Love staying here. I also visit Akira Back restaurant, it's on the $$$$ expensive side but it is amazing quality.
The hotel staff are always great, the rooms are decent (especially some of the suites). Views a pretty great. Facilities are decent but don't expect to fill your entire evenings with activities if you are staying for any length of time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We stayed here and had a really good time. The swimming pools however always get pretty full lacking space for the rest who would like to swim which is a bit of a poor design otherwise it’s. Beautiful hotel lovely breakfast lovely staff always very helpful and welcoming thank you very much for everything!

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and offer breathtaking views of the Palm. The staff is incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make sure every need is met.
At WET Deck, the poolside atmosphere is vibrant and chic, with amazing music and refreshing drinks. The service was exceptional—staff was attentive and always smiling, ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun with stunning views. Everything was flawless, from the hospitality to the facilities. Highly recommend!

I can’t remember staying at a nicer hotel. The facilities were great as you would expect, but the thing that makes this hotel for me is the team they have working there. They take notice of every detail and proactively go over and above to make your stay as delightful as possible. From reception to poolside to the restaurants, every member of staff we interacted with was not just good, they were OUTSTANDING. A fantastic experience.

Dream Vacation at W Palm Jumeirah – Perfection in Every Detail!
We were fortunate enough to spend a week at W Palm Jumeirah Dubai with our children – and what can I say? It was simply a dream come true! From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and completely taken care of.
The staff? Simply outstanding! Every single team member – from the reception to the housekeeping staff and the pool team – was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, without ever being intrusive. A special shout-out to Brian, who provided us with amazing insider tips on the best family-friendly activities. His recommendations made our vacation even more unforgettable!
The resort? A true paradise on earth! The beach and pool area were immaculately maintained, spotless, and perfect for relaxation. The hotel’s architecture and design are simply breathtaking.
A special thank you also goes to the team for their quick and professional support when we unexpectedly needed medical assistance. We felt safe and well taken care of at all times.
Final verdict: Five stars are not enough! If you're looking for luxury, warmth, and a perfect getaway, W Palm Jumeirah Dubai is the place to be. We will definitely be back – and we highly recommend this hotel! A huge thank you for this unforgettable vacation!
