Our family had the pleasure of attending the Christmas brunch at the Royal M Hotel, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the festive atmosphere to the warm staff welcome and service. The food was absolutely exquisite, with an impressive variety of dishes that catered to every palate. Whether it was the perfectly roasted turkey or the delightful dessert spread, everything was flawless. The highlight of the event, especially for the kids (and let’s be honest, the adults too!), was Santa’s surprise visit. The way Santa made his grand entrance—from descending down the hotel roof to the dining area—was magical and left everyone in awe. It was a unique and creative touch that we’ll be talking about for years. Santa’s interaction with the children was heartwarming, and the joy on their faces was priceless. What truly made the experience extraordinary was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a wonderful time. The Royal M Hotel has truly set the bar high for holiday celebrations. We can’t wait to return next year for another unforgettable experience. A Fantastic Christmas Brunch The Christmas brunch was an absolute delight! The food was exquisite, with a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines that catered to every taste. Everything was fresh and flavorful, making it a real treat. The highlight was Santa’s visit! he was dropped from the roof in a cradle! It was such a creative and exciting idea, and it brought so much joy to everyone, especially the kids. Despite the large crowd, the service was fairly good, with the staff doing their best to manage everything efficiently. Overall, a memorable and well-organized event that truly captured the festive spirit!

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the housekeeping services. The room was impeccably clean upon arrival, with every detail attended to. The bed linens were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom sparkled with cleanliness. Towels and toiletries were replenished promptly, and the housekeeping team ensured that all surfaces were dusted and sanitized. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was discreet and efficient, respecting my privacy while ensuring the room was cleaned to perfection. On a couple of occasions when I requested extra amenities, they were delivered quickly and courteously. The team also went the extra mile by arranging my personal belongings neatly and leaving thoughtful touches like folded towels in decorative arrangements. It was clear that they took pride in their work. Thanks to all the team and thanks to Mr. prakash housekeeping supervisor Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of cleanliness and service, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel's housekeeping services to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained stay.

Best hotel in town. I've been there 5 times already. Excellent location, small hotel, not crowded even when fully booked. Excellent buffet with lots of different foods and good quality. Gym, swimming, large rooms, views... and good price for what you get.

I recently stayed at the Royal M Hotel and had a good experience overall. A special shout-out goes to Mr. Amir from the concierge team for his exceptional service he was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. While the room and reception service were okay and could use a bit more improvement, the hotel’s location is fantastic and offers convenient access to nearby attractions. The pool was a standout feature for me clean, and perfect for relaxation. I would definitely recommend this hotel and commend Mr. Amir for his outstanding hospitality.
