Stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with daily room cleaning and even complimentary dates as a welcome touch. The interior design is stylish and cozy — lots of comfortable seating and carpets in the common areas. The staff were helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Jaman for assisting with our luggage — a real help with those carpeted floors! The beach area was never crowded, and there were always enough sunbeds with plenty of space between them. Fresh beach towels were available every day, which made things super convenient. Great gym, delicious breakfast with plenty of options, and freshly squeezed orange juice — a rare find in hotels! The hotel is very family-friendly, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere that made it perfect for a peaceful getaway. We also loved the bay views from our room — waking up to that scenery was a real treat. There was a small delay once in bringing extra water to the room, but honestly, that’s the only minor issue we encountered. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Al Raha Beach Hotel, and while there were some positives, my overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was decent. However, the biggest issue was the air conditioning—it was far too warm, making it quite uncomfortable. I complained twice about the AC, but it felt like nothing was done. I had to follow up myself, and no one even checked in to see if the issue was resolved or if I was satisfied. Unfortunately, the room remained warm throughout my stay, which really affected my comfort. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better service and responsiveness. Sadly, I wasn’t very happy with my stay.

(Note I am 13 and majority of the accommodations are not allowed because I'm too young for them) This hotel is very good in my opinion it has great service and a gorgeous location but there's some minor problems Rooms: the rooms are high quality but it's small having two rooms the bedroom and the restroom, the beds are very comfortable with tables with cupboards having a freezer, on top of the table there's a TV a small size but a high quality one but The light system is complicated and The screen being outdated with the and small table a barely usable because of its size. Service: The service is really good with cleaners making the room looking brand new and clean, there is an breakfast buffet having a large amount of food like waffles French toast boiled eggs and many more. Location: The location is a breathtaking with huge with huge skyscrapers blending in in the background well and with gorgeous Dawn. Accommodation: the accommodations are the large but busy swimming pool and small but empty Beach in my opinion kind of depressing, it has free Wi-Fi and the good ones not the horrible ones. Summary: this hotel is very good and I recommend it

The staff is so helpful and friendly, especially room service staff subash . We had breakfast the food was good and variety was great. However they need to update the interior it looks so dated , some rooms looks old , we was lucky to get a room in the new wing . Also the carpet outside the rooms is shedding that is so weird. We love this hotel and we had so much memories in it this is not our first time. I really really wish if they can keep it as it once was .

This is our 2nd time here as we had such a great experience the 1st time! Rooms are great, beds really comfortable! Cleaners are excellent, there has been a few times where we have been in the room and didn’t really need it cleaned but they insist they come in, which is very nice! Kids love the little touches when they turn the towels into animals! Really cheerful and helpful people! We have an autistic son, and they are very happy to help with his fussiness with food! Love coming here! Private Beach is just a few steps from the pool! Clean towels on request!
