We had a fantastic stay at Pineapple Beach Club in January 2025. We stayed waterfront and looked out at the whole resort every morning from our balcony and watched the sun come up. The breeze was beautiful and the beach so calming. A short walk to the coffee shop to see Wallace and the lovely baristas in the morning was certainly a treat.There were plenty of towels and many places to sit. Whether you want ocean front or poolside you will find a perfect spot to just relax. The Topaz buffet restaurant was great with lots of variety. The staff there are warm and friendly especially Nicole and Arlene. The bar had great service and lots of tropical treats to choose from. The whole vibe was relaxed. Our week was far too short. Next year we will stay longer. I wish i could remember all the staff names as we found them all to be wonderful.Take a bow Pineapple, you really deserve it.

Travel Always

Very disappointed with our experience. Was promised double beds. Upon check in they said yes we have double beds (mom and daughter) arrived to room, one bed. Said there was "nothing they could do" and nothing was ever promised. Said they would move us Saturday, (we came on a Tuesday) today is Saturday. Was never moved. House keeping does not sanitize or clean. They come every other day and replace towels. No clean linen, no taking trash, dishes or cleaning. Honestly disgusting. Walls are paper thin we could hear every footstep, every voice. AC until was very old would turn on sometimes and not others. No hot tubs and pools are unbearable cold. Not heated, could not even put feet in so cold. Drinks were undrinkable. Watered down and no one knew how to make a drink. Even simple drinks were different each time. Food was decent but hit or miss. Breakfast and reserved dinners were good. Lunch was not. Birds everywhere. Dishes and cups/trays would sit around on tables for ever. Property was dirty. 90 percent of the employees had bad attitudes and were rude. (Wait staff, check in , housekeeping, bartenders) This was one of our LEAST favorite trips. Feel like we were ripped off and definitely a bait and change. Do your research.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Pineapple Beach Club. Our room was steps away from the ocean and we never had a problem getting a chair on the beach or at one of the pools. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable and there are a few restaurants onsite where you can make dinner reservations, however, we found the nightly buffet just as good as the restaurants (we did not make it to the Orchid)!

Great resort for a short little getaway on a budget. Food is below average but dinner is fine. Staff is respectful and very catering. The beach and pools are clean. Only complaint is that the resort is in need for some serious renovations.

Amazing location right on the beach with a lovely chilled vibe. Superb hotel with everything we needed for a perfect holiday: turquoise sea, white sandy beach, tasty and healthy food options, tennis courts, gym, water sports and helpful friendly staff to make everything really easy and nothing too much to ask for. Will definitely return.
