I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! The original concept is charming—it's all about being local, traditional, and sustainable. My room was wonderfully spacious, making it a perfect little haven. The food? Simply amazing! Every bite was a delight. The pool and beach area were pristine, cozy, and inviting. Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Our Recent Stay Dear Rohan, I hope this message finds you well. First, I would like to express my gratitude for your assistance in moving us to a different room. However, I must address several issues we have encountered during our stay that have left us quite disappointed. Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant has not improved, and we have found ourselves in a difficult situation regarding dining options. Since Friday, we have been waiting for a booking for Monday, but so far, we have only been offered one option at the seafood restaurant, which is not included in our package. This lack of availability is frustrating, especially since we were promised access to six restaurants as part of our all-inclusive package. While I appreciate the room upgrade, it feels unjust to pay for an all-inclusive experience when we cannot access the advertised amenities. To date, we have been unable to obtain swimming towels, having only one to share among four people. This is not what we expected from our trip. As someone with experience in customer service and management, I understand that high occupancy can lead to challenges. However, I believe that some planning could have been implemented to better accommodate guests. Additionally, we have had to pay for activities because everything is fully booked, which feels quite unfair. Currently, I am struggling to find any positive aspects of this trip. I came here to enjoy the local food culture and drinks, but the offerings have been limited to local options, and the repetitive food choices have been disappointing. Furthermore, we are facing additional issues with our room; the air conditioning unit next to us is leaking, and we have had to place items to catch the water. Additionally, we noticed a live wire exposed near the jetty, which poses a serious safety hazard. We have taken the initiative to cover it to prevent any accidents, but this should not be the responsibility of guests. I do not wish to complain without reason, but I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction. I truly need assistance in resolving these issues, as we are feeling quite frustrated. I would appreciate any support you can provide to enhance our experience moving forward. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely,

Just arrived home from a fantastic stay . A great resort with lots of things going on or just relaxing. The staff are very attentive and friendly. However The guy's at the boat house were very helpful in instructing us on how to use the equipment of which there was all sorts to choose from. Rai on the beach was always there for a cool drink afterwards. So deserve a special mention The rooms are very spacious . There are lots of various dinning options and overall a fantastic stay. Would definitely return.
