Excellent hotel, with beautiful rooms and a magnificent lobby. This is a good option for both families and business travelers. The breakfast buffet is outstanding - an amazing selection across all international cuisines. The pool is large and faces over the beach. The gym is large and has an amazing sauna. We enjoyed also the Italian restaurant “Verso” - very authentic Italian cuisine.

We were very disappointed with our stay. From the beginning, the service and overall experience fell short of our expectations. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there.
Humiliating Gym Experience:
The worst part was when my husband was denied entry to the gym because he was wearing sandals. We don’t pack every type of footwear for every trip, and access to the gym was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Being turned away for something so trivial was deeply humiliating and unacceptable.
Indifferent Staff:
We also faced frustration when we ordered a delivery, and the staff refused to accept it at the reception. We’ve stayed at many other hotels and have never encountered such an issue with food delivery before.
Room Condition:
We booked the King Room with Balcony and View, but the room was very tired and worn, with noticeable scratches. It clearly needed maintenance. Here are the key issues:
• Missing Amenities: Basic items like shower gel were missing. There were no plates or cutlery, which is surprising for a hotel of this level.
• Poor Lighting: Only two small lights in one corner of the ceiling and bedside lamps made the room uncomfortably dim.
• Disruptive Light Panel: A control panel by the bed emitted a bright blue glow all night, which couldn’t be turned off, making it impossible to sleep.
• Uncomfortable Bedding: The blankets and pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.
• Poor Noise Insulation: The room had no noise insulation. We could hear everything from the hallway, including conversations, making it hard to relax.
Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the service and the condition of the room. The gym incident was the final straw, and we will not be returning.

The hotel's location is ideal, providing convenient access to essential amenities. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all necessary facilities. While the hotel pool is satisfactory, the beach is rather diminutive. The lobby lounge is impressive, offering a tranquil ambiance suitable for work and an extensive selection of delectable treats.
Although the hotel's overall experience was positive, it lacked the customary welcoming gesture typically associated with luxury hotels. Furthermore, information regarding available services was not readily provided and had to be specifically requested.

I've always considered this one of my favorite hotels and I'm a regular here, but I had a really unsettling experience this time around. I requested a replacement iron since the one in my room wasn't working. A room service staff unexpectedly entered my room without permission, startling me by knocking on the balcony door from inside the room. I had initially let him in to replace the faulty iron, which also didn’t work. After he left to check on another iron, I didn’t hear him knock again and was shocked to find him back inside.
What made the situation worse was the response when I called to complain. I was told that without a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, staff are allowed to enter. I was really taken aback by that justification. After this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering my stay, and I'm not even sure if I’ll spend another night. Definitely a disappointing turn of events.

Hyatt, but not "Grand"! The view of the rooms is amazing and they are beautifully designed. However, at least my room was very bad soundproofed and had a problem with the motion sensor that was turning the night light on and off. While overall service was just average, Moon from the reception really did a fantastic job. She was very professional and attentive.
Though the hotel doesn't meet my expectations of a Grand Hyatt, it certainly is a nice place to stay with some rooms offering a great view.
