I spent 11 days at Villa Park Sun Island and would definitely describe it as the best holiday of my life. I can highly recommend the island. As you would expect from the Maldives, you are surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful nature. All the staff, regardless of which area of the hotel, are extremely friendly. And because the island is so big, there are so many different things to do, so you won't get bored, even if you stay 14 days or more. We stayed in a very comfortable bungalow with direct beach access and a fantastic outdoor shower, to name just a few of the highlights of the accommodation. Both the accommodation and the rest of the island met and exceeded the expectations raised by the online descriptions and photos. The turquoise and clear water is perfect for snorkelling, and there are marked snorkelling spots where you can see lots of colourful fish, sharks, and with a lot of luck, even rays or turtles. Other activities include Dive Oceanus, a dive center offering a wide range of snorkeling and diving options for beginners and advanced divers, and a water sports center offering activities such as jetskiing, paragliding, canoeing, windsurfing, speedboat tours, fun tubing, and much more. There's also a mini golf course, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, a bike rental, a beautifully landscaped pool, and every evening at 6:30 p.m., a shark and ray feeding, where you can see the animals from less than two meters away (which is still enough distance for your and the animals safety). The entire island is surrounded by beautiful plants and colorful nature as far as the eye can see, making it feel like paradise. Personally, I have to highlight the staff even more than the nature and atmosphere, because the nice staff and the perfect service is what made the holiday unforgettable for me. From the room service, where the friendly Wajit always did an excellent job for us and, in addition to the actual service, even regularly made beautiful sand pictures in front of our door, to the service at the buffet with very friendly waiters like Saurav and Duryo, who are always very attentive and both have such friendly personalities, so that you look forward to the meal or the visit from room service just because of such friendly staff. The buffet offers a huge, beautifully presented selection of all kinds of delicacies, where everyone will find something tasty, regardless of whether you prefer Asian, Italian, or European food (not to mention starters and desserts ;) ). Further there is separate children's corner for our younger guests, so they don't miss out on any culinary delights. There are also two separate restaurants, an Italian and a Thai restaurant, which I also highly recommend. All in all it was the perfect holiday, that is worth its price and we will definetely come again one day cause there is nothing we have to criticize. And If you need to find something small to criticize then the only thing we could name is the mosquitoes, who visited us frequently during breakfast, but if you use mosquitoespray you will get rid of them :)).

It's a beautiful island, a true paradise. We went there for our honeymoon and stayed the first two days at the water villa and the other two at the lagoon beach pool villa. The service, food, island all are top notch. The only disappointing thing was there was no toilet flush in the water villa despite it being so over priced. So if you are coming from India, that bit is disappointing.

Staff are beyond amazing and extremely helpful with anything within their limits.. we feel as welcome as family here despite this being our very 1st time in Maldives. The food is extraordinary and generous. And the views all around simply breathtaking...
Definitely a must !!

This resort sets the perfect vibe for honeymooners. The private beach villas are the best choice. We were offered an upgrade to the pool villa and couldn’t be happier. Amazing sunsets with postcard views, great local cuisine. Everything was spectacular.
