the location of the hotel is very remote with nothing nearby apart from the beach. you could only go all inclusive if staying at this hotel. the rooms were very nice however we had to move from our first room due to the fact that it backed onto the kitchen and the cooking smell was terrible. we mentioned this to the reception staff who were excellent they offered us a smaller room in a better location which we chose and the view was a lot better. (+) Definitely recommend - a good value for money stay for families with small kids, irrespective of the weather. The hotel is utmost child/toddler-friendly. We really appreciated the super-friendly and service-minded staff (especially receptionists and animators), room layout, and pool/playground facilities. The food was excellent. (-) Some potential for renovation of the facility. A humid smell in the rooms, usually associated with dirty AC. Also, terrible noise (reaching our room in Building 1 from neighboring hotel VIVA late at night and very early morning) of dumping glass bottles into garbage containers, in a service road separating our hotels.

Great hotel for family holiday. Great service. Even on the first day the staff made me feel like an important guest :) Room was cleaned every day (in full). Food is nice as well. Everywhere on the territory of the hotel you can enjoy any cocktails, beer, ice cream or snacks. So thank you for great hospitality.

I want to thank all the staff at the hotel for amazing experience and holiday for my first family holiday with my family!! Let’s start with the rooms, yes was a little outdated and the pull out bed is not the best. The reason for the 5 stars is the cleaning was great, came every two days on which we were told. Rooms have everything we needed and more for staying all inclusive. When we needed help from maintenance they were there within in the hour even at 7:45pm at night so we could watch the show all together. Another massive win for me was they have a good amount of hangers in the wardrobe which is amazing. The service was the best I have ever been to in a hotel don’t forget they are looking after 300-500 people a day. So sometimes they cant be at your needs all the time!! The staff work so hard especially in the pool bar, lunch time bistro, and show time at night. The entertainment at night was great for kids and adults showing all different variety of shows. The kids entertainment was fantastic and all the guys who did this was incredible and had so much energy all the time through out the day, you made me tired on how much energy you had. LOVED IT!!! (Yeah will miss family kahoot). The food was amazing had different food on each night tried things I have never had before and Al Carte restaurant was fantastic. If you go get the Fillet Steak big size and lovely cooked as well and great. Seen a lot of comments around it being cafeteria food and not enough staff. Well I can honestly say I did not see this one bit!! Pools where great and kids pool was fantastic with loads of slides and disco’s everyday for kids in the pool. Was entertainment through out the day in the other pools as well. There is so much I can write on how good this place was. We will 1000% coming again just on how much my little boy keeps saying can we stay here for ever!! You made his experience on holiday the best and can only thank you so much for this and memories we have together being amazing. Going to leave my last comment on saying. I am extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into a nightmare due to serious food safety issues and poor management. Throughout our stay, we observed flies constantly roaming around the food on display, which is unacceptable in any establishment, especially a 4-star hotel. Worse still, the meats served, especially pork, chicken and fish, were consistently undercooked, with pink centers that made us question the hygiene and safety of the food being served. I personally fell ill after one of the dinners, experiencing severe stomach pain and sleepless nights. On the last day, my wife also suffered from food poisoning. The journey back home was a nightmare – we honestly thought we wouldn’t even make it to the airplane in time to fly back. It was a harrowing experience, and we couldn’t believe we were actually relieved to get back to British food after a holiday in Spain! When I raised these concerns with the assistant manager, Elisabet, she claimed there was a virus going around. I asked her for more details, such as the name of the virus, known symptoms, or any publications about it, but she couldn’t provide any answers. Instead of addressing the issue, she became visibly annoyed with me for pressing for more information. This only added to our frustration and made us feel like our concerns were being dismissed rather than taken seriously. This is, by far, one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had while traveling. The lack of proper hygiene and the dismissive attitude from management left us feeling unsafe and uncared for. We will never return to this hotel and advise others to think twice before booking a stay here.
