We stayed one night to celebrate our anniversary, and they welcomed us with a bottle of cava and some sweets in the room. The Suite with bathtub is very beautiful and comfortable. We booked the Spa, and it is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel, as it has sea views, is Well taken care of, and is quite big and relaxing. Something that has really disappointed us are the bars and buffets; we had half board and drinks were not included. The ambience and the dinner were crowded and noisy, and the food was very average. Breakfast was a bit better, but still not good enough. There was a rotten tomato in the meat section during the whole time, and no one seemed to care enough. We would like to point out that the staff was very helpful and professional. We would come back, but with out taking the buffet options.

Excellent resort. Very clean and looked after. Staff were very helpful. Nice pools. We stayed during cycling season where the hotel was overrun by people training for cycling races, triathlons, and iron man. Buffet was a bit chaotic. Eating late, after the athletes was the solution, with most food items restocked. Easy walk into the lovely town Alcúdia and good bus service. Overall really nice place just missing a beach.

Outstanding service (special mention goes to duty manager Maxi who exceeded our expectations in arranging a 40th birthday celebration for our 10 person group and general support, and to the entertainment team especially Fahti and Alexandro - the most enthusiastic entertainer ever!!!!). Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough for a full experience. As many of the guests are cyclists doing pre-season training, in April, the resort is very quiet during the day and thus ideal for families!

The hotel is on a main road so if you don't have a car you are dependent on the bus. Wristbands instead of keys for doors?! We liked our room and were upgraded...very large and spacious. No Smart TV facility. Grounds are very large - near a nature reserve. The pools weren't heated so we couldn't use them. Local ducks are swimming in them. Breakfast was chaos (no orderly system for the amount of people) so we had to get up earlier. Food was average quality. Nothing special (luckily we ate elsewhere for our other meals). We ordered an Uber eat one day for lunch rather than eat at the hotel. We didn't see any of the evening entertainment. The Spa was enjoyable with the pools and different showers/steam room/sauna...didn't have a treatment as it was overpriced. You had to pay to rent the robes...we didn't bother. Overall being at this hotel felt warped back to the 80s. Definitely in need of renovations. More of a 3*.

Avoid if looking for a 4* Hotel - there are plenty of other superior options locally. The rooms are average but no working towel rail or safe (both reported but no action taken). Main problem is the dining facility which staff and Mgmt are aware of but no action is taken. There are simply too many guests for the one buffet restaurant to support (there is no room service menu as an alternative). Access to the restaurant takes 20-30mins in March 2025 and then a further wait for the main course, often luke warm. Little in the way of vegetarian or vegan main courses. Is there no option to give zero stars?!
