Location is middle of nowhere however hotel is amazing food is amazing but the food and drinks provided as this resort are very expensive. Staff are very good and hotel is clean. The biggest let down is their food policy you are not allowed to order deliveroo or careem which is a shame as hotel food is expensive and if you have kids they won't always like what's on offer so if you want outside food you need to go outside of resort to get and eat...management please take this advice and allow food from outside. This is the only reason which has prevented me from staying with you guys again due to this policy

I do not recommend this hotel for families with young children.
The music is extremely loud until late at night, and even though we stayed on the 4th floor, we could still hear it booming. Furthermore, the playlist included songs with offensive language.
All family connecting rooms have a sea view, which is great, but they are also located directly in front of an open party area. Despite providing feedback, the music remained very loud.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Love the resort, so much things to do! You have greenery and beach and amazing fancy restaurants!
I would like to specially thank to ms.Yin receptionist, I have noticed her, that she truly work from her heart, her energy, kindness and elegance made me feel very welcome!! She gave me an amazing room with sea view, without any arguments she has gave me the best experience! Wish everyone was like her in every hotel ! People who works with love and joy, are really diamonds!! Recommend this hotel to families, couples and solo travelers!

My partner and I checked in around 6pm and were staying for one night, as a treat yourself staycation. I was informed how amazing the hotel is!
Well, it's NOT!
First off, no male worker greets a woman. No manners, no respect. Maybe thats how they do it back home but in thw hospitality, a lady is acknowledged first.
I found it weird that you can't order food from outside (even in 5* hotels around the world you can).
The room was facing the golf course BUT it was connected to another room and that type of room, connected by the door means you will hear EVERYTHING from the other side.
HOWEVER, the FOOD POISONING?!!?!? We ordered room service (chicken tikka quesadilla and arabic mezze with white bread rolls). The rolls were so stale, it physically made me gag, mezze disgusting but the quesadilla?! As a chef, i took 3 bites and i was done. Sadly those 3 bites were enough to make me and my partner ill. Not to mention, it took them over 30min to deliver mini bar snacks and water to the room. You are forced to call a different department for water?!
AC is not working if the balcony door is open, beds (2 twins connected) uncomfortable, basically slipping into the crack in the middle and pillows thin as my patience for this hotel.
We left the service tray outside of the room and even in the morning nobody picked it up. Disgusting, how they lack professionalism.
We went for breakfast which was alright.. except the bread rolls that had little flies around it!!! .... anyway, it was alright until the families came. I know you can't run away from them but they have to be considerate towards both parties and separate us. We had to leave early because the kid next to us was throwing everything off of the table next to us, coughing so much. We are already ill from the food, we dont need to be sick from the kids cold too nor listen to it.
Had golf booked.. and that was awful. The guy at the shop, stalking you as if you are going to steal something. Im telling him what I need, he tries offering me something else (clearly has no clue about anything about golf) and keeps thanking my boyfriend when I was the one paying!!
The range is pathetic, you get a small sad bucket with like 20 balls and 2 tees? Have to keep going back and forth just to get more balls. Thankfully we got a refund since we never managed to our tee time.. why? We were on a verge of vomiting.
Got back to our room, the service tray was still there, had to call and tell them that it's been outside for over 12h now.
Oh and if you think you will have peace and quiet and some fresh air at the same time?! Stop fooling yourself. The kids screeeeaming and yelling while playing is so loud, even when you close the door, it doesnt help. The night before, the music from the wedding/ celebration downstairs, could be heard through the closed doors until like midnight.
When we checked out, nobody cared about our experience, they just want us to come back again! Ummm no.
The half an hour ride home was torture because even the smallest movement is going to trigger your stomach.
The only reason i have 2 stars is for the mars chocolate bar. Everything else? Awful.
