Board Basis
The Veranda Pointe aux Biches Half Board package includes the following:
- Breakfast and dinner served at Senses restaurant
- A credit of Rs 600 per adult, per night, for dinner at Sundeck restaurant*
- Dinner at Sandy Lane for Privilege guests
The Veranda Pointe aux Biches All Add In (all-inclusive) package includes the following:
- Daily breakfast (7am to 10am) served buffet style at the main restaurant
- Daily lunch (12pm to 3pm) served buffet style or table d’hôte at the main restaurant OR a credit of Rs 400 per person, per day, for lunch at Sundeck restaurant (weather permitting)*
- Daily dinner (7pm to 10pm) served buffet style or table d’hôte at the main restaurant OR a credit of Rs 600 per person, per day, for lunch at Sundeck restaurant (weather permitting)*
- Afternoon tea, coffee, pancakes and daily pastries (4pm to 5pm)
- Snacking options at the street food kiosk (12pm to 3pm)
- Soft drinks, juices, mineral water, local beers, cocktails, local spirits and house wines by the glass served at the bar (11am to 11pm)
- A picnic box will be available for guests leaving the resort for the day (24-hour advance booking required)
- In-room coffee and tea facilities replenished once daily
- In-room minibar items replenished once daily (including soft drinks, fruit juices, water and local beers)

Guests booking the All Add In package can enjoy food and drink service at Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel, Veranda Paul & Virginie Hotel, Veranda Tamarin Hotel and Veranda Grand Baie Hotel without any supplement (24-hour advanced reservation, subject to availability and to hotel’s terms and conditions). Transport is at client's cost.

After a long comparison of individual hotels and resorts, where we compared the weather, beaches with access to the water, the possibility of a resort without children, the hotel's location and previous references, the decision was made on Veranda Poine Aux Biches and we do not regret it at all.
The overall quality of the hotel and its facilities, the attitude and willingness of the staff, the quality of the food, the friendliness of the reception desk with help in arranging a trip and hotel taxis significantly exceeded our expectations.
We can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. However, there were a few aspects that didn't meet our expectations.
The food quality could have been better-fruits were not good or missing, many dishes were overly spicy without any indication, and there was a lack of fish options. Staying for two weeks, we also found it inconvenient that there was no toaster available until our last morning.
The "sandy concept" made it difficult to keep our room clean. Additionally, the availability of deckchairs on the beach was insufficient, which made relaxing by the beach a challenge.
One of the most unacceptable aspects of our stay was the departure day experience. As we couldn't keep our room until departure, we inquired about shower facilities. We knew that at least six other guests were leaving at the same time, yet there were only two available showers. When we asked at reception, the woman simply told us to coordinate among ourselves with the other departing guests. This lack of organization and consideration for guests was disappointing and unacceptable.
Overall, while we appreciated the staff and certain aspects of our stay, improvements in food quality, cleanliness management, and beach amenities would have made our stay even better.

Hotel is located in the north coast of Mauritius it has a beautiful beach. For the most part, staff are friendly and helpful with the exception of a few unfriendly staff members. The hotel itself is very affordable and it's beautiful. I loved the fact that it had 2 sections: family oriented section and adults only section. Senses restaurant was spectacular, the meals were tasty, the service was exceptional and the overall ambience was really pleasant.

We are currently here and loving every minute of it. From the time we checked in it’s been wonderful. Definitely noteworthy is the rum tasting (spiced rum was my favorite and tastes like Christmas 🤩). Restaurant is lovely and food delicious at both the main restaurant and the one on Sandy Lane. We are staying in the Sandy Lane adults section which is such an added bonus with its own private pool and access to the beach. Staff throughout the resort are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Loving our engagement getaway 💗🏖️🍹
