I would to thank the nice employees in hotel, also the help me to got free extra bed to my child, but I have some point I need to make clear on it.
1. The breakfast buffet is so crowded, no table available, the hotel employees the try to arrange but the capacity so huge, the need to more staff.
2. The pillow has bad smell.

You will have a great time if you stay here but there are too many small frustrations to give it 5 stars.
The good:
Dinner options and most breakfast things are varied and tasty. Any tastes catered for.
Beds are super comfy
Shower was awesome
The water park access is an amazing perk, the water park is absolutely brilliant for all ages
Everywhere was clean and tidy
Staff were polite and doing their best
Please improve:
It was so hard to get a coffee when arriving for breakfast. There’s one machine that is self service and one used by the staff. These guys are so overrun with orders that realistically queuing for the self serve is quicker. Just make it all self serve!
Service generally was poor, not through lack of effort from the staff, but lack of training.
Little frustrations like the bread knife being so blunt that I actually gave up and had sliced bread instead of sourdough or the water bottle in the rooms being 125ml so a family goes through absolutely loads of them each day
I’m aware all these are very much first world problems but this is a luxury expensive hotel and little details are so important to differentiate from the competition at this level.
We would stay again for the water park but we would be thinking of the Le Meridian up the road. Those guys are class.

I will make the review short:
Service: very poor with discriminating treatment and behavior from the staff. We booked all inclusive accommodation yet we were repeatedly denied access to dinner and sometime breakfast.
Hygiene: we found mold on the ceiling and bugs on towels.
Food: not the best. No good breakfast options for the kids. Utensils and cutlery lacked cleanliness.
Kids amenities: very small and crowded kids club with limited activities. It was lacking organization and hygiene.
The waterpark was good and we enjoyed our time there.

We stayed for one night on a half-board basis with my family and enjoyed it a lot. The place is amazing! We had the chance to use the water park on both check-in and check-out days. There was a wide variety of food during dinner and breakfast. The room was comfy and had a great view.
A special thank you to Mr. Kristen at the reception area; he was so nice and helpful. All the animated staff are friendly, and they treated the kids well. When I lost one of my kids at the water park, they helped me find him easily.

Her warm smile and genuine kindness created an incredibly welcoming atmosphere that left a lasting impression on us.
Ilham consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued and well cared for, enhancing our time both at the water park and the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to returning.
