Our stay at Marti Resort was absolutely amazing! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were spacious, with excellent air conditioning. The pools were fantastic, and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Doano, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Although we had to check out by 12 pm, they graciously allowed us to stay and enjoy the full resort facilities until our transfer at 6 pm. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and hassle-free holiday!

A very nice hotel with its own section of beach for guests. There are plenty of nice areas to sit and relax inside and out that are very clean and comfortable. We had no problem getting sunbeds round the pool although it was the end of the season and a lot of them were broken and needed replacing. The food was very good mainly Turkish cuisine. The bars offered a good selection of drinks mainly branded spirits but service was.a bit hit and miss. We had a standard room that was on a split level with no balustrade around the perimeter so could be quite dangerous in the middle of the night if you got up to use the toilet as the bed was close to the ledge and steps.we had no balcony just a Juliet balcony that you we couldn't really make use of as large 3 seat bed sofa was in front of it making it impossible to use.The room was traditional Turkish style a bit dated and dark and in need of some refurbishment We stayed for one week and had a lovely relaxing holiday and would come again but in different room type.

I probably should have written this review much earlier, but ultimately it doesn’t make a big difference. I chose this hotel for our holiday stay (September/October 2024) because of the exceptionally good price and location. It was our first trip to Turkey, and we weren’t disappointed—a stunning country with wonderful people. The hotel is located in an incredibly beautiful spot and has plenty of swimming pools, which was a real treasure for us as we love swimming. The rooms could use some refreshing. We were placed in what was supposedly the newer part (with a view of a construction site), but we’re not entirely convinced the finish was of the best quality. Initially, I wasn’t happy with such a view from the balcony—I think many guests had a similar issue. We were assured that construction work was paused during the vacation season, and indeed, we didn’t see any heavy works taking place. Ultimately, we only used the room for sleeping since the hotel offered plenty of spaces for relaxation. The hotel gardens are like a fairy tale. We also appreciated the large amount of seating areas in the lobby, music halls, and various cafés and bars, including one with a view of the sea. A big shout-out to the restaurant staff—most of them were hardworking young people from Kazakhstan (special greetings to our waitress Alina, who took excellent care of us throughout the stay; she’s sharp and an incredibly kind person). However, it wasn’t just the young staff who were friendly—the local chefs (a wonderful couple), service managers, and the main hall manager were also very welcoming. On-site, we had access to a wide range of excursions, and Kris from the TUI travel agency was not only well-informed but also very pleasant to deal with. I don’t quite understand why the hotel has such a low rating here—perhaps it’s due to issues with the rooms. It’s also worth mentioning the food. The variety each day was immense, and there were themed evenings and events, which were not only a nice touch but also a huge logistical undertaking for the staff. Well done! Everything was delicious. The selection of vegetables, sweets, fish, meat, cheeses, and high-quality local wines was impressive. One minor downside was the morning delays in refilling the coffee machines, which resulted in queues being a common occurrence. The hotel also had a team of animators, but honestly, this aspect wasn’t the best, apart from the sports team. My husband and I participated in aqua aerobics every day, and it was conducted in a different style each time. The instructors were highly knowledgeable and really dedicated to their work. It was a fantastic experience, great for both body and soul. As mentioned earlier, the other animators seemed to organize activities in a somewhat chaotic manner, as if reluctantly—perhaps the language barrier was an issue. Apart from the sports team, unfortunately, very few animators spoke any foreign language other than Russian, which, for a 5-star hotel, should really be a standard. To sum up, I definitely recommend this hotel. The place is beautiful, and you can truly relax there.

Plenty of staff, but none of them are doing anything especially the young ones just walking about their advertising. Loads of keep fit like a like body combat but they say that haven’t got any instructions to do it but there’s loads of people instructors just walking about not doing anything a lifeguard is under a tree with a towel wrap round and not doing anything never seen nobody clean up or anything, the older stuff seem to be doing a lot more work like clean and looking after people. We have not got ourroom clean for two days we have to ask reception. Positives very nice Hotel lovely views drinks very good top drinks you have to pay a bit extra file, but we’re having Gordon’s gin and swept tonic. On the hall, a fair tidy and clean Hotel

Stay 25th October 2024 10 nights. On the whole a lovely holiday but not without its issues. The holiday became a tale of two halves both in terms of the hotel facilities and later the food and drink. Positives first: We were met upon arrival and accompanied to our room. In the room is a small fridge well stocked with water and also a free room safe. The public areas are fabulous and there are numerous pools to choose from with a more than ample number of sun beds, no need to reserve sun beds here. There is a small indoor pool and gym, the gym could open earlier (09:00hrs) but no big deal. In addition you have a private section of the beach available to you again with numerous beds. Food is mainly Turkish cuisine and on the whole very good with a wide range of choices and was available in different locations pretty much all day long. Fully recommend the pool snack bar food if you don’t want to eat in the main restaurant for lunch. Drinks again great choice with mainly named spirits and a good choice of soft drinks with bottles of water freely available throughout the hotel. There is also a choice of bars to obtain your drinks from. We were lucky enough to be here for the Republic celebrations and were made to feel extremely welcome and were impressed by the efforts the hotel made to celebrate 101 years of liberation. The vast majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful and again whilst a very Turkish hotel with lots of Turkish guests the majority of the staff spoke excellent English. Negatives: The hotel is 50 years old and the rooms are dark with dark wood fixtures and fittings and very tired to boot. The accommodation areas are poor, the carpets on the corridors are awful and should be replaced immediately, the cctv camera is hanging off the wall and a number of lights not working. Our 10 night holiday took us past the Autumn half term break and from that moment everything went downhill fast. The plate heaters were turned off, the food choices became more and more limited and not replenished so if you didn’t eat early your food would most likely be on the cooler side. Similarly as some of the drinks ran out they were not replaced and again choice diminished. Understandable you may say, but this hotel doesn’t close out of season so I pity the new arrivals who wouldn’t get the better experience that we did. Would I stay again? Yes if still in the holiday season, but only if a different room choice was available.
