We recently stayed at the hotel and had an unforgettable visit. The hotel itself is stunning, set on a quiet bay with panoramic views. There is a real sense of tranquility here, an amazing place to relax.
All of the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, there is a ‘can do’ attitude at every opportunity.
If you are visiting Crete I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Came here for part of our honeymoon and oh my 🥹 we got a room upgrade immediately after checking in, the staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, great food, and the bay is just magnificent. We were so happy and grateful to end our trip here. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hopefully counting down the days until we get to come back!

We have stayed at many resorts across the world but I don't believe any of them compare to St. Nicolas Bay. The Manager Alexander, Rania, Antonio, housekeeping/room service have been amazing. This was an amazing stay, and I highly recommend anyone staying in Crete to check out this location. The beach, pools and food were top notch.

It’s worth noting. Hilton shall call off the cooperation with the hotel.As a Hilton honors member of the highest status I got one of the worst rooms which was available. A hotel stuff member(Rania)didn’t want to provide another room to me(small/dirty). Trying to have a reproach for my request/ask for so called upgrade of higher room category(there was availability of 3 highest room category).She was trying to make an improvisation of it(she got commands from the hotel manger: who guided her through it on a phone).The hotel manger introduced himself at his finest side(he didn’t even say a hello or good evening came into that room expressing his frustration, anger and arrogance out toward me).I got intimidated by the so called hotel manger who tried to make a pressure(having louder voice and telling me that I shave to stop shouting at him: what’s was completely wrong). He treated me with police force to protect his stuff(apparently he said that Rania cried and was afraid of doing her job in next days).He shouted(like an insane idiot) at me telling stand back stand back stand back if I we’re dangerous or criminal…He was not interested in finding a solution for me. No. He only said that either I stay in that room or he call the police. He said other stupid stuff out like I awaited and forced to get a free pick up etc. Completely out of the way of truth…Mr. Manger: you’re not in position to do this job. I wouldn’t even stay at you if you provided other room to me(you wouldn’t do it. Am dead sure. If a similar one or you wanted to charge me for it extremely). I even offered Rania payment for a higher room category(certainly not 1000/2000€ per night additionally). No way. The same procedure(an unconvinced excuse). Me and my friend escaped from the hotel at midnight…booked first available flight back home(extra expanses of the failed trip-unnecessarily spent lots of money on it).Mr. Manager:You disgraced me and my friend to stay in your house. Go down(financially)being greedy and envious human.
