Food is good lots to choose from. The room is quiet if you keep your balcony door shut as there's music at night. Very clean rooms the fridge is one of the first that I've had that works properly. It's the first time I've never worn my ear plugs at a hotel. The location is right next to the jumbo centre with lots of food and shops there. It's located on a slight hill, so be careful if you're not good on your feet but still accessible. The hotel has lots of steps inside something to consider when choosing this hotel the staff are very nice and helpful. I had a massage in the hotel, which was excellent. If you go at a special event time the noise in the jumbo centre can be loud and last way into the early hours of the morning. But they can be very good, so join in. On your second visit. You'll be given a dressing gown and slippers to use and an invite to a cocktail event. I was going to go again, but it has gone very pricey, nearly doubled in price, which is a shame. But it's still one of the best hotels I've been in

A very well maintained hotel. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy. The pool area is a great sun trap. The hotel is located right next to the Yumbo Centre and with the back gate it takes seconds to be right in the centre. Stayed as B&B as the food in the hotel isn’t at the star level of the hotel. The breakfast is adequate but not outstanding Have stayed at the hotel numerous times over the years as it’s a great hotel in a great location. It’s even better now that it’s adults only

We’ve been staying here for 30 years. Something always brings us back here. Having said that the food lets this place down. It’s not as good as it used to be. Plus the only hot food that you can get is from the ‘cooked to order’ hot plate. The chef always uses lots of oil & salt, but at least it’s hot. Everything else is a buffet & barely warm. Perhaps I’m more critical than most. It’s just that for me hot food should be hot & NOT barely warm. We found ourselves going out to eat to the local restaurants to get a descent meal on several occasions even though we had paid for half board. The staff are great though.

It’s the second time we have stayed here, all inclusive, and we would highly recommend it. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location, the food is good, always fresh and plenty to choose from, but best of all, the staff are brilliant! We saw a lot of the same staff from last year; they are friendly, fun and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. You couldn’t ask for more.

All members of staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are great apart from power sockets! Not enough in room and the ones that are, are either hidden behind a door or near the ground behind bedside cabinets definitely needs attention. Free safe, free beach towels although most sunbeds are reserved by 7.30 am! Food is average, although breakfast is pretty good with 4 different types of doughnuts ( my fave) one morning and a brilliant fresh orange juice machine, evening meal not so good and snack bar/ a la cart on a lunch time pretty good, however I would prefer a decent snack bar and buffet lunch rather than more formal sit down, soft drinks, alcohol and cocktails all excellent and branded. For some reason no ice creams at all are available around the pool or crisps at the bar although small bowls of nuts were. Location next to Yumbo Centre supposed to be a big plus however we visited once during the day and found it scruffy, overpriced and boring! I can see why a lot of people return to this hotel year after year as the staff are brilliant and thanks to all of you but not our kind of hotel!
