First, I booked three rooms for my family and I requested rooms next each other to be closer to my children. Of course they didn’t give that to me.
Second, I arrived at 2pm, I haven’t checked in until 5:30pm !!!
Third, I booked all inclusive, the snack bar and the fridge were completely empty. When you call it takes forever to get to you, if they make it.
Fourth, the rooms smell bad, the bathroom are dark, most of the lights don’t work.
Fifth, the restaurant in the ground floor is hot, very busy, the service bad. The staff are very nice but they are not enough for the number of guests.
Sixth, I booked all inclusive, one day the restaurant is full and I had no table for my family, and we couldn’t take our dinner, we went to the restaurant in M2, it’s not kids friendly.
There are more but I’ll keep it to those points.
My experience was bad , and I don’t recommend the place. Overpriced compared to other hotels on the same line of service

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and throughout the hotel was dreadful, making it unbearable, especially considering Qatar’s intense humidity. It felt like you were burning up wherever you went inside the hotel.
We originally stayed in room 4382, which had no air conditioning at all and was filthy. When we requested a room change, it took them over an hour to transfer our belongings to the new room, 1384. However, the new room was also unprepared and dirty. There were no toothbrushes, missing towels, and the minibar was completely empty. When the maintenance man came to “fix” the air conditioning in our first room, he laughed and mentioned that the air conditioner had never worked to begin with!
To make matters worse, the service was atrocious. The staff were unhelpful, and the customer service was shockingly rude. When we tried the all-you-can-eat buffet, we were extremely disappointed with the quality. The food was far below expectations, with stale pizzas and shawarma that tasted like it came straight from a frozen supermarket packet. It felt incredibly cheap.
The one silver lining of our stay was a staff member named Emil, who stood out for his kindness and willingness to help. When the rest of the customer service team failed us, Emil stepped in and made our experience slightly better.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We stayed for one night on a half-board basis with my family and enjoyed it a lot. The place is amazing! We had the chance to use the water park on both check-in and check-out days. There was a wide variety of food during dinner and breakfast. The room was comfy and had a great view.
A special thank you to Mr. Kristen at the reception area; he was so nice and helpful. All the animated staff are friendly, and they treated the kids well. When I lost one of my kids at the water park, they helped me find him easily.

My two-night stay was amazing! The kids had a blast at the pool, kids' club, and water park. The food tasted excellent at the buffet, although the variety was limited, and there were no fresh juices available
One thing I didn't like about the room was that the Shattaf sprayer in the WC was difficult to use—it was hard to press.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at a very well-appointed hotel with top-notch facilities, but sadly, the overall experience was marred by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. Despite the luxurious surroundings, the staff members were noticeably unfriendly and did not even extend a simple smile during my entire stay.
It is so disappointing to see such a disconnect between the fantastic amenities provided and the lack of basic hospitality and service. It truly tarnished my overall impression of the hotel.
Regrettably, I will not be returning to this establishment in the future. A smile and a friendly attitude can go a long way in creating a positive guest experience, which was sorely lacking during my time at this hotel.
