Stayed at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi in December 2024 and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s modern design and luxurious ambiance made for a comfortable stay. The concierge service was excellent—knowledgeable and attentive, helping with all my needs. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, with fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The staff overall were friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

One of the best hotels we've ever had the pleasure to stay at over the years. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views, large balconies and very well appointed. The staff were all extremely pleasant and polite. We took the time to try 3 of the restaurants and they were all great. There's an infinity pool that's temperature controlled with plenty of loungers and a small beach area with calm water.

We were very disappointed with our stay. From the beginning, the service and overall experience fell short of our expectations. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. Humiliating Gym Experience: The worst part was when my husband was denied entry to the gym because he was wearing sandals. We don’t pack every type of footwear for every trip, and access to the gym was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Being turned away for something so trivial was deeply humiliating and unacceptable. Indifferent Staff: We also faced frustration when we ordered a delivery, and the staff refused to accept it at the reception. We’ve stayed at many other hotels and have never encountered such an issue with food delivery before. Room Condition: We booked the King Room with Balcony and View, but the room was very tired and worn, with noticeable scratches. It clearly needed maintenance. Here are the key issues: • Missing Amenities: Basic items like shower gel were missing. There were no plates or cutlery, which is surprising for a hotel of this level. • Poor Lighting: Only two small lights in one corner of the ceiling and bedside lamps made the room uncomfortably dim. • Disruptive Light Panel: A control panel by the bed emitted a bright blue glow all night, which couldn’t be turned off, making it impossible to sleep. • Uncomfortable Bedding: The blankets and pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable. • Poor Noise Insulation: The room had no noise insulation. We could hear everything from the hallway, including conversations, making it hard to relax. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the service and the condition of the room. The gym incident was the final straw, and we will not be returning.

The hotel was amazing. The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded my room to one with fantastic views. Everything was luxurious. However, despite my overall positive experience, I was disappointed with the Grand Club staff. They wouldn’t let me bring a friend because my reservation had only my name on it. While the front desk later clarified that I could simply have them add my friend's name, but it was too late. The dining experience had already been ruined, and it was an embarrassing situation. I hope the staff can be trained better to prevent this from happening again.

Excellent hotel, with beautiful rooms and a magnificent lobby. This is a good option for both families and business travelers. The breakfast buffet is outstanding - an amazing selection across all international cuisines. The pool is large and faces over the beach. The gym is large and has an amazing sauna. We enjoyed also the Italian restaurant “Verso” - very authentic Italian cuisine.
