This was our first all-inclusive experience, and overall, it was fairly good—though there were definitely areas for improvement. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and well-organized. The staff explained everything clearly, making it easy to get settled. Our room was a little on the smaller side, but the breathtaking view made up for it. We could see the skyline and some stunning national treasures, which added a special touch to our stay. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. The reception staff were very attentive, housekeeping did a great job, and the lobby staff were always friendly and helpful. However, the buffet experience could have been better. While the food variety was decent, the quality and attentiveness of the restaurant staff left room for improvement. The hotel’s facilities and location were excellent—everything was easily accessible, and we had plenty to do both on-site and nearby. Overall, it was a great hotel that lived up to expectations. While there were a few minor issues, we would still recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The afternoon tea at Crust was truly a five star experience. The lobby lounge has a beautiful ambiance. Live instrumentals add a lively vibe to the atmosphere plus LOVE was in the air due to Valentine's day preparations. The afternoon tea has a good variety of sweets and sandwiches. The staff is very courteous and efficient. We were well served by Simran. Wonderful place.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Dinner in the Sky! From the breathtaking views to the exquisite food, everything was perfect. The ambiance was magical, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable and secure throughout the experience. A very special thanks to Hakeem super funny guy, our amazing bartender, who truly elevated the evening with his impeccable service and expertly crafted drinks.Taher also was amazing and helpful , His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the night even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable dining experience, I highly recommend it!
