My experience here was really good. The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. I loved the hotel and the many opportunities it offered. Having a car rental in the hotel is extremely convenient. The view and the ocean is amazing. I will definitely go back again.

Very good hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were and the staff was amazing. Everybody at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The views are amazing from the hotel, and the beach and sea are clean. The only downsides are that there's a lot's of stairs and elevators given the way the hotel is built. It's an older hotel, and some parts of the building show that, however, they are trying to renovate everything, and they are willing to improve. The food was also amazing, it was high quality, and they kept changing the food options from one day to another, so there's enough variety. I really recommend this hotel, especially for the couples.

Our experience at this hotel was a bit disappointing. Although we booked a four-star hotel, the standard was at best three stars. Its more of a low budget all inclusive hotel. The bungalov There was mold in the bungalow, the air conditioning was not working for two nights, and then there were more problems in other rooms. The room lacked a kettle. The reception staff was slow to respond to complaints, and we waited a long time for repair and cleaning. The restaurant and staff The only positive aspects of the hotel were the friendly staff and the great variety of food at lunch and dinner. However, breakfast was the same every day. The beach is with small pebbles so you definitely will need shoes. There are free umbrellas available for hotel guests. The pool During our entire stay, the pool was never cleaned even once. The water was green with algae, which is unacceptable, especially since we have small children who are sensitive to rashes.

Awful place! Avoid this hotel! The place is in the middle of nowhere! If you are disabled, no way you can go to the beach, the lifts not working! Rooms are dirty, swimming pool dirty, not in use. No activities in the hotel, you dont know what to do! Food is awful, no proper coffee, you have a bar, but they offer only their own spirits, you cannot have a proper vodka or gin there. No fruit, apart from watermelon. Bread always hard, if you want eggs for breakfast you better get up early, they dont fill the shelves, even they should serve till 10.30. Lunch and dinner always the same menu. However, you have a good place to eat nearby, the Street Grill, if you can climb up the road. Dont eat in Mamma Mia, the same food as in hotel. Dont go to Spa, if you want to live!! That place, honestly, is dangerous! The ceiling fell off partly because of mauld, every room full of mauld, outdated, the very old boilers in both saunas, the water running down them, very dangerous!! In the wet sauna, turkish one, the ceiling is falling off. No shower you can use unless you want to cause flood everywhere, no soap. The jaccusi is falling apart, very old, small, very dangerous, no hot water. Sorry, i didnt have mobile phone to take photos while in there. The towels worn out, with holes in them, the room they keep the towels if full of mauld, the ceiling is black! But when complained about everything, they pterended they didn't see the problem. Very rude! Other people complained as well, insects in their rooms, dirt, showers not working, air condition not working etc. we all were trying to swap the rooms but just to realise they were all the same. Our holidays are ruined, but you still have a chance to enjoy yours, far from this awful place! Please see some of the photos.

We stayed here in the beginning of the June. The overall experience was great 😊 Yes, hotel needs renovation, however we were staying in bungalow and it was beautiful, private room with balcony/terrace and sea/garden view. We loved our room for sure! The food was okay, especially the meats (beef dishes) were amazing, they really know how to cook red meat😁 The staff is friendly and helpful. The location itself is a bit remote, you need to hire a car to travel around but there were bus stops nearby as well. We were worried before coming as we saw these negative reviews, however staff explained that the owners and the whole staff are new, thus our experience was great. As it was the beginning of the summer the hotel was quite empty, it felt very private stay to us. Hotel is huge with beautiful surroundings, you can walk around garden, by the coast, rent a boat with or without the captain. Thank you again, and greetings to the staff!
