Title: Exceptional Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha I’m currently two days into a seven-day stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, from the valet to the security – big compliments! The service is outstanding, and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the hotel itself is spotless. There are plenty of activities for children, which is a huge plus for our stay. Having visited Dubai multiple times, I can confidently say that Qatar offers the same, if not better, level of comfort and luxury. I will definitely be coming back!

Every interaction I had with them was met with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. Dining at the Lagoona Restaurant was another highlight. The service there was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Spending time at the beach was equally delightful, thanks to the attentive beach staff who were always on hand to cater to my needs. It was clear that everyone at The Ritz Carlton Doha was dedicated to providing top-notch service, and their friendliness made all the difference. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic! Went for our company event. Mesmerized with the interior beauty very luxurious staffs are very accommodating and food is delicious especially the salmon and the pasta. Outside ambience for the event was very organized perfect for the events including the staffs who were assisting during the program offering us some drinks.

From the entrance with very accommodating concierge staff, security, baggage assistants, front desk and room service were absolutely 5-star. I appreciate their friendly and helpful attitude, Moldur- she assisted us from room service, Lagoon and dining area plus when I requested my Favourite truffle with the Manager, Gabor- he was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend to stay at Ritz when you visit Doha. With every service, emphasizing their commitment to the customer’s happiness and satisfaction.”
