Check-in took over an hour. Our bathroom was dirty when we walked in. Room was spacious, but needed some TLC, much like the rest of the hotel. Casino was lively. Not sure why the music at the pool has to start an hour before it opens. Also, no walk in beverages at 9am? Had to slam my coffee. Location is great, but feels compact with little incentive to stay at the resort. Wouldn't stay again.

Rooms are good size for a couple. We had strip view. We loved it. Didn't like the fact that they don't have a microwave or coffee maker. Was there during football weekend, surprisingly not noisy. Casino was good. It did take long for waiters to come ask for our drinks, though. Like that the miracle shops were in our hotel. They have plenty of options for food and shopping.

I was so pleasantly surprised how nice this place was. The gentleman at front desk upgraded me to an amazing suite. I was traveling for biz so almost feel it’s wasted to just for me to stay there by myself. I wish my family was with me to enjoy this beautiful room. Amazing view to the fountain show as well. I was there for CES so very convenient to go all the places I need to go. Great staff as well

I started my stay at PH today 10/24/24 with a check out date of 10/28/24. I paid for early check in to arrive at my room which smelled out cigarette smoke and of strong chemicals. Requested a change of rooms. I was first told there were no other rooms clean for early check in and would have to wait. After the guest service woman spoke with another woman that got me a room right away. Once getting the new room there was hair in the beds on the toilet set, the tub was filthy and the duvet had stains. I cleaned and sanitized the room as I figured I wouldn't get another room. After coming back to rest I consistently heard loud rumbling noises, which prevented me from falling asleep. I left for the evening hours, returning to again hear the same noises. I called the front desk and the woman asked "Are you close to the elevators" I responded yes. She went on to inform the sound was the elevators. So there's nothing which can be done. After speaking to her and everyone showering, we realized 2 of the 3 drying towels were grossly stained and contained entangled hair. I called housekeeper and they brought clean towels immediately. Now I don't expect perfection for a hotel that receives the amount of guest a Vegas hotel does. However, when you are constantly impacted by problems all on the first day it sets the tone for the stay and the vacation. Because who wants to return to a dirty noises room after enjoying the day.

Had a great time staying here. It's in a good location on the strip, walk out the doors and there is action everywhere. The only minor flaw was a small issue with room cleaning. We had a 5 day stay and they only came once. Other than that, it was an amazing visit. This is a party hotel, its always busy and flowing.
