Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your property. As a guest of a reputed five-star hotel like the Grand Hyatt, I had certain expectations of professionalism and hospitality — unfortunately, my experience fell far below those standards. To begin with, my check-in process was unreasonably delayed. I was only able to check in at approximately 5:17 PM, which I find completely unacceptable for a hotel of your caliber. This delay demonstrated a clear lack of respect for guests’ time and comfort. Moreover, when I attempted to order from in-room dining, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed unmotivated to assist and repeatedly informed me that certain items were “sold out” — despite these being listed under your 24-hour dining menu. This raises serious doubts about the quality of service management and transparency with guests. I find it hard to believe that a five-star hotel like the Grand Hyatt could be “sold out” of basic menu items at any hour, and it makes me question whether your team is adequately trained or simply unwilling to serve guests properly. This entire experience has left me skeptical about your hotel’s commitment to the high standards it claims to uphold. I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously, review your operational processes, and ensure that no other guest experiences such unprofessional and disappointing service again. My wife and I really enjoyed our vacation here. The rooms are clean and spacious. Wonderful gym and spa zone. The pool is nice and there is a small beach that does its job well. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package - the food was delicious and there was great variety. Very thankful for a wonderful time. Will definitely look to return to this hotel in the future.

Stayed at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, Corniche West Pearl from 9–11 October 2025 in a Club Sea View Room (2 adults + 1 child). The only real positive was the beautiful view of the Etihad Towers and the coastline — definitely the highlight of the stay. Nearly everything else was disappointing. We arrived around 8 p.m., but check-in took about 30 minutes. The hotel initially tried to charge 30% more than the confirmed rate from the Grand Hyatt website and even refused to include lounge access that was part of our booking. It took escalation to the manager on duty to sort it out, which was frustrating and time-consuming — especially considering I have Explorist status (roughly equivalent to gold tier). The room was okay, but clearly tired and in need of renovation: dirty curtains, scratches and stains on furniture, and a very loud toilet flush. Breakfast had a decent selection, but the service was chaotic — orders were often wrong, and our eggs royale came either overcooked or with random sides we didn’t ask for. Our room key deactivated by itself while sitting on the desk, and the staff at the entrance often didn’t open the doors or offer help with luggage unless asked. Overall, apart from the great view, this hotel didn’t live up to the Grand Hyatt standard. Poor service, maintenance issues, and a general lack of attention to detail made this stay very disappointing.

Every member of the team was full of life, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Their hospitality made a lasting impression on all of us.🤍 The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views that we couldn’t get enough of.💙💙💙Whether gazing out at the skyline or relaxing in the room, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The pool area was another highlight: absolutely stunning, serene, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. My entire family was thoroughly pleased and kept commenting on how everything felt effortlessly perfect. My whole family was very happy for all the facilities of the hotel. The food was another standout—the breakfast buffet was rich and varied, while the evening dinners were delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every meal was a joy thanks to the friendly, professional staff.🙏🏻 We also had the chance to enjoy the spa, and it was simply perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, the treatments were top-quality, and the staff were as professional and attentive as everywhere else in the hotel. I enjoy coming to this hotel because of its great location, beautiful rooms, and relaxing spa. In September 2026 we had a short delay at check-in due to a room (3805) issue, but thanks to Mr. Richie from Indonesia everything was handled professionally and with such kindness. He was extremely helpful and really took care of everything. A big compliment to him for his excellent service, which made my stay with lounge access very pleasant right from the beginning. I will be happy to return.
