Superb hotel with a genuine feel of luxury throughout. Hotel feels spacious, is extremely well maintained with nice little touches everywhere (Pool staff making your sunbeds, sunscreen by pool areas, dates at turndown). Staff excellent throughout the hotel, courteous, professional and friendly. Breakfast one of the best spreads I've experienced in a lovely well lit room, the other hotel food varied and of high quality (e.g. all kids food was organic) Minor grievances were quickly addressed and management made a big effort to make the customer feel wanted. Highly recommend

Title: Exceptional Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha I’m currently two days into a seven-day stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, from the valet to the security – big compliments! The service is outstanding, and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the hotel itself is spotless. There are plenty of activities for children, which is a huge plus for our stay. Having visited Dubai multiple times, I can confidently say that Qatar offers the same, if not better, level of comfort and luxury. I will definitely be coming back!

Ritz hotels can be a hit or a miss. One in Doha was a hit! Really enjoyed spending a few days at the hotel. Everything from room comfort to service was outstanding. Favorite part was a small golf cart that took you right to the nearby high end mall! Would go back!

If you want a genuine, warm, friendly welcome in Doha then the staff at the Ritz Carlton will exceed your expectations. We have just spent a week at this excellent hotel on holiday and everyday was a pleasure. All the lobby staff provide a fantastic service; from helping with Mobile phone Sims @ Apps to arranging numerous taxis! Allen looked after us very well deserves a special mention. We enjoyed many relaxing days down by the hotel pool (s) and Bruce,Aldo and Julien catered for our every need with drinks, towels and sun beds. All the restaurant staff are excellent- particularly the Lagoon- great service and fantastic breakfasts. Thanks Eric and Aya and all your team. Definitely will chose Ritz Carlton when next in Doha.
