Our room was in despicable condition. Extremely dirty and the sheets were stained as well as the pillow cases. The washroom was also in a bad state, in particular the stains in the tub.
The food was mediocre at best. I think out of my 7 day stay; I had a warm meal once. You can tell a lot of it was stale.
The staff at the front desk also weren’t very helpful. When asking questions, felt as if they were trying to provide two word answers as to be done with the conversation. Not very professional at all. The bag check gentlemen at the front were the worst to deal with in terms of professionalism.
This was the seventh time I have attended your resort and will be my very last time. Your service has gone completely downhill. After speaking to numerous guests at the hotel I can assure you that the sentiment was well recognized by them as well. A lot of angry and frustrated guests. I also observed cockroaches in the hotel room. This is unacceptable especially for what you charge and seeing how your pricing has gone through the roof over the years. Not happy at all; a wasted vacation.

We had such an amazing trip here at the pyramid!
The food was so tasty. Very fresh!
The rooms were a little old but they were clean and we were comfortable!
Beach was gorgeous.
The service was amazing ! People were so kind and made our experience so good.
I don't understand the bad reviews... we had the best time and we will be back again.
Loved it.
Thank you oasis pyramid!

Our family of 7 (adults and elderly) had a wonderful time at this resort (we stayed at the main pyramid building with all the amenities, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment).
We stayed for 8 days in December and could not be any happier. It was wheelchair accessible that was the key for our dad. We had amazing dinner at 5-6 a la carte restaurants and they catered to our dietary restrictions (celiac or gluten free, egg free, and vegetarian). And there were plenty of options at their buffets as well. Definitely a good resort for foodies.
The building is a bit old but has its own charm and character. A lot of staff were doing touch ups and maintenance to keep things in good shape.
Amazing services and super helpful approchable, and friendly staff. We were not approached once even to be upsold on any additional things.
We got the beach view rooms and they were magnificent - 2 minutes to the pool or 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. It’s a reletively big resort so there are lots of beds and chairs by the pool and on the beach as well.
We enjoyed our time and will definitely go back again. Thank you.

Staff is not happy not friendly
For a 4 1/2 to 5 stars hotel
Food quality is very poor. I ate better meals in Cuba than this hotel
In the bars they don t even have dark rhum
No cocktails card
No wine at all in restaurants or buffet You have to pay 50 to 100 $ can or US dollars a bottle
If you want lobster or crab. Have to pay even
100 us $ a plate 143 can$ a plate
Big price for poor quality and service
Very regrettable vacation
Room are ok same as a 3 1/2 star somewhere else
Area that you have to pay even if you have vip bracelet
Take time to shop

Where’s Coyote Loco? Where’s the beach stage? I’ve been here 3 times and this place was always full of parties and party vibes, young people. Now it’s just families with kids and elderly, Coyote “Bites”, no parties period, no booze after 11 PM. Fountain Bleu (our favorite bar) is only open from 3-11 PM; it used to be open since breakfast. Grand Oasis was always known as a party hotel, what’s this boring family vibe (toddlers, babies, pregnant women?). I came to Grand Oasis to party; not the same hotel it used to be unfortunately.
