Staying at Planet Hollywood was an absolute nightmare. From the very start, it was a disappointing experience. We (couple) had booked a room with a king-size bed, but were instead given a room with two queen beds.
The room itself was shockingly under-equipped. There was no coffee machine, no drinking water, no towels, no body wash, and not even basic items like glasses (They charged a destination fees I don't know for what). I had to call reception just to get towels arranged. I've stayed at numerous hotels in the past. This was my first experience to call up the hotel for arranging basic thing like towels.
To make matters worse, on the day of checkout, there was no water in the bathroom. We waited for 2 hours in the hope of issue getting fixed but eventually gave up. We even requested them to arrange some water for us so that we could at least freshen up but they couldn't even do that. They were just "Sorry". Imagine boarding a flight without being able to freshen up, wash your face, or even brush your teeth, forget about taking shower.
The facilities and service at this hotel were worse than those of a basic apartment. The experience has left a permanent dent on my perception of the hospitality industry. I will never stay at this hotel again and will never recommend it to anyone.

We’re currently staying here, and while I lay in this cozy clean bed with my wife to be next to me I can’t help but leave a review. Our experience at check in was quick and courteous with Terrence and he was helpful getting us the best room for our weekend stay. The room itself is squeaky clean, large and nicely appointed. The city view is breathtaking and the service and restaurants are top notch.

I miss the Ocean restaurant with their amazing steak and lobster with the 3 for $12 drinks. It's the reason my husband and I stay at planet Hollywood but, the way we were treated this last time we stayed will be the reason we come back! The front desk was so kind and so fast. They were top notch! I wish I could remember their names!

We stayed at PH the week from Christmas to NYE. The room was great! Super clean, roomy, great view. Comfortbale beds. Every single staff member we encountered, whether walking in the hall or delivering extra towels or down in the lobby was nice and smiled. The fitness center is huge and has a great variety of machines. This is where we will stay from now on.

Great location if you want to walk or drive around Las Vegas. There is plenty of shopping close by and the variety of food and drinks is great. I was very happy with the rooms even though no coffee, tea or bottle water supplied. Would definitely stay here again.
