We had the most amazing stay last weekend predominantly for the final F1 GP at Yas Marina Circuit. The lobby area and entrance were beautiful and welcoming!! We left our luggage there to go to the race and returned in the evening to check in. Our room on the 43rd floor (top floor) was absolutely stunning with views of the Emirates Palace! All the staff we encountered were super friendly!! Particular praise has to go to our Housekeeping team, Mathi and Suku! Both did a superb job of maintaining our bedroom and changing over in the evening. We left them a note as we appreciated their service! Breakfast choices were amazing and fresh with views of the back of the hotel. We have absolutely enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to return for another visit!

We stayed here for 5 nights, as we were over for the F1 weekend. We loved it here! Even when things went wrong, they made it right instantly and we are looking to go back next year. Our room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and had a great view. The breakfast each day was delicious and so much choice. We used the gym, sauna, steam, spa, swimming pool, beach area and all were great- highly recommend! The staff at every touch point were so helpful and kind and it was beautifully clean.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl! The moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and took care of every detail. The room was luxurious, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and a gorgeous view of the city. The food was outstanding—breakfast was varied and fresh, and the restaurants offered a fantastic selection of international dishes. The pool, fitness center, and spa were perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers!

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi was very good. The rooms were huge and extremely well equipped, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was perfect: there was something for everyone, and the selection was enormous. The gym is very well equipped and air-conditioned, and the concierge service was very helpful. The pool service, however, was not as good. We ordered drinks and food, and it took a very long time to arrive. The staff member there was also not very friendly and seemed unmotivated. Aside from that, our stay was truly lovely.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The warmth of the staff is incredible, everything from the front desk, concierge, front entrance staff and restaurant staff. All in their each way were friendly, helpful, and hospitable. I was provided a huge upgraded room with incredible views and a lovely welcome basket of fruit and chocolate. The only issue here and it’s a big one that people should know about is that this hotel has no heating that goes to their rooms only AC. I had my AC running all day my first day and when i came to the room to sleep it was at 14c I turned it up to 28c auto hoping it would heat up quickly… wrong nothing really happened. The maintenance folk came and turned the AC off, it said there is no heat option. The room only got to 19.3c which to felt cool and I wasn’t able to sleep the first night. The next day I didn’t have the AC on at all and the room overnight stayed at 22.4c which was much better However for a 5star hotel this is unacceptable that there is no heat option in the guest rooms, I don’t care how hot it gets outside. So you should be aware of this when booking. You could have all the best customer service but if you can’t sleep due to a cold room you will have a wasted trip.
