I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! Every staff member, from the workers in the cafeteria and on the beach to the doormen, security, and lifeguards, was incredibly friendly and professional. The hotel itself smells amazing, and the cleanliness is outstanding—it’s spotless! There was a great variety of food to enjoy, and the weather was just perfect during my stay. I want to give special recognition to Hakeem, who was working on the beach. He stood out for his excellent service—he was friendly, professional, and very approachable. You can tell he has a good heart, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. I will definitely be returning very soon! Much love from the UK.

I had a pleasant experience at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha during my stay. I really enjoyed the dinner at Mr. Tailor Steak House Restaurant. The food was delicious, lots of delicacy menu was offered which really remind me the mommy's cooked at home. Special thanks of gratitude to Miss Ashik for her tireless service towards me. Do not believe the reviews of this place. It’s not a 5 star. They won’t let you in the restaurants, so you have to use the buffet! They said that Taylor’s restaurant was fully booked every night but it’s been empty. The buffet is awful, full of dry meat dishes from yesterday’s curry. They took my wife’s phone and put a 5 star google review in when she was at the spa! It was a great massage, but she was tricked into leaving a review for the whole hotel! They only let kids go in one pool, so it’s rammed. The “adults only” pool is mostly empty. There’s not enough beds by the kids pool, so you have to take your kids to the adult pool. But they aren’t allowed in. The kids pool is currently out of action because they have let kids go in the pool with no nappies on. They won’t let us in the adult pool. The kids pool has a huge jacuzzi next to it, but kids aren’t allowed in there

Stayed for three nights at Rixos. Great place. Mr. Tailor’s is a cool place to grab a drink and food. Service is excellent - Jordan was brilliant. Staff at reception also very helpful, Marwa helped us with a late checkout meaning our onward travel was much easier. Will definitely return.

We have just returned from a stay at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha. It is in good proximity to the airport and to the city. We had a wonderful stay, all the staff were very professional and friendly. We opted for the all inclusive option which was great for the family. Our children loved the kids club, very well organised with lovely staff who were great with the kids including the children’s entertainers. We will definitely be back!
