An Unforgettable Getaway at TRS Yucatan
We were fortunate enough to experience an unforgettable stay at the TRS Yucatan Hotel. As a couple seeking a relaxing and romantic getaway, this hotel exceeded all our expectations.
The resort itself is breathtaking. The lush greenery, crystal-clear pools, and pristine beach instantly captivated us. We were particularly impressed by the exceptional service. Our personal butlers, Fernando and Carlos, went above and beyond to cater to our every need and made us feel truly pampered. Thank you so much!!!
The culinary offerings were also outstanding. The various restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food and beverages. We especially enjoyed the romantic dinner on the beach and the fresh seafood. We also loved the Chic Cabaret show, an absolute must have seen.
We wholeheartedly recommend the TRS Yucatan Hotel to any couple seeking a luxurious and relaxing vacation. The combination of stunning surroundings, excellent service, and delectable cuisine made our trip a truly unforgettable experience.

First time visiting TRS. From beginning to end it has been a fantastic stay the rooms are incredible and the Butlers Diego, Armando and Francisco was amazing always there when needed and ready to deliver an exceptional service... They continuously provided us with all relevant information and ensured we knew exactly what was happening day to day in the resort. Food at all the restaurants were really good and the services were top notch. I also want to mention I am very impress with the entertainments they provide all day. All the staffs here works hard and always try to make us happy. And omg I have to mention they Halloween party were amazing. It is a must visit resort.

First time visiting TRS and it definitely will not be the last. From beginning to end it has been a fantastic stay the rooms are incredible and the Butlers Carlos and Fernando was amazing always there when needed and ready to deliver an exceptional service... I would like to give an extra mention for Carlos, his smile alone was fabulous and he was always happy to help going above and beyond in his role. Carlos continuously provided us with all relevant information and ensured we knew exactly what was happening day to day in the resort. When we return on the future I will be requesting Carlos as our butler purely due to the outstanding service he provided and always with a smile . He's incredible. Thanks Carlos for everything, and thank you for making our 1st visit to Mexico a memorable one.

I did a lot of research online before picking the TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon spot. From the moment we arrived the service was incredible. We were greeted with gifts and champagne at check-in and then were taken to our suite by Jessica who was so great. This resort has golf carts that can take you anywhere you need to go and all the staff is very kind and gracious. There is beach access, free activities like archery and shooting, and lots of snacks and drinks available. We had amazing butlers in our building who helped us with our every need. Israel and Alexis were very professional and hard working. Cris at the TRS lobby helped us to get some discounts on massages and the people at the spa were amazing. I regularly get massages and this was one of the best I’ve ever had. I wish I could remember the names of all the drivers and other staff who helped us as well. Every single person was so kind to us and we will be visiting again and recommending the resort to others!

The staff and services at the TRS Yucatan are beyond perfect! Armando, Diego, and Francisco in Villa 66 have been beyond wonderful and have truly made this honeymoon a once in a lifetime experience. They have went above and beyond to ensure our visit was great! Among the many staff on the property that have treated us like family from the moment we arrived to the resort. I would like to give a special thanks to the butlers of villa 66, Diego the driver (also known as Diego number 1), Ivan at the TRS beach making sure we have everything and more including the waitresses. I also would like to shout out Miguel behind the bar in the TRS Lobby for the perfect pour and salt rim for my wife’s margaritas and Maria and Estefani in the lobby for making sure we are always happy with drinks. To not include all the staff’s name in this review feels like a disservice on my behalf for them because everyone has truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless. I want to thank everyone and I HIGHLY recommend this resort to anyone looking for a getaway. My wife and I are already planning our next stay. To say we love it is an understatement as we more than love it here.
