It a nice, modern and fancy hotel directly at the beach. We had half board and the food was great, for breakfast and dinner. Lunch was less variety but still good. The rooms are specious beds comfy. Pools are a few there one for adults only thought they’re all 1.1m deep so nothing for swimming just relaxing. It is quite loud at the adults pool due to music, but if you’re into party then it’s great. There is as well sunbeds from the hotel at the beach, so one can relax there as well What I didn’t like so much, was that it was always pretty full at the pool, beach and restaurant. Facilities are slightly to small for the size of the hotel. The rooftop we can definitely recommend. Service in general was good.

Beautiful Party hotel, we love W hotels all over the world and W Palm was everything we expected! It was a family holiday and we enjoyed the beach, the pool, the pool pods, the vibe, the music, the kids club. Amazing and thoughtful service from the check in, room service, room cleanliness, amazing staff at the restaurants, pool and breakfast buffet. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back! Staying here right now. Instead of a garden or sea view we got a room with a loud construction view. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere before we booked it and they refused to change it. A romantic trip was ruined. Spa is not working, which is very disappointing. Very small pool at the beach, packed with people. Water pressure in the shower is not good. Furniture in the room looks used, something you don’t expect from such an expensive hotel It used to be a nice hotel a few years ago, but now it’s not worth the money.

Love staying here. I also visit Akira Back restaurant, it's on the $$$$ expensive side but it is amazing quality. The hotel staff are always great, the rooms are decent (especially some of the suites). Views a pretty great. Facilities are decent but don't expect to fill your entire evenings with activities if you are staying for any length of time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We stayed here and had a really good time. The swimming pools however always get pretty full lacking space for the rest who would like to swim which is a bit of a poor design otherwise it’s. Beautiful hotel lovely breakfast lovely staff always very helpful and welcoming thank you very much for everything!
