While many reviews highlight how great this hotel is, it's something you really have to experience for yourself. My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The attention to detail throughout our stay was impressive, and the hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We’re already planning to come back for future anniversaries. Thanks to everyone for making it such a memorable trip!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. From the arrival staff to the hospitality team, housekeeping, pool attendants, lifeguards, and restaurant staff, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and extremely attentive. The amenities were superb and exceeded our expectations. The pool area was particularly delightful with an infinity pool Looking out to the Gulf sea. The chef at breakfast was accommodating, catering to our needs even when they weren't on the menu. The private beach was a bonus , it’s quiet and secluded, the beach help were extremely helpful- the hotel also offer a cool box at the beach was an added bonus we didn't expect. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, requiring preparation for taxi fares, there is a shuttle service to the souk and the mall. However, for other destinations, be prepared to pay for taxis. British travellers should note that the exchange rate is currently weak, making expenses higher. It's important to note that there are no prayer facilities on the premises. Muslim guests should plan where to pray their Jumma prayers. However, the addition of a small mosque in the future would make this hotel perfect. Overall, it's a hotel you won't regret staying at. It beautifully showcases its artistic heritage and Omani hospitality, making it a fantastic place to stay.

The arrival experience is awesome from the time we’ve checked in till we were guided to our room – amazing service from SAIRA. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and have a complimentary mini bar that is replenished each day. Beach staff are lovely, even at 6.30am already there to assists you. If had to say anything against, it would be that the afternoon tea was a bit disappointed vs expectations based on their social medial ad. Breakfast buffet was lacking in quality and choice. The placemats need to be upgraded. However, Sultanah service staff is excellent particularly JEROME who is very attentive and helpful. Apart from that I could not fault this hotel at all.

We came here to celebrate our engagement for two nights in April 2024 and it was absolutely magical! Literally, everything was perfect: service, atmosphere, room, engagement decorations in the room, view, food, beach, diving. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back one day! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the service and quality exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by Zeinab and Mr. Mostafa. They made us feel truly welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The facilities were top-notch, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive. We spent a lot of time by the pool, where Said was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was always there with a smile, ready to assist with anything we needed, making our poolside experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!
