We had a fantastic Easter brunch experience at Royal M! The buffet spread was impressive, offering an abundant variety of dishes to satisfy every palate. The Arabic corner, especially the Lebanese and Syrian selections, felt like authentic homemade cooking, rich in flavor and tradition. The international options and live cooking stations added to the excitement and diversity. The ambiance was equally superb. Live entertainment created a vibrant and festive atmosphere, and the kids’ activities kept the little ones happily engaged throughout. After brunch, the infinity pool area offered the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. A special mention goes to Elias, the General Manager, who was incredibly humble and hands-on with the team. His warm presence, engagement with guests, and genuine care for the overall experience truly stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply indulge in a well-curated brunch with a touch of elegance and heart.

We had an amazing staycation at Royal M! The service was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We also loved the modern design and smart technology throughout the property—it really elevated the whole experience. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious dishes, and it was beautifully presented. What stood out the most was how child-friendly the hotel is, with dedicated spaces and thoughtful amenities for little ones. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway! Special thanks to Yasmine at the reception for her professional and kind service—she truly made our stay even more pleasant and memorable!

We booked a suite and the room was fabulous. A corner room with a spectacular view. The rooms were large, airy and spacious. The pool area is fabulous, and the pool bar offered superb choices of both food and drinks. We had a fabulous few days here and highly recommend this hotel. The restaurants close by do not serve alcohol. The hotel bar is open until 2am.

My two nights here were a total mess. This hotel is definitely not a five stars, maybe three at most. A loud wedding party went on until midnight, taking over the pool and making it impossible to relax. Checking in was also bad. I waited 20 minutes for my room at 4 PM, even though check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM. No apology or any offer of late checkout to compensate. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. It says it was built in 2018, but it felt old and worn out, like from 2008. There was no plug in the bathroom, and the shower was very dark because there was only one light over the sink. On my second night, my room wasn't cleaned when I got back at 6 PM. The wedding kept me awake, so I asked to check out late. At first, they only gave me 30 extra minutes. After I complained, they said 1 PM. That's a joke since I had to wait to check in when it was 4 PM! The breakfast also had very few choices, like a cheap hotel.

Our family had the pleasure of attending the Christmas brunch at the Royal M Hotel, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the festive atmosphere to the warm staff welcome and service. The food was absolutely exquisite, with an impressive variety of dishes that catered to every palate. Whether it was the perfectly roasted turkey or the delightful dessert spread, everything was flawless. The highlight of the event, especially for the kids (and let’s be honest, the adults too!), was Santa’s surprise visit. The way Santa made his grand entrance—from descending down the hotel roof to the dining area—was magical and left everyone in awe. It was a unique and creative touch that we’ll be talking about for years. Santa’s interaction with the children was heartwarming, and the joy on their faces was priceless. What truly made the experience extraordinary was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a wonderful time. The Royal M Hotel has truly set the bar high for holiday celebrations. We can’t wait to return next year for another unforgettable experience. Thank you for creating such magical memories for our family!
