Hamdi Kaya

A beautiful island hotel consisting of 3 small islands. Only one of the islands is inhabited. Lunch is served on Wednesdays on one of the other two islands. It has a beautiful sea and a lagoon. Be careful not to harm the stingrays while walking in the sea, this is also important for your own health! Please do not harm the corals! Sometimes you can also see harmless sharks. It is also a good spot for diving, you can swim with sharks. The hotel's rooms are well designed and comfortable. Swinging in a hammock is very relaxing in the evenings. Food was diverse and delicious. The staff were respectful and friendly. You can reach here by boat from Male in about 1 hour.

It's a stunning resort with two nearby picnic islands filled with birds. A great spot for snorkeling, swimming, and various water activities like kayaking. However, there is some observed lag in customer service.

The resort staff picked us up from the airport, they were very friendly and everything went smoothly. During our stay we got hit by the sun and were ill for a few days. They took very good care of us and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Thanks to everyone in this regard. The food was great and healthy. There were many activities to do and many things to discover. We caught the full moon days and had the opportunity to watch the low tide which continued into the early hours of the morning. The room was always very clean and there were nice bed decorations several times during our stay. The island was clean and very well maintained. We could walk barefoot anywhere. The restaurant was beautiful and the staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Rihiveli is a paradise! We spent here one week with a 2-year old and 11-month old and always felt safe and welcome. The entire team did a great job, always helping us when we were too busy with the kids. Special thanks to all the restaurant staff and dive center staff for taking such a great care. The island is unique, the setting is unique. We had a beach bungalow which was perfect for the whole family. The cleaning service was twice a day, the food was superb!! I do not know what more could someone expect from life when coming to this amazing place. Kudos to the team, you are great! And as for the previous french owners, well, we talked to a random staff, telling us they were not paid for months!! The island is in great hands, with the best team. Also talked about future renovation, which will not be affecting the facilities, only maintaining it. Coming back as soon as possible. Also to mention - the atmosphere on the island is special, because people coming here are mostly ones who return every year, as they know why. It s a place you cannot find easily anywhere!! I just got back from Maldives, and already miss everything about this resort. From Male Airport to the Resort it was well planned and smooth ride. Check in was efficient and all facilities were clearly explained. Villa was well clean including amenities and nicely decorated bed and room. Even though I Do not know how to swim, I felt safe during Guided Snorkeling. Guide Ali gave lots of attention and supervision to make sure the experience was enjoyable. Discover scuba was a extraordinary experience and instructor was patient and supportive on my first try. Food options for Vegetarians and Vegans. Quality of fresh fruits was just delicious!
