Very attentive and caring staff. Suci at reception desk was very helpful, our check in and check out were a smooth process. She explained what facilities and services available in details. She patiently answered all of our concerns. Karan was very helpful with our bags, very polite, would always answer with a smile, was very kind helping my grandmother with wheel chair and helping with our concerns in hotel throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was nicely organized, have alot of jain and vegan option. Swimming pool and beach were clean, water was surprisingly warm, not too cold. Rooms were nice, had a good view, room service was great but some of our plugs werent working, even when we turned on the plug switch so make sure to test out your plugs.

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes and preferences. Room service was prompt and courteous, ensuring my needs were always met . The valet service was efficient and hassle-free, making my stay truly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. We will definitely choose Grand Hyatt when we return to Abu Dhabi.

My wife and I really enjoyed our vacation here. The rooms are clean and spacious. Wonderful gym and spa zone. The pool is nice and there is a small beach that does its job well. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package - the food was delicious and there was great variety. Very thankful for a wonderful time. Will definitely look to return to this hotel in the future.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. I have been a loyal guest for years and always chose this place whenever I visited Abu Dhabi, especially during major conferences. I also recommended this hotel to my friends and colleagues because of the good service I used to receive. However, this time the experience was shocking and completely unexpected from a five-star, well-known hotel. I confirmed with their staff that payment would be made upon arrival — the same process I followed in all my previous stays. Based on this confirmation, I booked my flights, paid for them, and submitted my leave request at work. Only after completing all of this was I informed that there is a new policy requiring advance payment, and that my reservation would be cancelled if I did not pay immediately. If the policy changed after my booking, it should not apply to me. This caused a lot of stress and completely disrupted my plans. This level of miscommunication and treatment is not acceptable from a hotel of this reputation. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning or recommending this hotel again.

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your property. As a guest of a reputed five-star hotel like the Grand Hyatt, I had certain expectations of professionalism and hospitality — unfortunately, my experience fell far below those standards. To begin with, my check-in process was unreasonably delayed. I was only able to check in at approximately 5:17 PM, which I find completely unacceptable for a hotel of your caliber. This delay demonstrated a clear lack of respect for guests’ time and comfort. Moreover, when I attempted to order from in-room dining, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed unmotivated to assist and repeatedly informed me that certain items were “sold out” — despite these being listed under your 24-hour dining menu. This raises serious doubts about the quality of service management and transparency with guests. I find it hard to believe that a five-star hotel like the Grand Hyatt could be “sold out” of basic menu items at any hour, and it makes me question whether your team is adequately trained or simply unwilling to serve guests properly. This entire experience has left me skeptical about your hotel’s commitment to the high standards it claims to uphold. I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously, review your operational processes, and ensure that no other guest experiences such unprofessional and disappointing service again.
