Everything was immaculate, small details included fresh nuts, dried fruits and cold, fruit teas restocked daily. 2x treatments per day - standouts were the massages and facial. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. My only point of improvement would be the cocktail/drinks selection and restaurant food. It was underwhelming and lacking flavour. However, the buffet breakfast offered many choices and to a high standard. Highly recommend doing the sauna/steam room! Other than that a beautiful stay and we will be back regularly.

We knew we were going to a beautiful resort but little did we know that we would have such an incredible experience over the five days we visited TIA. From the start, the service was incredible from the people who first greeted us down to each and every person who worked in the restaurants. Obviously, the training was top notch but so were the people who were naturally friendly and accommodating. The villas are just gorgeous, spacious, well-appointed, lovely private pool, sunken bathtub and sitting areas inside and outside. You never had to leave :) And with the full vegan board, you could have eaten in your room, however, we preferred to sit in the restaurants and enjoy the unique and absolutely delicious plant-based fare that always looked and tasted like it came from a gourmet competition. Each day we thought it couldn't get better....but it did! Special mention for the incredible breakfast buffet, best one we have ever experienced mostly because of copious plant-based options! We also loved the activities calendar that featured twice-daily yoga, breathwork and even creative workshops. Combined with the amazing spa treatments (three per day) you could not help but feel you were in paradise. Can't say enough, really...just treat yourself and go experience TIA!

We have lived in Asia for more than 30 years and I have to say that TIA was the best beach resort we have stayed at, hands down! I could spout superlatives about every aspect (food, rooms, activities, facilities) but I will focus on the service which was simply amazing. From the beginning we were welcomed warmly by Thong who connected immediately and throughout our stay, checking in to to see if there was anything we needed. Then of course we had our 'wellness manager', Ms. Du, who helped arrange our daily schedule and never failed to accommodate changes that we would request, even at the last minute. She could not do enough to ensure that our every need was met! Even the resort general manager, Chloe, made sure she checked in with us and offered any assistance we might need. In the restaurants, we had two servers both called Vy who were so friendly and attentive each time we saw them. Finally, the ladies in the spa were kind, professional and always prepared to make you as comfortable as possible during the treatments. These folks truly had an interest in taking care of every aspect of our wellness! Like I said, this place is a true gem and we cannot wait to find an opportunity to return!

Our stay at TIA Wellness resort was absolutely wonderful! The resort is very family-friendly, and our kid had a fantastic time with all the activities and amenities available. The service was outstanding—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we enjoyed unwinding while taking in the stunning views. We can’t wait to come back for another memorable getaway!

One of the best hotels in Vietnam, especially with their very well decorated villa including private pool. The food is amazing. The breakfast buffet is my favorite, the selection is healthy yet tasty. The room includes two spas per day, and the service is excellent. They even have a kids camp for kids with mini spa. Adorable. The staff is helpful and resident manager Chloe made our stay memorable. Thank you!
