Our stay is amazing 4 days. It's helpful for me to understand that front desk gave me the hotel guides of japanese. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had so much variety including Vietnamese foods. This buffet breakfast never gets bored!! We went to swim in the pool everyday during our stay, it made me feel so relaxed and refreshed. The room was nice and clean, especially the specious bathroom makes me comfortable. The staff are very friendly, always a smile and a greeting, and helpful with my requests. Especially guest service staff Mr. ANH, he is very helpful with my request. I’d like to give special thanks to him. We had the time of our lives. Thank you. We hope to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in October this year, and we absolutely loved the hotel and the service. One of the drivers picked us up from the airport and also took us back when it was time to fly home to Australia — everything was perfectly organized. I’d recommend visiting during the quieter season, as it was the perfect time for us to relax and unwind. The only downside was that the meal options were a bit limited — since we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the resort for eight days, a bit more variety would have been nice. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

Great resort, very professional staffs. From security guards to receptionists. Everybody can speak English very well, and someone can speak Korean and Chinese also. Very good manner, good hospitality service. Someone else with so bad manners voted 1-2 stars but don't trust them, cause not everyone in the world is a kind person, please make your own experience. Last year, I stayed in a cottage room, and because I had such fond memories of it, I decided to stay in the penthouse for four nights this year. During my stay, I requested cleaning once. After two nights, I requested cleaning again, but the used wine glasses were left in the kitchen and not replaced. One morning, a hotel staff member accidentally dropped and shattered a dish while clearing away room service in front of my room. The broken dish and glass shards that had fallen into the hallway were left there. That day, I requested no cleaning—only bottled water and towels—and also asked for the hallway shards to be cleared, but they remained. (The bottled water and towels were placed right in front of the door. Some glass shards had entered the room through the doorway, but I cleaned them up myself.) I was worried that the staff might get hurt, as they were walking around barefoot. The other staff members were very friendly. I’d like to express my special thanks to Anh. I hope to see you again soon.

Second time in Danang this year, stayed at the M Hotel which was amazing, brand new etc, however really busy out front and pool. Pullman was the perfect balance, just a short walk down the beach and you're amongst it all. The service at Pullman as next level, nothing was every too hard, the team remembered our names, gardens immaculate, breakfast and dining outstanding. Rooms could do with a little freshening but still very nice. The resort is in such a great location, almost feels at times like you're at a private beach. Great restaurants etc across the road. Well done to Agnoldo and the entire Pullman team, we'll be back next year, if not earlier :-)
