Our experience at this hotel was a bit disappointing. Although we booked a four-star hotel, the standard was at best three stars. Its more of a low budget all inclusive hotel. The bungalov There was mold in the bungalow, the air conditioning was not working for two nights, and then there were more problems in other rooms. The room lacked a kettle. The reception staff was slow to respond to complaints, and we waited a long time for repair and cleaning. The restaurant and staff The only positive aspects of the hotel were the friendly staff and the great variety of food at lunch and dinner. However, breakfast was the same every day. The beach is with small pebbles so you definitely will need shoes. There are free umbrellas available for hotel guests. The pool During our entire stay, the pool was never cleaned even once. The water was green with algae, which is unacceptable, especially since we have small children who are sensitive to rashes.

My experience here was really good. The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. I loved the hotel and the many opportunities it offered. Having a car rental in the hotel is extremely convenient. The view and the ocean is amazing. I will definitely go back again.

Fortunately, I was able to cancel my stay after the first night. The hotel is situated right next to the sea with a truly breathtaking view. In my opinion, the owner of the hotel should either consider closing it for a complete renovation or selling it to someone willing to invest and transform it into a top-rated hotel. The staff is friendly and eager to assist, although it seems like they may be facing some challenges.

Very good hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were and the staff was amazing. Everybody at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The views are amazing from the hotel, and the beach and sea are clean. The only downsides are that there's a lot's of stairs and elevators given the way the hotel is built. It's an older hotel, and some parts of the building show that, however, they are trying to renovate everything, and they are willing to improve. The food was also amazing, it was high quality, and they kept changing the food options from one day to another, so there's enough variety. I really recommend this hotel, especially for the couples.

Nice hotel at a perfect location by the sea shore. The resort is on a steep slope so there is a system of lifts bringing guests to the beach. Some parts of the complex are repaired, some would need quite some renovation. But everything is functional and comfortable. Food served was tasty with very good choice also for vegetarians. There is an option to rent a car directly in the hotel for acceptable price. There are 2 swimming pools. Rooms: We were accomodated in a bungalow. Clean room, enough of space and furniture, nice view from a balcony to the sea. Just the air condition was a bit too loud if you want to run it in the night. Service: Staff was kind, just solving of some requests (like extre sheets) was not too fast. Position: perfect, right by the sea, very nice view.
