walk such short distances to all the resturants and amenities of the resort. I definitely would recommend this resort to couples looking for a relaxing holiday without any kids.

10/10 – Best Holiday We’ve Ever Had From start to finish, this resort was pure luxury. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with huge, comfortable beds and a bathroom featuring double basins and a large walk-in shower. If you can, book a sea view room the views are breathtaking and absolutely worth it. The staff were outstanding, always friendly and ready to help with anything. Service was consistently excellent, which made the whole stay feel effortless. Food was another highlight. There was an endless variety at every meal, and each restaurant offered something different. The Italian restaurant was our personal favourite, and the daytime BBQs were unforgettable. Entertainment was well thought out—plenty happening during the day to keep you engaged, but never overwhelming. Quite honestly, we couldn’t find a single fault. Everything exceeded expectations, and it’s without question the best holiday we’ve ever had. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable escape.
