This is my second visit to Windsor Plaza Hotel. Reasonable price at ideal location. I don’t like two things in the bathroom. First, you cannot adjust the angle of the shower head. Second, the volume of the three tubes of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are just too small. Using a large pump bottles will be much better.

The location is very ideal: lots of restaurants around. Front desk reception services is a mixed feeling. They weren’t super kind but wasn’t too rude so this is a neutral rating. Room cleaners are nice. The hotel is old: very old, but you could appreciate the classic designs of it. Rooms are clean considering such an old hotel. One thing they really REALLY need to improve immediately is the odor in the rooms. Both of our rooms stank. There’s a funky smell of really musty odor and a mix of bad body odor.

Breakfast was great as well Jacuzzi can be used until 10pm and it is very relaxing. Pool is fine Gym is enough to do your daily exercise Nearby restaurants are a lot. Open until early morning The hotel itself is inside china town

The hotel is very luxurious and the rooms are incredibly well maintained. The hotels only a 10ish minute drive from district one but there is plenty around to explore. The staff were all very helpful with any concerns or queries we had about the city, special shout out to Huy down at concierge! He helped make our stay unforgettable

My second stay at the Windsor Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City was just as delightful as the first. This grand hotel is ideally located in a vibrant district, offering easy access to both the bustling District 1 and the culturally rich Cholon area. The hotel's surroundings are full of life, with countless coffee shops, restaurants, and shops to explore. For those who prefer a more authentic experience, this area offers a charming alternative to the tourist-heavy District 1. Our spacious room was equipped with comfortable beds, a stunning view, and efficient air conditioning. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing stay. One annoying thing was that some other guests smoked around the lift area, but not much the hotel can do about that. While the pool deck on the 24th floor is slightly on the small side, the gym, though compact, was rarely crowded, ensuring a peaceful workout experience. The breathtaking views and the three Jacuzzis more than made up for the smaller size. The buffet breakfast was a highlight of our stay, offering a wide variety of delicious Asian and Western dishes. The quality and freshness of the food were excellent, making it well worth the extra cost. The staff at the Windsor Hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. A special mention goes out to the staff for their thoughtful surprise of a birthday cake for my wife. Overall, the Windsor Hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Its prime location, excellent facilities, and friendly staff made it a truly memorable stay.
