It’s the worse hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The service is bad, the rooms are horrible, you’re not allowed to walk around the hotel after 6 pm!!! The bed sheets are ripped and stink. The rooms are freezing (the AC won’t turn off). The food is the same everyday. You pay for all inclusive, but the restaurants inside aren’t free (you only get 25% discount as an all inclusive guest). Please choose another hotel if you want to spend a good time with your family. Also, they should check you in by 15.00 according to their laws, but the rooms weren’t ready by 3pm. I have planned the trip by time, so I could rest after the long flight, however had to spend time waiting in the reception for my room. Also you can’t dial to reception from your room, because they turn off the calls. Well, it’s not a 5 star hotel, even 3 star hotels are so much better for better price. Good luck with this hotel! But wouldn’t recommend it at all

Stayed four nights on a travel break from Finland home to Australia as 2A and 2C. Arrived at very unpleasant hour of 3am, and the staff were incredibly helpful from the outset. We found the room exceptional, and appreciated the all inclusive nature of the hotel. The food variety at Turquoise restaurant was incredible and exceptionally family friendly. The attached Meryal water park was 10/10 and an absolute highlight of the six week trip for the whole family. Thank you for a wonderful end to our holiday

We loved the hotel and the water park. Check in was late. Check out was on time. Room was extremely dusty which is understandable on the surface but not inside the table lamp and bathroom fixtures. We had light issues in both rooms where the lights would turn off as if on a timer. It was promptly resolved by providing us with a different card for the lights only. Unusual to have it happen in both rooms . Rooms were in opposite buildings but on same floor
Pros: we were allowed to use the water park before room was ready and after checkout. Full board option and lunch buffet were generous . View on all sides was breath taking.
Cons: dinner buffet food was served cold we asked them to reheat

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island Hotel in Qatar! Traveling all the way from Kuwait, I was excited for a getaway, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the luxurious ambiance, warm hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail were evident everywhere. The facilities were world-class, the food was exquisite, and every corner of the property radiated elegance and comfort.

Amazing property! It’s suitable for rapture families or friends stay, rooms are new and supper comfortable. Aquapark is smth that worth separate attention! You definitely need to plan few days only to spend it there. It’s a heaven for children. The food is amazing. would like to say big thank you to staff of the reception, GR and specially French restaurant team for going extra mile making every moment of our stay unforgettable and truly memorable.
