I had a lovely stay and the resort, the staff were great and the service very good. Beautiful breakfast, the man who looks after the eggs needs special praise, always happy and smiling and can turn out any kind of eggs to perfection. Big pool, no beach but very comfortable seating. Kids club. You do need transport to see anything, go to the King's summer palace and the National Park. I was upgraded to a suite, there were small things that need attention due to wear and tear but the view was fantastic.

Excellent family friendly hotel. Had a few restaurants around it but you need a car if you wish to explore properly. Bar prices have a BIG markup (especially beer at 4x) but the restaurant food is good. Highly recommend if you have children as it has lots of activities and facilities for children. Hotel breakfast is great.

A splendid experience. It’s about half an hour drive from Hua Hin city and Cha-Am beach. This sprawling beach property offers a large swimming pool with ocean views. Play areas for kids with a skating area. Property has an internal movie theatre (free) along with other playstation area (paid). The restaurant is is bang on the beach.

While we enjoyed our time at the Radisson, there were a lot of drawbacks to our stay. We stayed for a week in February, so maybe these are because it was off-season, I’m not sure. 🤷🏼‍♂️ First the food offered by the hotel was either great or not great. I’ve never been to a hotel that was so inconsistent in if the food was good or not. They also didn’t always have the coffee machine out and/or working. The restaurant on the premise was also difficult. It was expensive and very slow. We waited up to an hour most times. Thankfully there were other restaurants in the town right outside the hotel, so maybe a 5min walk. For our kids, the hotel was a hit. The pool is large and very fun, with a water slide. There’s a small skateboard park, as well as a large kids play room, arcade, and movie theater. That being said, everything looks well used. The pool is in serious need of repair, the cement along the pool as completely washed away and the slide as serious cracks and dips which hurt if you’re an adult. The room was spacious and cleaned very well every day. We had plenty of water each day and the little convenience store inside the hotel was cheap. Overall I don’t think I’d return unless I had to. While the staff is friendly and it’s a good deal, I think there are better deals to be had elsewhere.

The room was large compared with other Asian hotels we have stayed in. They do not give clean towels unless you leave them on the floor. The rooms have not been updated in a long time. There is no beach. Asian food options were pretty good. Western foods were just OK.
