We had the opportunity to have an incredible holiday thanks to the hotel. Especially Ms. Gulsana, who was at the reception, was in control of everything and was very helpful. Turquoise restaurant and M2 crew are excellent. All of the employees are very good. The water park is extraordinary and the temperature of the water is ideal. The areas in the hotel and the water park are clean. Thank you very much for everything.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island Hotel in Qatar! Traveling all the way from Kuwait, I was excited for a getaway, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the luxurious ambiance, warm hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail were evident everywhere. The facilities were world-class, the food was exquisite, and every corner of the property radiated elegance and comfort.
A heartfelt thank you to Ilham, who went above and beyond to make my stay truly unforgettable. Her exceptional assistance, genuine kindness, and personal touch elevated my experience from amazing to perfect. I felt so welcomed and cared for—your efforts did not go unnoticed!

I would to thank the nice employees in hotel, also the help me to got free extra bed to my child, but I have some point I need to make clear on it.
1. The breakfast buffet is so crowded, no table available, the hotel employees the try to arrange but the capacity so huge, the need to more staff.
2. The pillow has bad smell.

The food at the buffet was also enjoyable, offering a variety of delicious options. The Waterpark was amazing, providing fun and joy for everyone. We’re grateful for the memorable experience.

The good:
Dinner options and most breakfast things are varied and tasty. Any tastes catered for.
Beds are super comfy
Shower was awesome
The water park access is an amazing perk, the water park is absolutely brilliant for all ages
Everywhere was clean and tidy
Staff were polite and doing their best
Please improve:
It was so hard to get a coffee when arriving for breakfast. There’s one machine that is self service and one used by the staff. These guys are so overrun with orders that realistically queuing for the self serve is quicker. Just make it all self serve!
Service generally was poor, not through lack of effort from the staff, but lack of training.
Little frustrations like the bread knife being so blunt that I actually gave up and had sliced bread instead of sourdough or the water bottle in the rooms being 125ml so a family goes through absolutely loads of them each day
I’m aware all these are very much first world problems but this is a luxury expensive hotel and little details are so important to differentiate from the competition at this level.
We would stay again for the water park but we would be thinking of the Le Meridian up the road. Those guys are class.
