The W outside the main building? That stands for WOW as far as my wife and I are concerned. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, the staff here are amazing. From reception, the dining areas, the bars and the gym they all go out of their way to say hello, smile and help. Due to delays we missed dinner on arrival, but the lovely lady on reception sorted out some snacks which were delivered to our room. Dea from The Chop House gets a special mention, pleasant and went out of her way to explain the menu and provide her recommendations. The food is outstanding. Rooms are spacious and really well equipped. Well located and serviced by free buses to the nearby theme parks. The hotel overlooks the race track, which may not suit everyone but we loved watching the various cars flying by. Highly recommended and we’d go back in a heartbeat 💓

Overall, a beautiful hotel offering great value. We stayed two days and were old extrnd our stay for sure if we could. Breakfast was great also, with many options from British breakfast, to Asian and Indian options as well. Overall great and polite service. Location is very nearby the airport but also the theme parks, we visited the Ferrari world. I’d recommend it!

The best hotel experience. 5 star rated hotel and having a 5 star hotel experience is totally different but I had a 7 star kind of experience staying at W Abu Dhabi. I am certainly recommending all my friends and family members to stay here only because I don't think staying at any other hotel would match the experience that I had here. The rooms, the cleanliness, the breakfast food options even for vegetarians, the hospitality, the courteousness & friendliness of staff, the thrill of experiencing racing car sounds and what not, just everything was an out of the world experience here. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Thanks a lot Team W Abu Dhabi. Also found a great deal for my stay here on Yas Island website which was a cherry on top.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the Assistant Office Welcome manager Ankush Gupta. Their kindness, generosity, and dedication truly made a difference, ensuring that all our concerns were addressed and our experience was elevated. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our vacation special. The food was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the wonderful team that made our stay so memorable!

We had a fantastic experience at the W Yas Island. Our suite was clean and spacious and we had such lovely service from house keeping each day. The pool was such a relaxing environment and really quiet when I visited however as others have mentioned you do experience noise from the race tracks and planes constantly flying overhead so something to keep in mind. We also heard a lot of noise at night from the near by clubs. The breakfast buffet was nice, but just a hotel breakfast as you’d expect. Valet was pretty efficient and very friendly. I enjoyed staying on Yas Island as it was nice and quiet and would come back to the W in the future.
