The Pyramid Cancun is an all-inclusive luxury resort with adult-only exclusive areas. There is great diversity of all-inclusive culinary options: gourmet restaurants, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, international, seafood, sushi, and snacks.

The programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in a variety of restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

Stay at The Pyramid Cancun was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered breathtaking ocean views. The resort has endless dining options — every meal was delicious, but the specialty restaurants truly felt like fine dining. The entertainment was world-class, with exciting shows, live music, and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere that made every evening feel special. The pools and beach were always clean and inviting, with plenty of space to relax. What impressed me most was the service — every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. I highly recommend The Pyramid Cancun to anyone looking for luxury, fun, and relaxation all in one place. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at The Pyramid at Grand Oasis in Cancun with our family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a spacious, comfortable room and an amazing view. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food and restaurant selection were excellent — delicious and varied enough for everyone to find something they loved. The beach area was stunning and well-kept, and the pools were clean and perfect for both kids and adults. Our children loved the entertainment and activities, while we enjoyed relaxing and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for both family vacations and romantic getaways. 💙

Worst Experience Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! July 2025 Worst experience ever. First of all we booked this hotel with transportation to pick up my family from the airport to the hotel, but nobody showed up for about more than 1 hour and I had to take a taxi to the hotel and to pay out of my pocket which was an inconvenience and not a great start to my vacation. Once we did the check-in in the hotel, the receptionist gave us the bracelet without explaining anything such as where to go for pools, beach, eligible restaurants, and shows which leads us to ask other guests to know where to go within the hotel. The safe in all the rooms are not a digital and to close it you need to rent a lock from the hotel with extra charge of the 10 USD per day which was a hidden charge that was unexpected since other resorts offer the safe with the room with no extra charge. Also, the quality and variety of food were horrible. If you think to go to the washroom in the main floor I advise you don’t go there. There is a very bad smell in all the public washrooms for both the male and female washrooms .The air conditioning is not working well in my room. Moreover, there are lots of areas that have no air conditioning and sometimes you have to walk from one place to another walking through these unconditioned areas. Also, I felt harassed by the entire staff requesting excessive tips and if you did not tip they look at you in a horrible manner. Overall, this was not a great experience given the fact I went to Mexico before and I had the best experience there as well. The hotel needs to hire people that respect and dignify all their guests.

We stayed at Grand Oasis a few weeks ago. The property is not what is shows online and the rooms were not cleaned and the mini fridge was not stocked. The beach was full of seaweed so it was impossible to go in the water. I didn’t feel welcomed at all most people were very rude and had a bad attitude. My husband lost his all inclusive bracelet while out snorkeling on an excursion and the tried to charge us two hundred dollars. Trying to insinuate we gave it to someone. The next trip we make to Cancun we will most definitely be visiting a different resort.

From the moment we got there and we are checking in with the VIP. It was nothing but a disaster. We were treated extremely poorly. And I’m not sure how you can treat a family that way but I’m sure they do it to everybody. Finally, after waiting hours to get our room, we tried to move on and enjoy our vacation. We were not even allowed to make reservations for any of the restaurants except for one and they said they had 16 restaurants. The steakhouse we had to change because we had an excursion and then they told us that they don’t have any more reservations available so we did not get to go to that restaurant. The food was disgusting in every restaurant except for the Italian restaurant and the Maki Tako restaurant. My wife is from Mexico and we went to the Mexican restaurant and I think I wanted to throw up. We had our 2 kids with us. We wanted to go eat at the hibachi but because they we only 17 they were not allowed to go because it was located in the casino. The casino is not even owned by the resort 😂. I cannot believe being in Cancun and in Mexico that they couldn’t even cook a delicious meal. I understand things changed in this world, I know they don’t have a lot of workers but when you go to a restaurant and they say they have no room, but all the tables are empty. You have to think about that. Anyways, this is our first time to the pyramid and it will be the last. Just a little background on us. We were members with the Iberostar club for over 10 years. We are treated with gold and everything was just fantastic. I canceled the membership a few years after Covid. Because we just didn’t use it enough. The pyramid tried to get us to do their membership, but the prom is they only have seven resorts, we are treated really badly and the poor guys in the sales department couldn’t even sell an ice to an Eskimo. Matter fact, they were all getting mad at me and losing their temper. Anyway, that’s my review. I hope you really think twice about coming to the pyramid and if you do it, it’s all on you. Reviews are great, but they can also be misleading, but I promise you this one is not. Buyer beware. One last thing I forgot to tell you. The beach is disgusting the entry to the beach. You have to walk just to get there and it was a very bad set up.
