I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, the staff are absolutely incredible - accommodating, super nice, and genuinely trying their best to help. On the other hand, the hotel itself is run-down and far from what you’d expect from a 4-star property. Rooms are large with a balcony. The furniture in the room is old, damaged, and stained. The bed was the worst I’ve ever experienced in Southeast Asia. Rock-hard and impossible to sleep on. Very uncomfortable 😣 I asked for a mattress topper, and while the staff kindly added two, they were completely flat and didn’t help at all. The sunbeds mattresses are old, damaged, and desperately need replacing. If the bed had been comfortable, I would ignore all the other issues. However, when you wake up in pain after poor sleep and just want to leave, it’s incredibly frustrating. While the staff made every effort to assist, they clearly don’t have the resources to provide the comfort and quality guests expect. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. This place has a huge potential.

The Regent Cha-Am Beach Resort is a hotel next to the sea with a good atmosphere. The room I stayed in had a very beautiful view of the balcony to take pictures. There was coffee and tea as a welcome drink in the room. And the room was clean. There was also an iron. The bathroom was fully equipped with facilities such as soap and shampoo. As for breakfast, I was very impressed because there were a variety of dishes to eat, such as fried eggs, bacon, hotdogs, and noodles. Including a choice of bread (I was very impressed for breakfast). The hotel's swimming pool was quite clean. When I went, there were not many people. The atmosphere around the hotel was very good. But when I went, it was late rainy season, early winter, so there were jellyfish. Making it impossible to play in the sea. But as for the service of the hotel, it is quite delayed because there are quite a few staff here. Make me wait for check-in for 40 minutes. That's what makes me feel that the hotel should be improved.

It is the best place and peaceful environment with your loved one. Or family. So amazing beach front place. Night view in here is very nice. Highly remonnended to you! 🐚🐙🏖️🏝️

Rooms are clean and nice only there is a mosquito net but no anti mosquito plug in the room to kill them. Also, before our leave and 2 days before there was a lot of noise from the Casa Mare and their were 7 Thai people on a balcony drinking plenty of alcohol and making a karaoke party and the hotel didn’t complain. The service was very nice the staff would be sure you were that you were ok. The location is 2 hours outside Bangkok and it has a nice beach, but isn’t as walkable. So you might as well rent a car. The food is too expensive probably because it’s a tourist place and normally the food wasn’t that great . The breakfast is the most terrible and it was 500Bhat which is very expensive for what it is. Would recommend if you need a place with a pool to stay, but not for food or how old it is

Love this place, we spent 6 days in Hua Hin in a hotel and wanted to spend the rest of the holiday in a resort and chose The Regent. The staff are so lovely and the views are terrific. The food in the restaurant is top notch, can't fault it ! The gardens are so well maintained. We are coming back next year. I will miss this place!
