Paid for an upgraded room. The "upgraded" room's AC unit wouldn't cool the room below 74° no matter how low we set it. Our refrigerator in our "upgraded" room did not work. The hot water in said "upgraded" room was either non existent or I would literally have to turn on the shower or bath all the way to hot and after about 20 minutes it would turn to lukewarm...again...in the "upgraded" room. I'm so happy I was able to pay to upgrade to this room and pay $50/day resort fee for a hot room, non working AC and a dead refrigerator. That gives nothing but resort vibes to me. 🙄 I received no help from the front desk when I asked any of the above listed issues to be addressed. Floor service was absolutely terrible. Good luck getting a drink while gambling, even in the high limit rooms. It was so bad even a few of the table games dealers acknowledged how terrible the drink service was anymore. Planet Hollywood is the last place I'd ever stay again and Caesars in general hasn't gone downhill...they just fell off a cliff. I reached out to Planet Hollywood and received no response. So thank you Planet Hollywood and Caesars for letting me pay you more for less.

The room was pretty nice good view well air conditioned, solid bed, mini fridge to put whatever u want in it. However i felt that the room was extremely stuffy and would wake up feeling very uneasy like we slept in a dry sandstorm, location is awesome, but beware self parking is about a 5-7 minute walk to the hotel and back, which isn’t all to bad, but the real reason I’m putting this at 3 stars is because we got followed by a homeless creep through the hotel up until we got to the elevators overall a good inexpensive stay so long as they’re no homeless who want a piece of you

I just stayed at Planet Hollywood for the first time, and they truly made my birthday unforgettable! When checking in, I let the front desk know it was my birthday and my first time staying there. I also tipped $40 and asked if there were any complimentary upgrades available. To my surprise, I was upgraded to a junior suite on the very top floor of the tower with an incredible view overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The room was amazing, spacious, modern, and even had a huge soaking tub with floor-to-ceiling windows that looked right out at the fountains. Waking up and ending the night with that view made the whole trip feel magical. The staff really went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Service is what pulled down this review and is based on what we experienced at arrival. So the weekday evening we arrived (approximately 530pm) check-in was a mess. The room key card system was being switched over. The self check-in kiosks were all closed. Everyone, even current guests, who needed new room keys, were in a Disneyland like snaking line with wait time approaching an hour. The restrooms closest to this long line were both closed. The registration employees did the best they could. There were a few more terminals available and all of them should have been manned but were not. Our room was upgraded but when we got to it...our key card didn't open the door and my husband had to go down to get it fixed. We ended up getting to our concert about 20 minutes before it started. Good thing it was in the hotel's venue so close by. Our upgraded room had an adjoining party suite that was huge with a fantastic view. The bedroom and baths both looked fresh and were very clean. The art work in the rooms was modern, tasteful, playful but not overwhelming. The only thing that stood out was the carpeting which could use a makeover. They were odd areas of the carpet that looked newly exposed so you saw splotches of full color carpet amidst the larger faded areas. Everything looked clean though and the space was outstanding.

We have stayed at many of the strip hotels but this is the first-time here. Unlike other hotels, planet Hollywood is well maintained. The hotel smells fresh and clean unlike others that have an old musty smell. The views of the strip from our room are great. Love watching sunsets from our room. We will be back.
