We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. Our room was a haven of cleanliness and spaciousness, boasting stunning views and a wonderful bathtub. The service throughout the property was truly next-level. From the moment we arrived at reception, we were met with genuine warmth and efficiency. The pool and restaurant staff were equally attentive, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the general staff around the property. Their dedication to guest comfort was evident in every interaction, whether assisting with luggage, check-in, or room service. We especially want to commend Leo, who checked us in. We had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi. The hotel has some superb views, close proximity to Qasr Al Watan and Emirates Palace. The service was brilliant. The staff at the hotel are friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly, efficient in their work. Particularly, this relates to the breakfast team whose work I could not possibly not to mention, and room service attendees (cleaning staff). Couple of little hiccups that we had in different areas have been fed back to guest relations manager for the hotel to focus on. But on the grander side of things these were not big issues for me to give less stars. We would be delighted to come back but please do change/work on the bar menu at Pearl Lounge as sadly the food did not live up to our expectations. Still, amazing experience. Great hotel, fabulous and welcoming staff. Thank you for the earlier check in, great room service (3809 - thank you to two cleaning fairies who attended to our room daily), always exceptionally welcoming fitness/spa receptionist, and nevertheless the always smiling and in charge of beach towels guy (apologies we couldn’t recall his name !) Thank you for our first and great experience in Abu Dhabi!

The view was absolutely breathtaking, making every moment even more special. The food was delicious, offering a great variety to satisfy us. But what truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional customer service as the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
