It was definitely a refreshing trip. 3 nights on the standard rooms and 2 nights on a villa. Everything was perfect but we are disappointed that if you stay in the standard rooms, you need to pay for ice buckets but if you stay in the villa is for free. We surely needed ice buckets for our drinks especially of the weather. It’s the only place we stayed in that we needed to pay for ice buckets.

I stayed at NamAn for four days. Although the accommodation wasn't brand new, it was well-maintained and clean. The bedding was especially comfortable and pleasant. I could tell the staff were diligent in managing the place. In particular, Katie, who attended to us, was incredibly kind and attentive. She communicated easily in both English and Korean, making interactions smooth and efficient. I must have had quite a few requests, but she always responded promptly and graciously. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to her once again for her exceptional service. Katie's restaurant recommendations were all fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each one. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable.

During my three-day stay at the resort, all employees, including Min, who helped me when I checked in, kindly checked and guided me to the smallest details. Min contacted me well at any time and solved any inconvenience or need. Everything in the resort was well managed and the facilities and food were good, but the kindness and laughter of the staff made me feel the best.
