Great hotel, but one for families. We had hoped that going in early October would ensure that we had a nice, peaceful holiday. Not at the Princess Andriana, it was full of noisy young kids. Meals in the buffet restaurant felt like feeding time at the zoo, the food was pretty average also. Fortunately the a la carte restaurants were better, and the staff on the whole were smiley and helpful.

Its a great all inclusive hotel for families, the rooms are spacious, the resort is beautiful and you can enjoy snacks throughout the whole day. The water park is very nice and the beach is just five minutes away. That being said, the service is not a 5 stars hotel service, the receptionists weren’t very helpful or nice, our rooms were far from the hotel’s reception and main area, but theres only one golf cart that could sometimes take us uphill to our rooms, not so comfortable with little kids and elderly people. The concierge was always very nice and helpful. The food at the buffet is ok, I recommend making a reservation for the restaurants. The indoor pool is great but is suitable for adults only so don’t count on it for the kids in the colder months. Overall we had a great family vacation and I do recommend this place.

We stayed here 3 years ago for our wedding with a group of 50 friends. It was perfect. Amazing service, unreal food etc. however we decided to come back with our daughter and it really disappointed. The service and the staff are 90% amazing! However it is not a 5 star hotel. Breakfast choices are very small and should have a lot more fresh cooking stations. We did ask for some fresh eggs to be cooked however the chef just pointed at the tray of old eggs that had been sat there for 20 minutes! Not really a 5 star service! The American restaurant we were served a rock solid bun on our burger and the meat was all mushy!! The Italian restaurant was nothing Italian about it. A carbonara that was just made of bland cream! The bbq was amazing however!! However if you wanted to eat the bbq twice you have to pay additionally!! The newly built waterpark was also great for children!! Hotel seems dated and unloved! Would we come back ?! Probably not!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this hotel was simply unforgettable – the best vacation we’ve ever had! From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Especially Ms. Rita, who was so kind, caring, and helpful – we are extremely grateful to her. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely amazing – so fresh, delicious, and diverse! Every moment here was pure joy.
