We have just been to this hotel for a week with the all inclusive option and I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone and in addition I have to write here all the comments I have about this place. The room was not of good quality, there were many dirty and unsightly places, damages and not everyone had the same standard. In my standard visible in the pictures, there was no hair dryer or mini bar with drinks so we had to buy some snacks and drinks outside the hotel to have at the time when the kitchen was not working. Additionally, no one cleaning our room refilled shampoos and shower gel which I have never encountered before. Very nice bartenders by the pool - thank you very much for the service and for being so nice, talkative and despite the mega high temperature you always worked with a smile on your face. The cleanliness standard of the pool is poor in my opinion - black elements were floating in the joints and floating in the water, and outside the pool area, the neglected area, green water and lamps with cables were dangerous, and the canopies by the pool were rusty. The food was the same every day, the meat was dry and everything did not taste as it should - it was hard to choose something - although something could look nice, it was tasteless - unfortunately, there was no themed food and snack bars during breaks when the main restaurant was not open - you had to go to the city. The service was good - however, the waiter working outside in the evening was arrogant, spiteful, with a gloomy face and a stick, serving people and not treating his job properly. I witnessed many situations in which he behaved in an unacceptable way. The hotel should consider whether someone like that should be - no matter how you look at it - the showcase of this place. I recommend the jetsky company located on the left side by the water - mega cool people and worth using. The air conditioning in the room is impossible to adjust - it blows too hard and freezes everything

I am writing this review immediately after my week-long stay in this hotel to have the best experience. I would never come back to this hotel - it was my first time on an all-inclusive holiday, but thanks to this place, it will definitely be my last. The place definitely does not look like in the photos, the rooms are not as clean and well-kept, in one room number 205 my friends had disgusting humidity, in our room 410 there was a nice view but there was no hair dryer, which I asked for a dozen times. The ladies at the reception gave us a list of what is included in all inclusive, including the breakfast option for the lazy - but as it turned out in practice, we couldn't have it and immediately after each meal such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, the hotel did not offer any meal to the guests. snack. If you want to order coffee by the pool, you have to pay, but if you go to the hotel lobby yourself, it's already free - ridiculous. The food in the hotel was of poor quality, strangely enough it was the same thing every day, no variety, no other options - nothing - as a result you eat the same thing every day and the sight of it makes you feel sick. I recommend taking Chinese soups with you. The manager of the restaurant for breakfast and lunch is very nice, helpful and involved - thank You a lot for this and to organize bitthday Cake for our friend ❤️but the chef cook definitely cooks as if it were tasteless food in a hospital. The service at the pool was very nice - the gentlemen were smiling, friendly and really fantastic! Thank you for this! ❤️ The worst thing we remember is the evening bar - the service was rude, arrogant and problematic - we sat down at tables with other guests' plates on them, we waited an hour for the waiter to clean it and bring us drinks - and he did it in such a rude way that we were unpleasantly surprised - no We just left because we didn't want to make any problems, but the next few days were just as much of a problem - the same waiter is there every day and his arrogant attitude and inappropriate behavior got worse and worse - when he threw the bill to be signed in my friend's face - we called the manager, but no one wanted to ask him so we called the hotel reception to ask for intervention. How terrible is the fact that you have an all-inclusive hotel and you are afraid to order food and drinks lest the waiter give you saliva out of spite or, even worse, other additions! The manager changed our service and as an apology, the kitchen sent us a NOTE - after midnight the night before departure, when each of us was sleeping soundly - waking everyone up, plates of dinner and a plate of fruit for each of the three rooms - we got scared and didn't accept it - in the morning I reported it to reception, but no one knew who it was and why so late and they pretended that they had nothing to do with it - so according to their assessment, someone from outside came in and woke us up after midnight with plates of food - our transfer was at 1 p.m. and from 1 p.m. it was time dinner - I asked the receptionist in the morning if it was possible to prepare a box with some food for us, because our departure flight is only at 5 p.m. and we will miss dinner, and breakfast lasts until 11 a.m. - she said she can't do anything - but they can send dinner from the kitchen at midnight!? It's really pathetic and I'm sorry that other very nice people involved in this place have to suffer because of such behavior - I will never recommend this place to anyone

Most of the rooms have electric issues.
Pool not deep at all, water reach your hips only when standing up.
Night time very dead and boring, there is no entritenment at all, at 9pm you are in a deep sleep alteady😴.
No beach at the hotel, you have to travel 30mns by bus to an empty public beach.
Private or women beach only you have to pay a lots money and its Thursdays and Fridays, not in the area at all.
The food almost the same every day except Saturdays you have a very good varieties.
Drinks not everything allowed, even if all inclusive.
No food allowed at the pool area or rooms, extra charges applies.
No ice-cream served, even that the weather is super / extremely hot.
Drinks and food stopped at 11pm!
SPA EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND NOT THAT GOOD.
OUTSIDE THE HOTEL NEXT DOOR, OTHER SPA THAT IS GOOD AND HAS RESONABLE PRICES.
The sweets and the cakes are so yummy and delicious, especially the syrian knafa.
The staff are so friendly and happy to serve you especially Ahmed Elsayed, Omar, Salma, Christine, Saad de big chef, the Syrian, Moroccan, and Egyptian guys, Suleyman, Buba, Allen, Idriss and all others, sorry if I can't remember all the names.but

Our stay at Royal M Hotel was absolutely amazing. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a waterfront view. The breakfast spread included a variety of international and local cuisines and it was totally worth waking up early for. The outdoor pool is massive and overlooks the water, despite being hot, we loved being in the pool. 5 stars for the attentive and personalized service.

Tried their brunch and the food experience was really disappointing.
Taste = 2/5
Variety of cuisines = 1/5
Desserts = 0.5/5
The restaurant needs a new pastry chef who knows how to bring in variety and flavors. 99% of the desserts on the menu are just different variants of creamy desserts like mousses, custards, etc.
The live station pastas were also below average (taste wise).
The chefs and the Culinary staff do know the art of fancy presentation, but it's important to know that the overall food experience goes down the drain if the food does not taste good.
The staff were very polite and professional and tried their best to make our visit as comfortable as they could.
I really hope that they train their Culinary team, especially the pastry chefs.
