Just got back this place is wonderful! Anyone complaining about towels, room service, mini bar you need to know each pyramid has a concierge that sit 24 hours a day to wait on you! All u have to do is phone them or walk down to them they are literally feet away from your room. Ask them for anything and they will make it happen! We asked for more drinks and towels and they brought them shortly. Anyone that needs help and isn’t getting it isn’t using the resources. This place is wonderful!

Our room was in despicable condition. Extremely dirty and the sheets were stained as well as the pillow cases. The washroom was also in a bad state, in particular the stains in the tub.
The food was mediocre at best. I think out of my 7 day stay; I had a warm meal once. You can tell a lot of it was stale.
The staff at the front desk also weren’t very helpful. When asking questions, felt as if they were trying to provide two word answers as to be done with the conversation. Not very professional at all. The bag check gentlemen at the front were the worst to deal with in terms of professionalism.
This was the seventh time I have attended your resort and will be my very last time. Your service has gone completely downhill. After speaking to numerous guests at the hotel I can assure you that the sentiment was well recognized by them as well. A lot of angry and frustrated guests. I also observed cockroaches in the hotel room. This is unacceptable especially for what you charge and seeing how your pricing has gone through the roof over the years. Not happy at all; a wasted vacation.

I went in may 2024 with my family and we all got food poisoning on day 2!. The staff is really friendly however oscar the night manager is not accommodating nor he’s understanding. He tried to blame us for the food poisoning talking about food safety when I have my food handlers. He really didn’t want to hear nothing and all I was asking was for a specific soup for my diabetic mom who wasn’t able to come out of her room the entire day. He made it so aggravated for me mind you I was clearly sick. Also if you are going for the restaurants don’t bother cuz on top of the fact that you have to reserve when you get there, most of them don’t even have space so you will most likely eat at the buffet. The only reason we were able to try most of the restaurants was because of the afternoon manager, he made some exceptions that the regular staff didn’t want to make. Please ensure you take the pyramid otherwise your reserve won’t even include some restaurants and they don’t tell you this until you’re there. The check in was also so confusing as they didn’t know which bags were ours we ended up leaving a bag and had to go back down to get it because it was in a completely different place. Food wise the best thing was the chicken tenders that you can eat all day by the pools. The restaurant food weren’t that great except the sushi one which is where we all got sick on day 2. This resort needs to learn more about hospitality especially those that work in the offices and are managers. We went to Benazuna and black sens which was an experience. In Sakura we got sick.

This place is a complete scam. Their suites have terrible views with cheap plastic furniture, the rooms stink of paint, the beach is constantly dirty, the staff was rude and useless, and their management is incompetent. The “third party” shuttle arrived 2-hours late (not included, fyi) and on their “private beaches,” you have to pay for cabanas every day. You’re going to spend more time arguing with the management than relaxing. Enjoy!
(Never mind dealing with Mexican customs that abuse their position by charging you hundreds of dollars for every little item you’re “not allowed” to bring.)

This hotel is absolutely not recommended.
We have been staying here for two days, and the website claims there are 24 restaurants. However, most of the time when we try to go to one, they tell us it’s fully booked, and we have to wait for three hours, even though the restaurant is not full and there are empty tables.
The management here is incredibly poor. The staff often say there is no availability or that we have to wait for hours, just to avoid doing their job.
Water is leaking from the ceiling in our room, and it’s not very clean either.
This hotel is definitely not a 5-star property. It suffers from severe management issues, and the staff are extremely rude.
