Good location, but the hotel is very basic. The room was large but in desperate need of updating, with threadbare robes and towels. Not even a basic amenity pack which most 4 star would provide. I think we were given the worst room in the place, with no option to change , it overlooked a derelict hotel next door, and apartments with dogs barking all day it wasn’t very clean with a mouldy shower, and broken hot tub /filthy furniture no sun on the balcony. We stayed B&B which again was basic and never replenished or hot. The pool area is fine, the usual people waiting at the door for it to open, and put down towels in prime spaces, it didn’t get much sun until lunch , so was pretty pointless and had god awful overly loud 80’s pop all day. The hotel is in the middle overlooking a very loud centre, this didn’t particularly bother us, but might some as does go on late into the night. I didn’t expect luxury but it’s definitely more of a 3 star hotel .The staff are the redeeming feature who worked very hard and are super friendly. Overall a disappointing experience for our anniversary, we would not come back. Avoid if you have any mobility issues as the whole area is steps and a long hike to the beach.. I felt the whole resort was very outdated and not very clean. An apartment would have been a better choice as we paid around £3000 which was not worth it at all for the 2 weeks in November. Obviously this is just my opinion but we have stayed in lots of hotels over the years and I feel it’s pretty fair .

My wife and I started 3-7 December.
What a wonderful, clean, spacious, peaceful and friendly Adults only hotel. Our superior junior suite had everything and even a hot tub which we did use. We got a bath robe and slippers as well.
Every member of staff we met were so nice and helpful. The Spa is excellent and we had a couple of treatments. The spa manager was gentle with the message but also got the knots out. The spa complimentary and you pay for any treatments.
The hotel is higher up and you get a great view of the town and partial sea views. You will need to walk hills and steps to get to town and it takes about 10 minutes.
I’ve already booked for next year December, but bringing my adult son this time. I know he will love the hotel.

Great hotel and location. Very clean rooms and extremely spacious. Balcony was lovely big with whirlpool. Comfy beds. Great views from balcony. Fantastic staff very helpful. Spa downstairs is a must, friendly staff and great service. Roof top bar was lovely. Restaurant staff all friendly and always smiling and helpful. Would definitely come back here to stay!!

Absolutely perfect week away!!! Extremely comfortable beds, quite centrally located, a little noise of an evening from the busy shopping district but at no fault of hotel. Stay further away from centre if you prefer quiet evenings. Good quality fixtures and fittings, very spacious suite rooms with jacuzzi spa baths on balcony worth every penny of upgrade price. Stunning views of surrounding terrain, shopping centre and beach all very appealing. Very warm welcome from staff and all through the week we stayed. Hotel also provided a welcome bottle of brandy and coke in the fridge, as well as choc dipped fruit on arrival for my partner for a small fee. Not long home and missing Casablanca suites already!!!

There is very little not to love about this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the centre and also Mogan mall. The little shop on the ground floor is a life saver for water and ice cream. Daily Access to the spa for a detox is a brilliant addition. The staff are super friendly and so helpful. We've booked again for next year already.
