The Pyramid Cancun is an all-inclusive luxury resort with adult-only exclusive areas. There is great diversity of all-inclusive culinary options: gourmet restaurants, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, international, seafood, sushi, and snacks.

The programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in a variety of restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

Okay. That would be my best description of this hotel. We booked the master suite. PROS: -Good value. Room was clean, pools were kept very clean. Housekeeping was great. We had quick and easy access to the beach. Mini bar had snacks, water, sodas and beer. Concierge was friendly. -We attended a wedding and it was actually really fun even though it rained in us. They made it work. Cons: - TRANSPORTATION. This was great coming in. Leaving was annoying. People standing around in the front weren’t that helpful. Some were standoffish. -When waiting for transportation for an excursion the driver and the guide were fine. Prior to that though, we had asked where we needed to wait and some of the staff holding clipboards for other excursions were very dismissive. Didn’t even look at you or acknowledge you. -The restaurants were okay. We ended up just doing room service at cost for dinner because we chose to avoid dealing with the restaurants’ schedules, bookings and restrictions. However, when placing room service order by phone, the person taking the orders were rude, asked irrelevant questions such as “how many people are in the room?” when ordering 3 meals for 3 people. The staff doing the delivery were nice and the food was okay. - Swim-up bars. A lot of the bartenders didn’t have good customer service. Standoffish and dismissive. The drinks were good though. OVERALL: The vibe was off. Customer service will make it or break it. Maybe staff/departments need to work as a team. It felt very divided. This is a No for me.

Don’t do it… just don’t. Spend a little more and go somewhere else—your experience and your vacation deserve better. This was the worst food I’ve ever had in a hotel, the facilities are old, and the beach experience is absolutely horrible. I can’t emphasize this enough. We ended up checking out 5 days before our scheduled departure, even though we had already paid for the whole stay. Complete waste of money. We went to another hotel, Majestic Elegance, and it turned out to be one of the best hotels and best experiences of my life. Amazing food, out of this world customer service and great perfect beach experience. They saved our vacations.

Hey! I just wanted to recommend this resort for your next vacation. It’s an excellent choice that offers something for everyone in the family. There’s plenty of entertainment for both adults and kids, so no one will be bored. Plus, the dining options are abundant and delicious, and the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The only minor downside is that some of the rooms are a bit dated and could use a few upgrades, but overall, it’s totally worth it. You’ll have an amazing time!

We stayed at The Pyramid at Grand Oasis in Cancun with our family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a spacious, comfortable room and an amazing view. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food and restaurant selection were excellent — delicious and varied enough for everyone to find something they loved. The beach area was stunning and well-kept, and the pools were clean and perfect for both kids and adults. Our children loved the entertainment and activities, while we enjoyed relaxing and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for both family vacations and romantic getaways. 💙

Stay at The Pyramid Cancun was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered breathtaking ocean views. The resort has endless dining options — every meal was delicious, but the specialty restaurants truly felt like fine dining. The entertainment was world-class, with exciting shows, live music, and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere that made every evening feel special. The pools and beach were always clean and inviting, with plenty of space to relax. What impressed me most was the service — every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. I highly recommend The Pyramid Cancun to anyone looking for luxury, fun, and relaxation all in one place. Can’t wait to come back!
