Stayed here 3 nights with the family. Great staff hospitality. They do a lot of little things that show that they care. The rooms are very clean. Good location, cigar to many shopping

It’s lovely I just have bones to pick. 1. The fridges aren’t cold enough and there’s not even a freezer 2. The tvs don’t have Netflix or YouTube available 3. Some front desk staff can be condescending. 4. For a 5 star hotel I find it odd they don’t provide any complimentary (or even non-complimentary) snacks or beverages ready in the fridges.

This is my second visit to Windsor Plaza Hotel. Reasonable price at ideal location. I don’t like two things in the bathroom. First, you cannot adjust the angle of the shower head. Second, the volume of the three tubes of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are just too small. Using a large pump bottles will be much better.

The location is very ideal: lots of restaurants around. Front desk reception services is a mixed feeling. They weren’t super kind but wasn’t too rude so this is a neutral rating. Room cleaners are nice. The hotel is old: very old, but you could appreciate the classic designs of it. Rooms are clean considering such an old hotel. One thing they really REALLY need to improve immediately is the odor in the rooms. Both of our rooms stank. There’s a funky smell of really musty odor and a mix of bad body odor.

The hotel is very luxurious and the rooms are incredibly well maintained. The hotels only a 10ish minute drive from district one but there is plenty around to explore. The staff were all very helpful with any concerns or queries we had about the city, special shout out to Huy down at concierge! He helped make our stay unforgettable
