Fantastic value for the price, it's at a good spot on the strip as well.
Housekeeping is reasonably accommodating as well for the price. Honestly a great value pick. Missing some touches like water bottles and the bathrooms are a little dated but can't complain too much, you can tell they're working with an old building

Check in was a horrible experience. Imagine traveling for hours and having to wait in line for almost 2 hours for the check in process. When we arrived we saw that the check in line was long so we tried the self check in booths. It did not work! Not one of the self check in booth worked for us so we had to wait in line for almost 2 hours. Check in staff was also not friendly but I could not care less cause I was already very tired and just wanted to get into our room and rest.
Amenities in the room was also lacking. No microwave and electric kettle. There was also no drinking water provided. Although we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights our room was not cleaned.
Overall, there are better hotels in the strip than TI.

I prefer to write good reviews than bad, but this hotel needs to be aware of the issues at hand and address customer needs, especially when some features are listed as amenities on their website and they didn't deliver those amenities during the holiday/rodeo season - of all times a year to get it wrong- This was NOT IT.
Pros- 👍🏼
-Friendly and welcoming staff
-Abundant food options in and near Hotel/Casino.
👎🏼Cons-
-Beds are uncomfortable. I had to buy some pain meds to alleviate the pinch I got in my back every night sleeping here. For reference, I was fine after sleeping the day before and after at Circus Circus Reno. It was definitely the bed at TI.
-Rooms have no coffee, no coffee in casino or hotel lobby readily available in "off" hours. We had a total of 5 rooms for our family for 4 nights, I just bought a small coffee pot at a nearby store and made the coffee myself. Not a huge inconvenience for 1- but a major irritation for 9 of us.
-EV chargers don't work and staff has apparently no clue. I called a week before and the day before my arrival to assure I wouldn't
need to charge before parking my car here. The staff all said the chargers were working. They were not.
All in all- I won't be staying here again. There are too many great options to stay nearby with better amenities and better price.

It was a great experience, I was checked in by Joy, she was friendly, courteous and welcoming. Rooms were clean and maintained. It's an old hotel but rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Housekeeping staff are friendly and prompt. Very little dining options but great for playing. Real gem on a strip

Not super impressed with the front line service. My son and I arrived for breakfast and the parking attendant said if you are not a registered guest that he will tow your vehicle as he assumed we were parking without being a paid guest. This used to be my normal Property for me just became a non kid friendly and not the place I would recommend. I did call the manager and no follow up was offered but at least took my call to hear my opinion. Please don’t offer a response of have a good day as your staff didn’t even try to make it a good day.
