enjoyed a much-needed vacation at the beginning of January 2025 at a small resort that was well-maintained. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room service was great. However, the food was just okay—not bad, but nothing special.
The customer service left something to be desired. While the employees were friendly, it seemed they lacked proper training in hospitality, as they appeared to have been hired without any formal preparation.
The beach was public, which meant there were many people walking along it trying to sell their products, which I found bothersome. It was difficult to relax with constant interruptions.
The entertainment during the week was disappointing; I would rate it a zero on a scale of 1 to 10. It's unclear how they organized it, but it certainly didn’t live up to expectations. If you're looking for a quiet and restful vacation, I recommend going during the week. The atmosphere changes significantly on Fridays and weekends, as the party crowd arrives.
Overall, while the location and property were nice, there are significant improvements needed in both entertainment and customer service. Despite these issues, I would consider returning to this property.

My first time staying at an all inclusive resort. I would never do it again based on my experience here. You get nice beaches and pools but that’s about it. The food and drinks are not up to the standard I would expect for $700/night. The room was fine but we could hear absolutely everything outside in the busy hallway. The bathroom shower flooded the bathroom after every use which was frustratingly bad in design. The staff and service are very hospitable and nice, and everyone made us feel welcome and valued.
The food and wine are just disappointing. I had the catch of the day at two restaurants and it was the same exact fish: snapper that was full of bones and in some strange tomato sauce served below room temp. Honestly, the buffet isn’t that bad because you can get fresh cooked chicken or pasta which is better than waiting 45 minutes for below average food from an unseen kitchen. The food in general has no cultural flare and is pretty bland and things need salt. The Italian restaurant was honestly terrible and is like what I imagine is like prison Italian food, but the service was very nice. I tipped the staff and I recommend you do too.
If I ever find myself in Antigua again I’m not staying here.

This is a beautiful hotel, but there are several problems that caused me to give such a low review.
The tour operator that books there, Nexus, is absolutely awful and the hotel should discontinue their contract with them immediately. I booked 2 tours through them and both tours didn’t have records of me booking, nor did they have me on their pick up lists.
The rooms are not quiet, and when there is a DJ you can hear everything inside clearly. This made napping or sleeping early impossible.
The shower in my room was gorgeous, but the floor was smooth marble and the door was broken. Housekeeping took one of my belongings, I do not believe it was malicious, and I got it back, but make sure all of your stuff is put away.
The pools close at 5:30pm, which is ridiculous in my opinion.
As for the good: The Spa is absolutely incredible. One of, if not the best that I have ever been to. My masseur, Kenneth, was very professional and amazing, and I highly recommend him. The buffets are very good, and the overwater Pescari restaurant is one of the most picturesque places I’ve ever eaten. The staff is amazingly friendly, and helped with everything. The view from my beachfront room was amazing.

The place is beautiful! The food is amazing. The people that work here are very kind and professional. However, the resort seems like they do not have enough people working. Many of the workers are working several different stations and seem "overtired". Service is VERY LAID BACK. No sense of urgency. Not sure how long the resort has been around but it seems like it's at the beginning stages of figuring things out. The restaurants are small. But once again, the food is delicious. The nightly shows are entertaining. In a nutshell, I've stayed at many Caribbean Resorts. This resort has a lot of potential but not worth what we paid.

I'm writing this review not comparing it to luxery brands. If I were comparing it to the Four Seasons, one star. But comparing it to other resorts in the same category, it is 4 stars. Diamond club is worth it because of the premium drinks and newer building. Food is pretty average (breakfast and lunch are bleak, dinner at all the restaurants is decently good). The beach is stunning. Nice pools. The staff are lovely.
