We spent the last days of our Oman trip at this awesome Radisson Hotel, and it was truly the perfect ending to our journey. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are immediately impressed by the huge lobby with its stylish lounge areas and welcoming check-in desks. The atmosphere gives you a feeling of comfort and elegance right away. Check-in was completed in just a few minutes by the wonderful staff. The check-in agent, Asme, greeted us with a warm smile, patiently answered all our questions, and assisted us throughout our stay. It’s rare to meet someone so attentive and kind — thank you for being so friendly to us! To our delight, we were upgraded to a larger room and given access to the Executive Lounge. This was a fantastic bonus, as the lounge is a great place to relax, enjoy drinks (including alcoholic ones), have snacks, and sample an excellent selection of food during the evening hours. The atmosphere there was calm and welcoming, perfect for unwinding after exploring Muscat. It was in the lounge that we met another wonderful member of the Radisson team — Ezra. We had lovely conversations with her about Oman, her home country, traveling the world, and shared a few laughs along the way. She also provided us with truly exceptional service and made us feel at home. Meeting people like her is one of the reasons we love travel so much. We truly hope to meet her again someday. 😊

I had an amazing stay at the Hurmuz Grand Hotel by Radisson Blu in Muscat. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team — especially Farah and Asma, who were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They made check-in and check-out smooth and always greeted me with a smile, making me feel truly at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Muscat — exceptional service, great location, and wonderful staff who go above and beyond for their guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..

We conducted a corporate event here and everything went very well with the help of their team. From Salim in reservations to Alvin and Fairoz in event operations, everyone was very generous, available, and friendly throughout the whole process. The meeting room was clean and spacious. The lunch and coffee break had a good variety of options and the chef also customized some vegetarian options for our guests. Very happy with the overall experience, thanks to the whole team at Hormuz!

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.
