A very well maintained hotel. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy. The pool area is a great sun trap. The hotel is located right next to the Yumbo Centre and with the back gate it takes seconds to be right in the centre. Stayed as B&B as the food in the hotel isn’t at the star level of the hotel. The breakfast is adequate but not outstanding Have stayed at the hotel numerous times over the years as it’s a great hotel in a great location. It’s even better now that it’s adults only

Food is good lots to choose from. The room is quiet if you keep your balcony door shut theses music at night. Very clean rooms the fridge is one of the first that I've had that works properly. It's the first time I've never worn my ear plugs at a hotel. The location is right next to the jumbo centre with lots of food and shops there. It's located on a slight hill, so be careful if you're not good on your feet but still accessible. The hotel has lots of steps inside something to consider when choosing this hotel the staff are very nice and helpful

It’s the second time we have stayed here, all inclusive, and we would highly recommend it. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location, the food is good, always fresh and plenty to choose from, but best of all, the staff are brilliant! We saw a lot of the same staff from last year; they are friendly, fun and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. You couldn’t ask for more.

Staff amazing could not do enough for you. Food average not 4 star food. Breakfast best meal of day and salad snack bar at lunch time. It in my opinion needs an overhaul as looking very tired. But we had a lovely time met some lovely people and if I went back to gran Canaria would stay again if price was right

Like many guests - We love to return again & again. We always ask for a pool view with a bath - the rooms are perfect & have everything we need including fridge, kettle & daily turndown - we love to sit on the balcony & there’s reclining chairs to relax on. As Brits - We take our own Yorkshire teabags, coffee & powdered milk in for drinks in the room & our Amazon stick too :) The team are all fantastic & the service spot on. We go half board & if we aren’t having lunch out, the poolside bar is a great spot to eat with a well stocked salad bar included! The poolside has areas for everyone & is surprisingly tranquil with some shaded spaces with lots of tropical greenery - you totally forget you are smack next door to the yumbo right in the centre of the action. We enjoy lots of different walking routes from Neptuno & usually return by bus or taxi. Can’t wait to return soon!
